Santa Maria Town Center in Santa Maria

This used to be crowed with people and stores but now its not as full as before. Its still a great place to walk around and buy a few things you may want or need. Over the years stores have been closing down and the top floor is almost empty with little to no stores. Pretty saddening to see what once was the best place to buy almost anything. Still a good place though.

Cute mall I visited while charging at tesla supercharger. Had a breakfast burrito at fire grill 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌 highly recommend! Clean restrooms and fun shops.

Literally every square inch of this place smells like human urine. Which is ironic because its almost impossible to find a bathroom in his place. An if you do theres almost 100% guarantee that theres going to be a line which is almost insane for how huge this building is. nothing says safety first like locking up random entrance/exit doors on either side of the mall. In What could only be described as one of the greatest fire hazard potentials in Santa Maria history. Seriously though I pray that nothing bad ever happens in this place then the 8 homeless people taking dumps and two other people shoplifting might not be able to get out in time..

The movie theater is just real nice at this location, the shopping center in the mall is pretty limited but there are some nice places

Great shopping Center many stores here.Like for example Rite-Aide which serves you ice cream cones to to eat there a drug store and Pharmacy. There is also Big-5 Sporting Goods Store with Discount prices on Shoes and camping & Hiking Backpacking Gear, and Freshwater and Ocean Fishing, Hunting Gear too.Sporting outfits baseballs, soccer ⚽ gear tennis 🎾 from tennis 🎾 gear jogging outfits as wellA little variety for the whole family even emergency disaster gear and stoves.

What a great little place to waste an afternoon, as we did today when it rained. Some ok shops with some amazing activities (baseball batting cages, ace throwing, trampoline park). AVOID The arcade it is a rip off - half the machines are faulty and rigged to not give you tickets.

Its diminishing as we speak but it is a great place to buy shoes they have a good variety of shoes high-dollar shoes and also found that you can sell your used phones in there they dont want to give you much for him but thats something I guess

A dying mall that no one (including people who work here) care about anymore.Single use bathroom locks dont work. Signs are broken. The map doesnt even have a you are here ⭐. Clock in food court is an hour off because nobody bothered to fall back 7 weeks ago. And its slow by 5 minutes anyway. Positives: relatively clean and safe. And the electric vehicle chargers are free.

1st timer and pleasantly surprised, as we all know onlune shopping has killed the good ol days of the malls but this mall was very clean, and had a decent variety of shops to choose from as well as a tidy food court with various options.I was looking for some options for a trip and found what I wanted and more at Macys and all in their clearmace section, staff went above and beyond to assist and always a very pleasant demeanor. I am not local to SM but will go back to this mall and my favorite Papusa place nearby, I only gave 4 stars as the mall had quite a few vacant shops. Overall experience was great

The mall is busy again. Most stores are open. Every storefront is rented. Kids everywhere. Amazing arcade on top floor, its a must see. Claires is a fun stop. Bath and body works always has a sale.
