While on my morning run today I found this restaurant and came back for lunch. The service was excellent from the very beginning and everyone had a smile. The 3 Taco Salmon Blackened Fish Tacos was delicious and veggies in it tasted fresh. It reminded of how the food in Europe tastes. While I’m in town might have to come back for dinner.

This is a hidden gem. We were in the area for my husbands work and found this place. The food was amazing, service was great, friendly people. Very nice place and so peaceful. We will definitely be stopping by again when we are in the area.

All in all really great place to come and eat. Highly recommend. We went all out. Had the bruschetta, clam chowder bowl, gorgonzola walnut salad with side of blackened prawns and salmon, blackened salmon fish tacos and spicy ahi tuna tempura roll. We are stuffed with happiness and food 😀❤️. Our cat (yes they are pet friendly and no discrimination towards a good kitty) didnt have fun on trip but she was chilling at this place. Do visit if you are around.

Had the two salmon tacos. The salsa was so tasty and a few tortilla chips came on the side. They offered a lettuce wrap instead of tortillas but we opted for the tortillas. Nice patio with succulent plants although it was too cold for us. Good friendly service. Good prices too. Located at the Hollister Airport.

We enjoyed the delicate food and environment very much! The clam chowder came first and it tastes a little different but also delicious from other places (by some special spices perhaps). Soon after we finished the clam chowder soup, the two entrees were ready. We ordered halibut and a cheeseburger, they are both very delicious. Highly recommend this place!

This was a nice gem to find. It has a diner feel, it’s very clean and well kept on the outside. It’s located in the Airport area. I had tacos and they were delicious. They were a little spicy but just the perfect amount and had a really good slaw on them. It could have been swept around the tables a little but overall it was clean. I could see into the kitchen and I was happy with how clean it looked!

Excellent spot for lunch and breakfast.Situated inside a small airfield, enjoy a great meal while watching small planes takeoff and land.The food is outstanding! The atmosphere is superb.I drive two hours just to enjoy the crab cakes benedict with polenta and an iced tea. It’s that good 😌

My family ate here every day on our trip to Hollister. The food was good and fresh. The servers were all friendly. I loved the chicken salad and my bf was a huge fan of the clam chowder and says the blackened chicken sandwich was a close second. My mom’s favorite was the avocado chicken sandwich and my dad was a fan of the fish and chips.Yum!I wish I could remember the name of our favorite waitress but she was so welcoming and friendly.

My daughter ordered the clam chowder in a bread bowl. She let me try a piece of the bread bowl and OMG! It was literally the best tasting bread bowl Ive ever had! It was absolutely amazing! I cant wait to go back and order it myself. Delicious! Also they have friendly service and great atmosphere.

The food here never disappoints! Everything is always cooked perfectly and delicious! My favorite are the various eggs benedicts available. The Hollandaise sauce is always lemony and never broken. A little bit out of the way at the airport, but it seems to help with the crowds. There is definitely still a wait on the weekends though!

Love this hole in the wall spot. I have been ordering their fajitas lately, but sometimes will order their fish tacos. The fish tacos can also come in a lettuce wrap! Another amazing thing to order is their wasabi encrusted tuna.

We found this place travelling through Holister from the Pinnacles National Park. What a pleasant surprise this was! A mixture of Mexican, Japanese and Californian food in a relaxed setting next to a small local airport. We enjoyed absolutely everything we ordered, - fried calamari, Ahi Tuna wasabi, Chioppino and seafood Jambalaya. Delicious 👌👌

Ive eaten here about four times. The food is consistently very good, think mexican seafood. The service is friendly and the price is fair. couple of takeaway highlights: The outside deck is really great. They have a grated sunshade which makes sitting outside a real joy, I should note that the inside isnt very appealing so the deck is where I try to sit. (More plants inside would help) The seafood is worth the trip. Friends are often surprised as this is not a coastal location but the restaurant is known for its seafood and earns that reputation with fresh and well (simple) prepared. We got to see a mustang p-51 pull up while we had lunch. On my most recent visit the restaurant (with advance notice) accommodated ten of us at one large table

Stopped for dinner on our way from Fresno to Santa Cruz. Details we loved: the absolutely scrumptious clam chowder had the tiniest diced potatoes and vegetables in it, making it rich and full of texture and flavor... our server (Lauren?) had the friendliest smile and was quick on her feet,... and the cute little planters scattered about were filled with a charming variety of succulents, making a nice setting for hungry travelers. Bonus: Cool aviation-themed photos on the walls added interest. Detail we didnt love? I ate too much and now I regret it! Haha!

God shall I want a wonderful restaurant in Hollister. Someplace that cares from the moment you walk in the door into your leave. Going through the construction zone and the snarky remarks by the guys outside doesnt set a tempo. Theres no signs just an illuminated Open. If I hadnt known where the previous Cafe was located, all would be clueless. The area outside is junkie and weedy. Needs some pride outside.2 rooms of the restaurant. One was bustling and the other had available seats. Quick response upon entry. Seemed pretty clean. My iced tea arrived fast and was right.Ordered a patty melt, because it tells whether they can do an honest real hamburger or not. Simple is not easy to do. Care shows as does rushing to get it out.It was pretty greasy. Did not reach the edges of the rye bread and the onions were skimpy but greasy. The American cheese on top contributed to more slickness. Grill lines on the patty, it was seasoned okay yet the meat wasnt browned. I ordered it medium, but it was gray on the inside.Fat steak fries and some skinny ones were just warm...not crisp or hot. Looks like somebody mixed bags out of the freezer. Requested the garlic parmesan topping, and it ended up just on a pile on the plate not at all on the potatoes. Fries werent seasoned to be tasty. Wish Id chosen something else for the side.Nothing impressive at all. Please work on it. Hollister isnt the isolated county it once was. Refined tastes from around the world are visiting. Theres opportunity.

What a wonderful addition to the minimal restaurant choices in our little town. The new location, out at the airport is nice and spacious with the new patio adding lots of additional seating. The food has been excellent each time and the waitresses are very personable and attentive. The variety on the menu is quite impressive. They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and you can get all of the regular breakfast items plus special ones like the Banana Bourbon Pancakes or a Monte Cristo French Toast Sandwich. The lunch and dinner menu is equally as extensive with items ranging from hamburgers, wings and fish and chips to steaks, pasta and seafood. If you havent tried them yet, I highly recommend that you do.

First time here. Had steak and eggs here for breakfast. $17. Food was delicious, everything cooked right. Good crunchy sourdough toast. Service was excellent. Will come back for dinner sometime!Only complaint is that the ice water tasted very heavily of chemicals -- I think it was whatever they use to clean cups with hadnt gotten rinsed out well. Id also gotten a cup of water to go, and that one tasted fine.Update: second time here. Got ribeye. It was a cheap cut, but the kitchen did a good job cooking it. Liked the cheesy polenta. Presentation was good too. No problem with the ice water this time. I did feel $27 was a bit steep for the sub-par cut, i wouldnt get the ribeye again.

Hidden away in north Hollister at the airport, this joint has plenty of seating, parking, great food, and wonderful service.The bathrooms though, definitely need some work. Didnt have any paper towels and the picture shows the rest. There are some that say that how you keep your bathroom is a big indicator of how you keep the rest.

This is one of my favorite places in town. I love that they have a wide variety of different food choices . One that stood out to me was their “The fitness plate” and secondly their Taco plate (you have a choice of lettuce wrap tacos or tortillas ) . My daughter and I wanted to try something weve always loved going to country Rose and always will but wanted to try something different it look nice the menu is kind of a lot going on, my daughter ordered a lunch sandwich and a salad I ordered steak and a glass of Ice-T first thing I noticed theres no condiments on the tables, I asked for a bottle of ketchup and salt and pepper, they bring me an empty bottle and forgot the salt and pepper we get our food looks really nice I asked for my steak to be medium rare my steak was overcooked and dry my eggs and hash browns were cold theres nothing wrong with my because she didnt order anything hot my English muffin was ice cold I did take a bite out of the steak and it was dry did not taste good at all I asked for the check and we left they did not even apologize going to stay with country Rose 🌹

Im not sure what is happening with this place, but it seems to be going downhill. In the last 3 visits, the service has gotten slower, the food doesnt come out fresh (left under heating lamp), and have gotten dirty glasses with our drinks. I might give them one last chance because I really liked the place, but it will be my last visit if it keeps going this way.

The BEST! In the sleepy little town of Hollister, Seabrisas is the diamond in the rough. Excellent food! Exciting menu includes seafood, steaks, salads, American and Mexican favorites; breakfast, lunch and dinner. Large portions, but save room for dessert. And get this, they are open later than most joints in town. Wait staff is always friendly and attentive. There is seating indoors and outside. They server adult beverages. No pesky TVs or jukeboxes. Locals are always dining here, but there is never a long wait. Not far off the highway (CA-156), right near the airport.

The food was fantastic. We ate on the patio. The atmosphere isnt posh, but the food makes up for this lack. The chocolate bomb is just that! Delicious chocolate covered vanilla and chocolate mousse. I dont know how they candy their walnuts, but I have never tasted better. The chef really knows how to prepare fish.

The green views of the fertile agriculture San Juan Valley are spectacular! The Gabilan hills are full of local oak, sage, younger sequoia plus a multitude of local plants. Coronel Juan de Anza was a trailblazer into Alta California!

My husband and I stopped here for a very late lunch/early dinner on Monday, April 11th and were so pleased with our decision. The patio was pet-friendly which was a real treat as we travel full-time in our Class B RV/campervan with our pup and dont have the opportunity to dine outside with her as often as we would like. Im terrible with names, but our waitress was top-notch - very friendly and efficient and super sweet to our pup. It was a fairly cool and windy day, so I started with the clam chowder and it was very, very good - on par with, if not even better than, most of what Ive had on the New England coast. The real standout was my entrée - I opted for the parmesan crusted halibut in the lemon caper sauce and it was to die for. I love seafood and its always my top choice both when dining out and cooking myself. We lived in Florida for several years, so weve had A LOT of really good seafood but I can honestly say this is the best fish dish I have ever had. The execution on the parmesan crust was exceptional as was the sauce - so so good! My husband had the salmon Florentine which was also very good, but just couldnt quite live up to the halibut. We both had seasonal sauteed vegetables that were seasoned and cooked perfectly, as well as mashed potatoes that were very good. The chef came out to help our server light the patio heater for us, and he was also very friendly and sweet to our pup. We were not expecting such an exceptional meal in what seemed to be the middle of nowhere and I really wish we had had the opportunity to return before leaving the area but it just didnt work out for us to visit again. My husband has been wanting to get his pilots license for years and now this has officially gone on the list of places he wants to fly to just to eat here. In the interim, I need to try to copycat and perfect this halibut recipe.Dont sleep on this place - you definitely wont regret the trip to eat here :)

The food was good but you cant be in a rush The food took a long time!So we came back a 2nd time on the next Saturday and the service was better but both our stomachs didnt like what we ate. We both had gut issues all afternoon. Something wasnt right . I was fine 24 hr. later. will need to find another outdoor eatery..

I have been here more than 5 times. Normally its pretty good and service is pretty fast. This last time ordered bacon and eggs which is usually tough to mess up. Everyone else at the table received their food but me. So I sat and waited, it finally arrived. Bacon was hardly cooked still pink and inedible eggs over easy arrived sunny side up very runny, old hash browns and one piece of cold toast. It would have been better to not have brought it at all. I will try again as every other time the food has been good.. But if its bad again it will be my last....

I went to dinner here with my parents on a Friday night. We beat the rush! It was phenomenal food, wine and service. I had the special which was lobster raviolis with a crusted piece of salmon. It was fresh, extremely savory, and I left full but not bloated. We also had the fried avocados that are stuffed with crab and they were so amazingly delicious! The entire patio was packed with people and we still had prompt service. One of the best meals I have had in Hollister!

We had dinner here again for our anniversary, Sunday the 12th of June 2022, only gave a reservation but didnt tell them it was our anniversary. When we got there they were absolutely amazing they went out of their way to make our 30th an amazing experience. Lupe really knows how to cook. The prawns were perfectly cooked in three different dishes the jambalaya the gazpacho and in my seafood special. The halibut in my dish was amazing perfectly cooked. We had the calamari appetizer and the deep fried artichokes both were cooked to perfection tender not rubbery not overcooked in the in the fryer just absolutely perfect. If you havent been here before you really need to check this place out especially on like a Sunday evening when its quiet and actually one of the few places thats open on a Sunday here in town for good food. Also forgot to mention that the outdoor seating area, is wonderful, and dog friendly.Talk about a hidden gem, wow. 5 🌟 food in a cute airport venue. Everything here is awesome! The artichoke & crab dip is unbelievable, burgers, sandwiches, clam chowder, fish tacos and the pan crusted halibut is so delicious! You can’t go wrong with anything on this menu! Yes it is a little pricey but you get high quality fresh food. There is a nice outdoor patio set up to enjoy especially when the weather is beautiful!!

Found this little place as a stop-over from Yosemite over to Monterey, and was not disappointed. The food was fresh and the menu was varied enough to wet our appetites. We had the fish tacos, mussels, wedge salad. We sat outside on a lovely breezy afternoon, and the patio seating was very comforting. To be totally honest, it was okay. The waitresses were so sweet, but the food is a little overpriced. The environment is clean, but inside theres a loud buzzing sound from the ice machine and theres an open electrical plug next to our table (we had water and you could imagine how that would go if there was a young child). The food is okay, not as great as a lot of reviews make you believe. The fish n chips is what I ordered, and the fish had a similar texture to rubber. Then for dessert I figured that Ill get the chocolate dipped cheesecake. When it came out, it was frozen, chocolate dipped, with a stick shoved in it.

Service was slow, and seemed disoriented at times; they dont know how to anticipate needs. The food was ok, and the portions are small. I prefer Cozy Cup, and Casa de Fruta. The breakfast potatoes were more bell peppers than potatoes, the scrambled eggs looked a little overcooked, and the coffee is served in very small mugs (coffee tasted burnt). And, the decor looked like it was recycled from the previous tenants/business, and the location is not very desirable. Please take my opinion with a grain of salt as Ive only been here once, and this is a fairly new business who Im sure is still working out the kinks.
