Savi Ranch in Yorba Linda

The former historic ranch land alongside the upper Santa Ana River is now replaced with the modern Yorba Linda East town center!It’s a mix of contemporary structures and manicured surroundings with typical business, dining, gas and oil change and residential buildings, often seen by the highways of suburbia.Massive stores such as the Home Depot and the big box Costco dominate the landscape.Savi Ranch may appeal to locals of Yorba Linda and Anaheim Hills, as well as for the commuters of California Highway 91, with its huge display signs.I like the clean newness look, tho sense a loss of originality, encapsulating development in an any-town, anywhere environment. As an historian, I feel ambivalent that there’s little if any reference to the past, other than the name and the original surrounding landscape outside the perimeter fence. I’ve included some images of how the land would’ve looked naturally.Traffic can often get backed up along Savi Ranch Parkway at Yorba Linda Blvd. Also long lines may be stop-and-go into the backside of Costco for cheap fuel.Parking is free at all of the retail establishments, tho restricted to authorized personnel or users at some businesses.

EvGo has a couple chargers close to Wahoo Fish Taco and Kentucky Fried Chicken. Wahoo is also dog friendly. Great food too.

Sad to see it so desolate! The upside is the stores are not crowded!

Costco, restaurants ( KFC, bombay grill). (Bed bath and beyond is closed). Best buy. Reconsignment store. Auto body repair shop. And many more.

Good center with a good selection of major chain stores and fast food restaurants. The biggest complaint is the access getting in and leaving. The main access point gets so jam packed with vehicles at certain times which has forced me to learn the times of day where getting in and out of there will be tolerable. There is a fabulous strawberry stand on the Home Depot side which sells some delicious berries

Went there for bed bath and beyond. Got excellent service on a couple of online orders for Christmas gifts. Store manager was very helpful and polite. Took my coupons and then told me either continue shopping or head to the check out line. Fabulous place with lots of things Id never seen. A must go to stop and shop !

Bed bath and beyond has changed so much I hardly recognized it. They no longer carry my tassimo discs and appear to be adding otc drug store products. I was very disappointed.

Dont expect it to be walkable but theres a good variety of stores. Traffic (watch out for dopes not paying attention to or respecting traffic signals and signs! Keep 911 on speed dial!!) is stupid and parking can be a pain. Still ... Kohls! Michaels! Costco! PetsMart! Bed, Bath and Beyond!

This is the most convenient shopping center for the locals! All my favorite stores are located close by so I can get all my household shopping done in one center. Parking is convenient and free.

I grew up around here and have watched this place transform progressively for the better. I am never disappointed when I find myself coming to this center. The new Ice Cream place in this locations has flavors that will literally BLOW YOUR MIND!!! Be sure to taste everything though.
