Easily one of the best dining experiences I have ever had! The staff were super kind and accommodating. The restaurant was extremely clean, and the interior looks charming and delightful. The menu was massive, and the wait for the food was very short. The portion sizes were great, and along with the price, it is truly impressive! The food tasted amazing, and the presentation of the food on the plate just added to it even more. So much love and care has been poured into this restaurant and the dining experience that I can’t recommend coming here enough!

They accommodated my large party last minute for a post funeral dinner and we got to enjoy their private banquet room. The service was stellar and the food was so great. We ordered all different items and everyone loved everything. I send my thanks to the Saylors crew for a perfect dinner with my family. We are forever grateful after such a tough day.

Grate Mexican good selection. Got myself a steak super burrito and a shrimp burrito for my wife and we both enjoyed every bite of it. Customer service is good, we did had to wear a mask to order our take out order. Chips and salsa is complimentary.

Cozy spot right beside the road in Sausalito. Ambience is nice, and theres a bar accompanying the restaurant. Ordered the enchilada and burrito supreme. Food arrived in enormous portions and had to pack half of it. The chicken didnt seem too fresh though and was chewy rather than crunchy.For dessert, had the Kahlua flan which is a custard pie bathed in Kahlua liquor. Definitely something unique to try out.

Cool place with amazing food. 👏 delicious offerings and specials. Every dish was elevated from what you sometimes come to expect.Came for happy hour with 5. HH only in the bar had to sit 5 feet away and pay full price since they only had 2 tops available. Overly friendly service and excellent dishes.

Our first experience eating here the other evening was very much a mixed bag. Some things were great and some left a lot to be desired.The chips and salsa were delicious. The drinks we had - the organic margarita and thyme for mezcal - were both excellent. The main dish and sides of beans (black or refried) in each entree was also generally tasty.The queso dip was bland enough to prompt me to wonder if an ingredient was left out. The rice was undercooked and also lacked any flavor.Though the bussing staff was on-point, our server (don’t think he gave his name, taller and bald wearing glasses) was incredibly slow. There were long delays throughout dinner, including a 15-20 minute gap after dropping our food off in which I didn’t see him again.We’ll be back to try again but the first round leaves room for improvement.

For the 1st time, me and hubby decided to have dinner at Saylors restaurant. We drove by many times but didnt think of eating there. We had a good experience. Our waiter Jorge was really helpful and professional. I had the pork chop which was one of the specials. Oh man!! Was it delicious!!! I also enjoyed my margarita. Hubby had carnitas chille relleno. He enjoyed his meal. The environment was clean and the atmosphere had a good feel to it. Would definitely recommend this place and hope to go back. Prices are reasonable too.

If you’re in the area and like Mexican food, COME HERE!Visiting Sausalito today from New York and made split second decision to stop here for dinner. We had no reservation and they sat us on the patio. They had heaters by the tables that made it super comfortable. Our waiter (Ricardo), was super friendly and made us feel like we were his most important table.The food was OUTSTANDING and the portions were large enough for two meals. This place is wonderful.

We had dinner here while visiting San Francisco. We had a later reservation but decided to try and come in early and were seated with no problem. One of our phones needed to be charged so we looked for an outlet and the manager saw us and said he would charge it for us at the front desk. Felt like we were part of the family. The food was excellent if you love Mexican! A great experience overall and we will definitely be back next visit.

A very rare gem in the entire Bay Area. I recently clicked with this place after several years. I found this place exceptionally fantastic in many ways. It’s very hard for a restaurant to impress me like this, especially in California. I would get easily annoyed and I will notice even tiny detail flaws. But this place amazed me and became my first choice. The food is very very tasty. After a while, I sensed delicious flavors in a restaurant. The owner and staff are genuinely friendly and warm, this creates the sense of satisfaction and happiness for me as a customer every time coming out of this place. I strongly recommend this restaurant.

Best Mexican food, and in my opinion best food overall in Sausalito and with very reasonable prices to boot. Im a local and recommend it to everyone who asks.

We were there for dinner on an unusually busy day for the city (with the city hosting fireworks and a parade). So it was quite full but we managed to get good food.In my opinion the meat and fish were a bit overcooked and dry. A little too crispy for the pork and salmon. Otherwise it was decent.

We were brought here by friends who love it and we couldnt have agreed more. Our waiter was amazing, very attentive and available. Waters always full. We ordered a variety to try and share, everything was delicious. We ordered margaritas of varying flavors, all were great. We ordered two different desserts to taste and share and they brought a third for us to try as well. Everything was delicious. Definitely recommend coming here.

Stopped by this wonderful place yesterday after a SUP boarding trip. Awesome margaritas. Chips and salsa were on point and food showed up at the table super fast. I had a burrito and it was superb. Luis was our server and he was friendly, polite, and very attentive. Will definitely be making more trips here in the future.

I went to dinner here over a year ago with my husband, aunt and son (2 years old). We had a wonderful experience. The restaurant is very clean. We had some of the best Mexican seafood I have ever had. We also enjoyed the extensive tequila selection YUM. The staff including the owner Sean was very friendly and accommodating. We are excited to visit again this January. I reccomend to families and couples alike.

Saylors is like our neighborhood Cheers. The staff know us because were such repeat customers and always make a point of greeting us. The food is consistently good, always fresh and plentiful. My husband loves the Cabo Prawns and I love the veggie Chimichangas. Saylors is a great local place in the north part of Sausalito, well away from all the crazy expensive tourist places.

Convenient parking right out front if you are lucky to find a spot right there. deceiving curbside look and also upon entering restaurant. Looks like an old diner when you first walk in - but not in the most welcoming sorta way. kinda drab and dark. Buuut, go around the corner, up a bunch of stairs, and there lies a secret garden patio that is relaxing and fun to hang out at for a relaxing meal. Can get chilly if its shady but will burn your eyes out if youre in a sunny seat. So bring a light jacket and sun glasses just in case. Tasty food. Big portions. Likely to have leftovers. Well be back.
