What is the point of having rewards if you can not be able to use it??Even better.. why the trouble of making a QR code if you can not use it?I have my points.. and even if I have the chance to use it before they expire.. sometimes dont work online like it supposed too.. so if you go in person to order .. the same thing happen to not be able to use it..Tell me if that doesnt give anyone a bad day??Besides it used to be way better in the terms of food...No wonder there is not a big line like before..Well just be aware when you come here and order.. check it twice too..

Prices have gone UP service is bad employees are or get upset if you request special order or deny your request for extra sauceUsed to come here 3 times per week every week after everything started going down hill once per month and now after today Perhaps 1 per year.

Sarku has been my favorite for many years now. Unfortunately they dont have a location in the valley so I have to wait to visit Bakersfield to enjoy their tasty and amazing 😋 food. I took my son for his birthday to thousands oaks because its only 30min away to try their Sarku location, Im happy to say 🙂 its also delicious 😋 thank you!!!

I went here today, I got a bento box with chicken, and at first I thought the food would honestly be okay because the line was kinda long there, I went with a couple of friends, we all got the same things and the was sushi was super fishy, the rice was undercooked it was super crunchy, the chicken was chewy and it was almost like leftover pieces of chicken barley even cut. My friend almost threw up. I started to feel nauseous, and felt like I was gonna throw up too, I barley ate and I still feel gross. I really do not recommend.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. I know it smells good while they cook it in front of you and they may have even given you a sample that tasted pretty good too but the minute you get your plate you are disappointed. First, I never heard them call our number so when we finally figured out that 3 of the 6 were ours we took them and sat down the check was not toasted like the one they serve you. There is quite a bit of fat on what they serve you too. We also had a spicy tuna roll...we must have been starving. That was the most disgusting thing on the planet and they definitely have no right calling it sushi! I would not go back again.

Eat here lot of times but today guys in kitchen do not know how to cook chicken is burnt and order was noodles but they gave half noodles and half rice not good looks like portion of chicken is also going smaller day byday they need to change the cook there

Not bad for mall sushi, but teriyaki is really what they do. The prices are generally reasonable, the food good overall (they could use some work on even-portioning). The chefs do a good job interacting with the customers, but the order takers are apathetic at best.

I always get the teriyaki chicken at least once a week, Its addictive. There was/is an older Japanese who worked here that would always shout out yummy yummy whenever he added extra sauce to my plate. Really made me smile, I sure hope he still does that.

They gave out samples (Chicken Teriyaki) > liked it and had a good lunch. The chicken was not too salty which I liked. The portion is about right. Came with mixed vegetables and steamed white rice. I am going back. Thank you.

I like this place. Great teriyaki chicken. Sushi was so-so, but its the mall. Not worried about the amount of English the workers speak. Im here for the food, which was pretty good especially for the mall.

I would give no stars if I could. The cashier speaks no English, got my order wrong, I ended up walking away because I was so frustrated. I should have made them give me a refund.

I have been coming to this place since day one, I been noticing the new staff are just fooling around and have a mess everywhere omg !Since the last time I came its been the same way !I mess the other staff they were more professional these new staff say a lot of bad words, such as huey to each other .

The food was really good but the Japanese guy that was working today was really rude and he was screaming to the others workers and ignoring all the questions that the customers were asking i think that if he can’t work happy he should stay home

I had not visited the place for a long time...apart from the fact that the prices increased which I understand the portions are much smaller for more cost, I ordered extra chicken which was a little more than 2dls but since I wanted them to put it in my plate but in a small container they told me that only if I wanted it on the plate 4oz would it cost that if they put it aside it would be more than 4dls 🤣🤣 what difference did it make if it is supposed to be the same amount of chicken 🤔🤔 ..anyway I dont think the miniature box cost more than 2dls.
