One of the best food options available in the great mall food court. Tried the chicken teriyaki and it was delicious. Would recommend this dish. Also, for the first time you order from the app, you get 5$ off your meal- in addition to having the convenience of letting you shop while you wait!! Will come back to try the bento next time as that too looks great.

Decent food good price, fresh sushi.Be careful with the trays they are super flimsy. Very nice and polite people. In the food mart at the mall! Loved the bento box dinner thing had a little bit of everything.

Food was great! I always order chicken teriyaki bento with shrimp tempura, this time I drop some chicken on the counter and the head cook give me more chicken and ask staff to clean it. I’m sorry for the mess and thank you so much for the generosity.

Used to like ordering here, but now theyre forcing you to buy bottled water with your order. One man always does this at the register, but another lady was happy to provide me with a bottle of water. Be wary of this before ordering from here if you want to risk choking on your food because youre forced to pay for a beverage you dont want.

I was excited when they opened a Sarku Japan in the Great Mall, Ive alwaysenjoyed it in Valley Fair before so was looking forward to it. This place did not disappoint! The food is consistent and comes out fresh. A great choice to take a break from shopping and refuel!

Love this fast food Japanese place.All meals are cooked on the tapayaki grill, and quantity of food is in good size.Would recommend this place. Definitely will continue to come back while shopping @ great mall.

No wait time on weekdays and the bento 🍱 boxes have good portions. Though the veggies tasted stale, the dumplings, sushi and proteins were good.

I thought I was going to like this food but to be honest my expectations were wrong truly like literally there was know season at all and felt very oily and customer service was alright I guess but I wasted 13 dollars unseason food that I could have not wasted but will never go back again

They weren’t doing any of the sushi. They just had the boxes and the teriyaki bento boxes with no teriyaki sauce, with a salad with no dressing.

Well when i got to the mall first thing i felt like was eating, i saw this place with a ok line of cuatomers waitting to order there food. I got in line and order number 2. Rice,beef,vegetables and some dumplings on a side. Well to be honest i did not met my expectations keeping in mind the line i saw when i got to this place.

Very juicy chicken teriyaki with fresh rice and steamed veggies. Rice is fluffy, perfectly sticky, generous portion. Steamed veggies are tasty. Chicken is cooked with sauce.Pro tip: Ask for an extra scoop of sauce over your chicken and rice. Free and delicious!

Excellent food. Short lines usually, cook really fast. I love the chicken/shrimp teriyaki with vegetables! Located inside the Great Mall in the Dining Pavilion (food court).

Customer Service is garbage. No one acknowledges your presents until they want too. If you order Sushi dont bother them with questions. The specialty rolls only have the tuna filling from the California Roll on topas to charge $2-$4 more for them. Also, the condiment station was gross. Everyone touching siracha bottles and throwing them back on the counter with sauce split out. Food like Chicken and veggies littered the counter top left over from previous orders as 2 employees were just standing waiting for something to tell them what to do.

Havent been to the mall in ages and Im hooked on the teriyaki chicken at this place. Plus the staff is super friend, Nick and the Sushi chef (I think his name was Tin) were amazing. I cant wait to try more of there yummy food.

For my own opinion I go to valley fair better .the service is rude food looked hella old every time when I get to come here .. I have to see who is getting my order or who is cooking the chicken sometimes chicken is over cook and taste is not as expected . The cooks do not speak any English and I always get my order all mix up with others .change my mind and go to next door

Every time I go to Greatmall, I must eat this one, and I eat this one for Chinese food/dinner. You can double the amount of chicken by adding more than 2 yuan. It is very cost-effective. Whether it is beef, chicken or shrimp, it is delicious😋🌟Spicy sauce must be added
