Horrible! I used to like this library, until they sent me to collection agency instead of notifying me FIRST and given me an opportunity to turn in the books, I have had ALOT going on & they lied & told me they would never send to collections & that they work with you, & thats simply Not true I found out! Shame on them especially when your disabled.

A large selection of books of many authors. The library is located in a strip mall. But everyone that works here is friendly and helpful.

Came to this place the other day with the kids. The staff here are very friendly and ready to help. He also helped my kids get excited about reading by doing contests. Overall its great, this location also has a 3D printer which is awesome by the way. Great way to be creative and learn something new.The selection of books for the kids were plentiful so no issues in finding books for them at all.

Easy access to books and DVDs online. Staff is there to help you, they are knowledgeable and friendly. I do miss breakfast and books.

I havent been in a library for years, I was especially nervous about this one hence I moved out here, a little over a year ago.. my computer busted.. felt very nervous this was going to be your tipical snobby library that we see in the movies but Nelly was I wrong!The staff is incredibly nice and willing to help.As for parents, Ive noticed theres a decent section for children. Im quite excited to bring my nephews here on their visits sometime soon.Definitely check it out. It may not be a giant library but its quite comfortable.

Its not small, its cozy. Its the perfect quaint little town library.Theyve got a very good selection of childrens book and videos. They got lots of activities for kids, teenagers, adults and seniors. The staff is kind and very helpful. Its one of the best places to hangout with the kids afterschool in Santee.

I love this place. It is clean, clerks are friendly and helpful! Wifi is pretty fast.I wish they were open late on weekends rather than weekdays.2 Major Cons:1.Lack of outlets to charge your laptop. They have couple outlets so if you are not lucky to get a seat around them you have time to work on your laptop till your battery dies, and then pack your stuff and leave =) I am serious2. It is very loud. People dont respect basic library rule to be silent. Every time you can see people snoring, talking on the phone, phone ringings, kids yelling, adults talking, people burp, fart, sneeze, cough non stop. Stuff trying to be nice to these people but it is not acceptable, they should be strict about noise. I would say it is loudest library I ever been.But I still love this place

Welcoming and beyond helpful. I bring my laptop and power banks to charge. I always forget a pencil but like Allstate, Im in good hands. They have books down, no question but I couldnt get into my Facebook account the other day. It really grindes my gears when Ive made to many attempts with my password but they introduced me to a computer wiz and that was that.

I love this place. You a person with a car theres parking. Wanna lock up your bike theres a bike rack. Want something to eat theres Chinese food and Mexican food restaurants next to this library. Wanna get a coffee theres a cafe shop. Wanna charger your phone, go online, read a book, rent a dvd, get a water, study and relax. The Santee Public Library is abusoley awesome and perfect.

I love the activities and special events they have for the community but especially for the kids! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I wish they could acquire more space but in the same location.

I am prego and take my two toddlers in all the time!! :-) they love it, either reading books, working on the computers for kids or renting movies, the staff is always helpful and friendly

Happy to have arrived at the right place. Friendly treatment from everyone. They gave me my credential. They gave me the DMV Motorists Manual in English and Spanish (so much so that I had searched for it and only had it in pdf).Now you can enjoy good reading and improve your English.
