Went to the mall grab jeans really quick and saw that they have bento boxes. I got the beef and chicken teriyaki bento boxes and teriyaki roll, great flavor and great prices. Great customer service and cute boxes.

Language barrier is An obvious challenge. Its happened that sometimes if you have an issue with your order you cannot communicate it with the gentleman thats behind the counter I believe is the owner. Very nice guy but it can be frustrating

Food & service was good but the noodle & vegetable dish I got had only 1 (one!) Piece of broccoli in it. Other ppl I saw had lots of broccoli & carrots. I will try it one more time. If I get same will never go back.

This place is great but they changed to another guy and the one that does the cooking right now makes it different I miss the other guy he would do it better I bought a plate not so long ago and the rice was a bit hard and he puts to much oil on it but it’s a really nice place to eat it’s just my opinion

The food was good its okay I dont have any complaints really it wasnt gross its just I have a different urge of Chinese food the way it tastes and I only eat at certain Chinese places but it was good food and everything I just I dont think I would pick it as like a number one priority for where I would like to go have Chinese food it would probably be like the fourth one but since it was convenient and it was there I decided to eat there but their food wasnt what I would have liked to have had that day The taste I mean its just got a different kind of acquired taste I guess you can say and it wasnt something that I would like to return to all the time I wouldnt mind having it every once in a while if its there cuz its convenient for me but its not something that I would go out of my way for and thats just my opinion to each his own.

One of my favorite food. But lately customer service sucks. Unfortunately its from the same person and he seems to be the owner or manager. The last 3 times that I purchased my food there hes rude and impatient. I can truly say that I will not be eating there due to BAD SERVICE. I will take my money somewhere also.

I had double meat chicken teriyaki, my granddaughter had California sushi roll......both were excellent meals. Price was very reasonable $20 for our meals and drinks. I will eat here anytime Im close to the Visalia mall

Super friendly staff preparing Delicious chicken teriyaki! The kitchen looks clean, you get great service with a smile and it’s the only restaurant in the food court serving soup. I can recommend the miso soup with noodles! It’s a healthy pick.The prices are good too. We will come back here

I ordered my food and he placed my food where he was chatting with a friend. His friend was coughing a few times during their conversation were my food was visibly seen and in front of his face. Very rude and they noticed I seen that twice. Also the man cooking my food was NOT wearing a mask!

Cheap. I recommend the teriyaki chicken roll. The steamed rice is really soft with just a touch of butter. The spicy salmon roll was a little bland. Good for the price.

Its my first time buying food from Sarku Japan and I had an unpleasant experience. I got a problem with the food but they went to complain to them and they didnt give me my money back. And there is another comment that says another bad experience, one of them was coughing near the food. I will never buy food at this place again.
