Great mom and pop type pizza place. Pretty much take-out or delivery only. If you are here for the weekend at Silverlakes, this is good pizza that the whole team will enjoy. Not kids stuff, but not gourmet either... middle of the road quality, fair priced and wide appeal to pizza lovers.

11-11-2021 UPDATE: DOWNGRADE TO ONE STAR.This WAS my go to place for pizza, made my first return visit since the pandemic, Holy Cow, what had happened to Scratch Pizza???I ordered the XL 4-Toppings Pizza, sausages, bacon bits, mushrooms and green bell pepper.The sausages DID NOT taste like sausage at all, more like Tofu-ges, or somekind of imitation soy-meat. Secondary, I always had Canadian Bacon before, now they charge $4.50 extra, describbed as Premium Topping. After I ate the first piece, I realize there were no sauce, checked with a store clerk, he said there is sauce under the cheese, I showed him the pizza, again he assured me Oh, Yeah, its there. My vision and taste buds must have been off, I did not see or taste the sause at all.It was a big let-down, gotta find me a different pizza joint now.Original Post:Great tasting pizza, the $10 Deal is even better. Get an extra large 3topping pizza for $10. Love this place.

Been wanting to try this spot for a minute and finally made our way here. unfortunately it was not what I expectedbreaded soggy wings. too much sauce on pizza. dough was chewy . when I asked for ranch with my order he said it was $2 extra. fine Ill pay, but dude failed to mention that I already had ranch with my wings. not that big of a deal but I def was annoyed.more annoyed that the food was mids.

Great pizza Amazing Owner and staff! The Scratch Classic is my go to pizza also they have great chicken Caesar salad wraps at lunch time that always hits the spot! Hey there Google readers this is Oscar your Google Critic and I am giving this restaurant one star let me tell you why.First of all when I receive my pizza it was burnt from underneath the reason being is because of the personnels lack of concern and cleanliness of their ovens. Hands-down the pizza is good but I got a batch of pizzas from a chef who does not care about this business I got a rubbery pizza with a burnt crust I am disappointed because this restaurant has potential of being five stars in my book,1.it looks clean2. they are fast3. their prices are good...but if they dont pay attention to their employees they will lose many customers in the future. My suggestion! in this world of good pizzas they need to step up their game. My final thought to the owner of this place is discipline your employees so you dont compromise the quality of your product, there is nothing worse than a bad first impression.They did make up for it and they gave me credit for my first purchase and they remade my pizzas this time by a different chef his name (BEN) Who made both of my pizzas and this time they were better than the first time but the sauce made me gassy and please wash your hands more often especially after you open drawers and push buttons so you dont contaminate the toppings....🤢🤢🤢

It was overall a pretty solid pizza; handmade ingredients, tasty mozzarella, very good. However, there happened to be an olive seed in my olive pizza which I choked on which made me throw up. I just ask that the olives be checked a bit more thoroughly so I dont choke on olive seed, but overall pizza was fine quality.

I have been her multiple times and order the same pizza bbq chicken pizza and when I get that they put a BBQ drizzle on top and not till recently a normal amount of onions ... I just order my same pizza but asked for easy onion. When we got the pizza no it had the regular amount of onions and no bbq drizzle when i called and asked if I can bring the pizza back the manager on shift said no he watched the guy make the pizza and he put less than what we would normally put and said oh you have to specify when you want bbq drizzle.××which I know is not true i was just there 3 days ago and my pizza came with itI think its just unprofessional to just straight tell me no like that especially when i offered to bring the pizza back for you to review. I will b calling to ask for the store manager

Delicious pizza, we had one pepperoni and one ham pizza and its probably the best pizza Ive had in the area. Only down falls are tiny location, if you want to eat in the restaurant you cant have a larger group and they only have bottled sodas and drinks. Customer service was great as well.

Family is pizza crazy so have tried many places. Scratch is only ok because of inconsistency problems. Sometimes the crust is almost like rubber and difficult to bite through. Toppings are good.

The ingredients were great. This pizza wouldve actually been really good. But the actual dough felt like I was biting into cardboard. It could just have been this particular pizza. Ill try it another time and see whats up. But this first time was not that great.

Absolutely excellent and the best pizza in Norco, Corona, Riverside, Eastvale, Chino, Ontario.I work next door amongst several other restaurants and select this over the others any day. Im quite picky about pizza, I grew up in Montebello and have been hard pressed to find any other pizza actually worth the money like when I was younger. ENTER Scratch Pizza, amazing quality, creative menu, chorizo and potato? Tell me that doesnt take you back. Their BBQ chicken is bomb as hell, jalapeno cheese sticks oh Lord. This fat boy could go on, yea they could be open later in the night, yea its not bargain prices pizza but long story short, the staff is great and the food is greater. Worth the money and Im on a working mans wage so Im selective on where I take my business. Scratch is where its at, give it a shot, youll be glad you did.

I cant remember the last time I wrote a review about pizza other than the time I was in Vegas and I was insanely drunk and ready for fornication. This time Im sober and I just sat in traffic for two hours on the way to visit a friend in Norco.Scherer...I know what youre thinking...where the eff is Norco? Haha. Well let me tell you. This place is called Horsetown USA and its home to some of the wealthiest people in the inland empire. (End History Lesson) back to the review.....Well there isnt very many places to eat here other than the usual so I stumbled into this new place on their opening night. Ooops. Anyway, Im glad I did. This place is absolutely amazing! Let me tell you why. The sauce is seasoned and has a resonating flavor that lasts a while. Kind of like a fine wine or aged scotch, the sauce is the truth. You taste it almost immediately and when youre done, you take it home with you. Everything is fresh and made to order and the toppings are large slices of some of the best meats Ive ever tasted on a pie. Dont take my word for it, try it for yourself. You wont be disappointed. I might be visiting my friend more often now. Haha.Holla!
