Great place to shop. Many retailers and restaurants throughout the marketplace. This is a Dog friendly Marketplace.

This shopping center has a Vons, Coffee Bean, Edge Fitness Ckub, and a variety of places to eat. There is also a drive-through Chase atm. Parking close to Vons is pretty tight and busy during rush hours. Great place, you can park and walk around Seabridge port and include your kids/strollers.

I love seabridge best Vons and Blenders in the grass and best area to walk if you out back there is a wonderful area kind of like a park and walking path water and boats on a cool spring or fall day you cant go wrong here its free too!!! May JESUS keep you HOLY SPIRIT guide you

1 Star is for the company that manages the shopping center only. All the stores, restaurants and their employees are 5 stars. Walking paths within the shopping center are grimy, dirty and downright filthy. Please power wash and clean up the exterior. Show visitors to Oxnard that we take pride in our city.

Lots of shopping options here at this little shopping center. From Greek food, to frozen yogurt, to see food and sushi to a huge chain grocery store. People can be pretty hostile as far as parking goes, but if you dont mind walking its best to avoid it by parking further away from the doors.

Had my mani/pedi done before the Christmas rush at Victorias Nail. They are the best from the rest. Plus, next door I had my hair trimmed at Queenas. No one else does hair better.

It’s nice to have this plaza close by. We visit Oxnard multiple times a year to go on vacation. Having these retailers nearby is valuable to this community. Needed to make some returns via Amazon and were lucky that the UPS store was here.

Ample parking. Has security walking around to keep an eye out. Vons, nail salon, UPS, Japanese food, frozen yogurt, chipotle, coffee bean tea leaf, and a few other shops are here.

The variety of stores and restaurants in the area are great!However, the parking availability hasnt always been the greatest. The flow of traffic entrance from Victoria to Vons are accidents waiting to happen!

Fishermans Catch here is freakin awesome! After many years living in the area I finally tried it with my grandparents and loved it! I give them 6 stars. Fresh caught fish has to be a top priority and for them they go the extra mile.

I get my haircut at Queenas Haircut and the Vons is well lot and staged. Have had no issue finding parking but I prefer to park further out and take a short walk. The fish, or shrimp, and chips are good and reasonable at the Fishermans Catch. Sitting near the water with coffee or tea is relaxing at the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf.

Nice place but unfortunately always people smoking at the smoke free area by the fountain and security stuff don’t care even when there’s signs on the walls of NO SMOKING, bad for the kids but nobody cares.

Great shopping center with an amazing view right behind it! Chipotle, Fishermans Catch, Ciao, Buttercup Frozen Yogurt, and Coffee Bean are all great places. Dont forget to spend a few minutes walking around the marina!

An excellent shopping center that includes a Vons, yoghurt shop, Italian cafe, Chase Bank, and many other stores in the center. I love the Vons supermarket here especially. This location in Ventura has wide aisles, a huge variety of bakery items, beautiful produce, and a friendly staff to serve you. Shopping here was a treat and well worth a return visit in the near future.

Beautiful public dock tucked away behind Vons,great for personal launch with ramp and dock or a quick cast,recommended swim bait, I tried squid several times and didnt work as well as it does in other areas.
