I love how Santa Fe Springs has adopted this promenade and has made it feel homely.. I can appreciate going in there because it is clean and there is security and you feel very comfortable... Not too much to deal with like homeless or crazy situations a nice promenade to do some shopping..

Pretty chill little promenade if You ask me! They have a decent variety of places to eat & also some services like urgent care, plasma donation & how can I forget 99 Cent Store ( & I say that because of the TERRIBLE ECONOMY WE ARE ALL GOING THROUGH...MY BROTHERS & SISTERS!). They also have an automotive store & last but not least....STARBUCKS...🤭🤭🤫🤣✌️🤟❣️

I give 5 stars to the Older gentleman the security guard at the front door. He was polite, friendly, very welcoming upon entering into the building. He even opened the doors for incoming workers and guest. Just a beautiful spirit.

I only go to Wok Express great food lots of options I only eat here for Chinese food, my family has been successfully ordering catered food from here several times throughout the years. The fish is good all of it is very flavorful and fresh. FYI My family travels from Orange county to order or pick up food from here. ❤

I work here so what can I say, good pay, benefits and people to work with. I see reviews from the truckers and some are bad because they have to wait a long time to get unloaded but what they dont tell you is that some of the loads that get there are a mess inside, some pallets are knocked over and boxes everywhere. This mess takes time to clean up then continue unloading, the problem is whoevers tied the load down inside those trailers did not do a good job and the load spills, who has to clean it up, we do. How about when they bring some of the load that should be going somewhere else or the boxes are to big for our facilities and they know this, so as they saying goes, theres always two sides to a disagreement. Theres more, believe me but Ill just leave it at that, enjoy your day.

So I have been wanting to go to this 99 Cent Store for the longest time since I usually go to the one on Whittier Boulevard and Im so glad that I did. Not only was this one of the cleanest 99 Cent Stores I had ever been to the produce was amazing everything was in its place the service was great that the fridges were full and all of the items were neat and orderly I am now going to be heading out to this 99 Cent Store versus going to the one on Whittier Boulevard in definitely worth shopping at

Tasty sandwich first time I ever had one its like you always see these sandwich shops that day was a must-try I was hungry. And it was well worth the anticipation of not going to one until then. Delicious dont be afraid to ask him to put more meat on the sandwich.

The food was horrible!!! The orange chicken didnt have any orange sauce on it, the brown rice was overcooked and mushy, the beef was not good and the onions was soft and mushy as well. I asked for coleslaw and they gave me some old potatoes!!! Now I have heart burn all the way up my neck and I only ate a little bit before throwing the rest away!!! Not a good location 😡

Nice fast foods places. Jack in the box, Yoshinoya, Chinese food, pizza, etc. Never crowded and plenty of parking. The 99 Cent Store Only acts like a grocery store for many residents. Never too crowded.

It has a few restaurants nothing spectacular, and an auto parts store. Quite a few stores are empty. There is no longer the water store or the convenance store. They should have a better plan to keep vagrants off the property. Everytime I have went I have never seen security patrolling. He was either in the 99 talking with the girls or just parked in the shade.

Santa Fe Springs Promenade is an ok place. They have a variety of establishments and interesting ones above the establishments. They have a variety of food to choose from some pricey and others reasonably priced. Ive been going there for quite some time now and have seen a variety of changes throughout some good and just others different.

Great food options! Waffles n Cream is delicious and has a ton of health conscious meals & snacks. The place next door (forgot name) has delicious pastries, tamales, freshly baked/ stuffed breakfast rolls and super nice staff. Pescaco Mojado also has excellent customer service and food. Run by a sweet, adorable family. Again, great healthy and fresh meal options and beer too!! Good spot for a Bofa, 99cents store and Jersey Mikes. Dr. Gonzales & his staff at the Optometrist office there are fantastic. Downside: Traffic on telegraph near there stinks at certain times of day but not too bad around lunchtime.

This Strip mall has plenty of places to grab a bite, run in to the $.99 store or order a coffee. Bank of America is on the far end, opposite side of Starbucks.Small beauty store, stoggie Shop & a retail soccer accessory store.Watch out for the directional signs when trying to navigate driving through, not all roads are 2 way

The only good shops here are the Starbucks and wateria because Starbucks has some really good customer service and the wateria has some really delicious snoothies! I always get the protein shake from there is really good!!! Thats an A+ smoothie joint

New companies opening in fairly new shopping center in Santa Fe Springs which is fast becoming a boom town. Starbucks, B of A, Jack in the box, Jersey Mikes, and 99 cent store are major outlets and smaller local shops too. Brand new Reliant Urgent Care judt opened.
