Ive been coming here since they opened and really do enjoy this place with the BEST quality foods and friendly people. I want everyone to know that Sapporo in Simi Valley is the ONLY place where you would be able to taste real and authentic Japanese foods. Irashaimase~~~

Love the new decor! New menu but same fresh, delicious sushi and rolls. We got a feast for a date night in and satisfied our sushi craving and then some. Yeah, the ayce is gone but the amount of food you can get for less than the price of 2 ayce dinners is still A LOT. They also have new specials for dine in so will do that soon!

You ever feel the need to gorge yourself with sushi? This is the place. AYCE consisted of rounds where you can order as much as you want. We slowed down after the first round. This restaurant’s quality meets quantity.

This is really one of the best sushi places you can visit. The atmosphere is excellent, with a great mix of lighting and seating. The patrons are some of the best people you can be around too. The food……wow….it is really just some of the best you can enjoy. The menu has a wide variety of options, from ramen, to bento, and fantastic sushi, and the chef specials are top-notch.The management and staff are so great too. Every time we visit, we always feel full, satisfied, a “little” buzzed, and want to come back for more! Can’t say enough great things about this place.Arrive hungry, thirsty, and ready to indulge! You will never leave disappointed!

Had dinner here the other night. They have a decent sized menu. They offer all you can eat as well. I just ordered the Tonkotsu ramen and a yellowtail delight roll. Both were very good! The staff is very attentive and friendly. I would recommend giving this place a try!

I used to come here years ago when it was call Fudji (I think). At that time the place was dark and a bit run down. Today I was greatly surprise how nice and clean it looks. The service was great and the menu selection awesome. The sushi and rolls were delicious and fresh. Definitely I will be coming here more often. Great place if you are having a craving for sushi. If you want good authentic ramen/sushi, this is the place!!!! Been to a lot of ramen spots all over LA and this is by far the best place. Stumbled across this while strolling by, seems like it’s family owned! the waiters are super friendly, amazingggg customer service. The food is awesome, I had their Tonkotsu ramen and the pork was *chef’s kiss*. Will definitely be a regular here :)

Totally bummed. Loved this spot. No rice rolls are killer. Sushimi was always cold and rice hot. Pricing was fair. Went tonight and menu is a disaster. No more ayce. Replaced with some crazy multi level a and b pricing plan but only can order two of the same fish. IDK. Even the server didnt know how to explain pricing and portions.If you are the owner charge 59.99 for ayce and no tutorial for the menu. The quality and presentation will stand on its own and justify the pricing. I always order beer and sake along with my sushi order. Usual tab is $125-140. Unless you want kids in there ordering calif rolls and water for a $40.00 tab.....and a $5.00 tip for your server....go back to ayce. no bs restrictions and Ill be back.

We love this restaurant! Eric, the chef and owner is fabulous and so hard working! The sushi is top notch quality and always delicious and fresh! Amazing Mussels, rolls and sushi! Worth every penny. They get slammed sometimes but the servers are lovely, as well. Highly recommend.

Yellowtail and Salmon sushi was definitely the best weve had in Simi! I accidentally ordered something we didnt like on the menu the owner quickly made what we had in mind instead! Updated review :Food is still good but while other restaurants are at least serving refillable water, they’re charging $1 per bottle ( just a regular 16 oz arrowhead water bottle). If you’re like me and don’t want to buy multiple bottles of water with your food, I’d hold off for a while.************The service here is great and the atmosphere is really inviting. As for food, their seared nigiri really hits the spot ! Typically you sacrifice quality and AYCE restaurants but that’s not the case when it comes to the sushi, especially the nigiri.The Jennifer roll as well as the Hawaiian are my husbands faves !I will say their teriyaki chicken wasn’t the best, it almost tasted undercooked honestly, but other than that this place is a gem in simi !

They were absolutely ridiculous. Party of 4 adults AYCE and a 6 year olds rice and tempura order. Server didnt get the childs food to the table until round 1 was over. They hovered over us to determine if we gave AYCE food to the child. Try to explain to a kid everyone has food except he cant eat. At the end of the meal there was 4 pieces of a roll left and the waitress said she is going to charge us for it. One item that was half eaten. This was not at all in the spirit of wasting food and completely out of line. Never stepping foot in this s#@t hole again. Plus a $203 dollar bill.

They are at least on par with any of the other AYCE places in simi. Where they really shine though is the special and cut rolls. They do have a bunch with typical imitation crab filler, but they also have a nice amount without the fake crab. So far I really like the rose cut roll and the deep blue. A bonus for me is the inclusion of salmon roe on the lunch menu. They also give you one order of soft shell crab which tastes great.

The fish here was super fresh and the sushi rolls were fun, and the menu is very versatile for picky eaters as well. The only downside was they started to get really busy and the kitchen items were being missed and coming out wrong. But when it did it was all GREAT

This restaurant used to be OK until they changed ownership about a month ago. On the all you can eat menu, a lot of selections have been taken out like the ramen, soft shell crabs, yakibuta pork to name a few. On top of that, they significantly increased the price. Dinner now is at $33. For us, its not worth it to go back here anymore.

0/10 would not recommend ..Ok food but chefs serve their favorite customers before nonregular customers and the main guy was surly. They charged me extra for my leftovers (which is fine) but after I paid them they told me that I couldnt take them.it was 7 peices of a roll..that I paid per peice the menu price for.. No thank you... far better all you could eat options without the haggle and Bs policies not to mention I was there for an hour and a half waiting for food for 75% of the time while watching people who put in tickets way after me get food. Go to one of the other several sushi options in the immediate area .

Good rolls, nothing special and too expensive at $15 plus tax each cut roll. Anywhere else ranges at $8 - $12 and only special rolls cost more than that anywhere else. Im Not coming back 👎

This is my second visit and I was very satisfied both times.The food is delicious and very friendly.It was even better because there were Koreans among the staff.Miso ramen, inang out roll, and fried shrimp are especially delicious.
