2023-11-30 21:53:20Staff is sweet and attentive they just need more of them at peak times.. walked in at 130 on Thursday most of sushi bar was full of dirty dishes and three empty tables not bussed. The owners need to realize they can provide better service if the have more service staff. Don’t be cheap on the labor. The good it top shelf but service must improve.

2022-04-08 14:57:08This place is so amazing. The fish they get is such high quality. I come here all the time, Id eat here every day if I could! The servers are super nice and fast. And the sushi chefs are so talented. I love everything on their menu but I high recommend getting the Signature Albacore Special (in my picture). It is so flavorful and mouth watering. I get like 3 of these every time I go!! Only thing is I wish they had more seating, they are always so busy and have very few seats. But they are definitely worth the wait!!

2023-08-20 02:22:11We came out here for a soccer tournament and happened to stumble upon this great place. The food was fresh and it was absolutely delicious. Some of the best sushi I’ve had in a long time. We’ll be back!

2018-07-18 03:02:59HUNGRY?!? This place is completely fresh and satisfying. It will fill you up. I had The Pink Lady - the most flavorful and delicious sushi roll I have EVER eaten. Micky The Server is a fusion of respectful Japanese hospitality and young American wit and charm. Gin the Sushi Chef is of tradition and love of his art. I ate creativity and freshness. The ambiance is casual Japanese traditional and relaxed. It is a small place but big enough for a large amount of good times. I will most certainly be back.

2023-11-14 23:38:45Waitress ignored me. Had to beg for a glass of water. Fish was spoiled. Threw up at 2AM. Have filled a complaint with Orange County Health Department. Asked to speak to owner, and told owner was not available one day later.Stay away!!!

2021-11-08 02:12:45Great little Japanese restaurant. Only a handful of tables inside and outside so be prepared to wait a little to sit down. We had the octopus seaweed salad, ramen, and a variety of sushi rolls. Everything was delicious. Staff was very friendly. A+

2019-07-19 09:13:12Nice dim ambience for a date. Tried this out for something new. Good yummy sushi. I always go for Sweet Shrimp and their shrimp heads were nicely deep fried it was crisp and easy to chew. They were out of Tuna Toro sushi so suggested Black cod sushi, one of their specials for the day. And no regrets there. Slightly torched not ruining the fish and a dash of rock salt and sauce was perfect. Will come back for that.

2020-11-04 18:17:43What a great Japanese restaurant, an amazing selection of wonderful menu options. Sea Salt provides a cozy and quaint feel with a local style. The wait staff are considerate and accommodating, while the chefs are talented and dedicated to their craft. The food doesnt disappoint and is well worth the time to stop by and try any of their dishes.
