Seafood City Supermarket in Carson

Whoa... lots of kapwa filipino. Feels like home. Lots of filipino products... and the music inside is also filipino. I had an easier time talking and asking questions using tagalog.

Always a good vibe here. Clean open atmosphere; friendly, attentive staff. Good, large selection of products. They all have fresh food/meals available to purchase. Good location. Overall this is a great place to shop. Keep this store open!

They have most of the Filipino staples plus some other Asian foods. Their meat department carries various cuts of meats that most mainstay grocery stores dont carry. But Asians love. Surprisingly their seafood department doesnt live up to the name of the store Seafood City. It would be nice to have some fresh seafood selections like some Chinese and Korean markets. Still itll be an adventure for first timers.

Their FastFoof breakfast is so good youd keep coming back. Lunch food is also delicious. All properly cooked iconic Filipino food.

The food is becoming salty and spicy is too spicy. Its not an edible type of spicy level. The cost is rising and the serving of food is getting smaller. Might as well as cook food at home and save money.

This is a haven of all Filipinos here in Carson City! We are able to shop at a grocery store that simply will bring back memories from our very own country, the Philippines 🇵🇭!

This location has everything Filipino that you crave for all in one spot.Good selection, pretty organized, and had what I needed.It’s close to everything.

Unfortunately I had a sad experience in this Market yesterday, waiting in line to purchase my sea food I was told I do not belong in that Market and people was cutting in front of me I waited to see if the lady who provide the prices will say something but she didnt. I am disappointed that a Philippine person told me this strong words he must not feel welcome in this beautiful and cultural country.

While visiting the area we got to go to Seafood city! The city we live in doesnt have places to buy our favorite Asian ingredients, so to find things here at seafood city was a great treat! Great selection, fresh fish and seafood, and all the great ingredients for cooking those good old comfort meals to make you feel like your home in the philippines/ and Hawaii! Prices were great too! Hope to come back again!

Store is great products are fine meat/produce/fish fresh friendly people working here. Despite all of that goodness matter. There is always grouchy woman “utility lady” who always disrespects customers. I always witnessed her disrespect people not just customers but mostly her co workers. I heard people are always complaining about her attitude especially when you meet her in the bathroom disabled or non disabled when she’s cleaning she will gets mad at you when you use the toilet she will make you wait until she’s done cleaning everything where I found this such an attitude is not acceptable for this kind of company. What if something will happen when they stop their pee or what so ever. I even witnessed that she’s even yelling to her co workers acting like a boss. I heard alot of complaints from customers about this lady how she disrespected them. Moreover even always see her pushing cart from the store to her house every single day which I know that cart shouldn’t/cannot be take home by customers or even employees. “CALIFORNIA CART THEFT LAW” violation of state law b&p code 22435. Its not just once twice thrice happened this kind of matter. IT HAPPEN MANY TIMES OR I SHOULD SAY MOST OF THE TIME. So Im hoping management or higher will make her action accountability or even do something about this kind of action of their workers.
