This place is a fraud! More than half of the games dont work. I went to a kids birthday party on 9/30 and attempted to purchase a game card from the kiosk. When it didnt work I purchased one through the cash register. The next day I realized I was charged for both transactions and only received 1 game card. I went to request a refund for 1 transaction and they claimed the kiosk is run by another vendor and gave me a number to call. When I contacted that vendor they pointed to finger back a Sector 19. 2 months later and they are still pointing the fingers at each other. Im disputing with my bank to refund me my money and this place has the nerve to continue the dispute. Never will I step foot in this place. Most of the games dont work and when there is a problem as you can see they dont take accountability.

Food & drinks were delicious. Definitely come hungry! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Bathroom was clean & there were hand sanitizer stations on the way in/out of the arcade. A good amount of games to choose from, downside was some of the 2 person games we couldnt get to work. But some nights thats just how things go. Well definitely be back!

We order from here regularly & have always been pleased. We have tried many dishes & they have all been delicious. I love the salmon. It is perfectly prepared with mashed potatoes & fresh asparagus. I also enjoyed the tacos & chicken sandwich.Since it is connected to a gaming place, I am hoping people will give the restaurant a chance & hopefully the reviews are helping. It’s NOT Chuckie Cheese food.

Great service everyone was so nice and accommodating.The food was pretty good we really liked the Hayward hot wings had a good tasty rub on it. Would try different wings next time. The burger was huge we shared and didn’t even finish. Worth the money, would come back.Btw this is in an arcade with VR, we’d come by to check that out.

We love the food and the drinks here. So yummy and fresh. We always have a great time at Lazer tag and the arcade. Every single time we come in there are more additions. Its awesome. They always go out of their way for their customers.

Just ordered and finished our togo Brunch meal from Craft Eatery. Resturant looks very well maintained and staff were happy and friendly. Sanitizer station at the take out area.Upon opening the take out containers, felt like I got just a good deal! Fresh looking fruits, beautiful presentation,and crispy tater tots. The Avacodo Toast was well prepped and perfectly porportioned. The Chorizo Tacos were delcious and mouth watering with great flavor with bits of crunch with every bite. Bacon is good quality bacon leaving me wanting for more. I still enjoying and snacking on the tater tots as I am writing this review. :D Happpy, Happy, and full.Thank you Craft Eatery!

Took my grand-kids there for some eat and fun. We were met with some of the most caring and appreciative staff. Our entire experience was quite enjoyable. Sector 19 is a small personable eatery/game area which offers pure joy and more~

Solid comfort food. Fries and nachos were good but the fish taco was pretty great. Overall though, just felt like higher end cafeteria food and it was quite unremarkable. This place is awesome. I like that you can pay for your own food through the online menu if youre dining in with a big group. It already knows which table youre at. Loved the Salmon and the mimosas. Thank you!!!

Can I just start by saying, I am SO happy I went with Sector 19. Heres the breakdown of my experience:Event: My (turning) 10 year old daughters birthday with 15 boys and girls.Staff: Nick and Carlo responded to emails same day, even late night. Their communication was clear, accommodating, friendly and professional. Couldnt have hoped for better.Food: Oh my God..why is the food so good here? I would and will come here just to eat. Great food, great drinks, laser tag and arcade games?? Sounds like the perfect Saturday to me.Setting: The laser tag area is so much fun. Im giving some very serious thought to having 10-15 of us friends do this one weekend day. The kids had a blast. There were places to hide, theres a black light effect, the equipment was easy to use and put on. It was amazing. Good amount of room as well.Cost: Extremely reasonable given what you get in return. I was shocked by how much fun we had, for how long, and what we paid at the end.I will absolutely be coming back here again. I really hope you get to hold an event or just come here to have a blast. Its well worth it.

Went here because I saw the reviews were good. I had a bad experience. I was there with my two sons and sister. All food came out at different times.... with my sisters coming out almost an hour later after we all had our food.. Not sure why since place was almost empty! So by the time her food came out we were all done.. on top of that my sons burger was completely charred black and not edible, so I had to send it back which took another 15 -20 min to get back, and again it was burnt! So all my son ate was his fries. Manager never bothered to come over or apologize. Complaining to manger was useless. Manager was not helpful at all. I will say the girl at the counter was very nice. She was the only one who came over and apologized. My food was ok, nothing special. My older son had the lemon pepper wings that were so over seasoned he could not them. He ate a few because he was so hungry. Honestly I thought the fries were the best thing we had from our order. Sorry, I will never come back to eat again.

This was our first visit to Sector 19 and we had an excellent time celebrating a very memorable red egg and ginger party. As a parent, I appreciated that staff seemed mindful of the activity areas and spaces and often saw them regularly cleaning/disinfecting. There was lots of signage posted reassuring us of this as well.We noticed theres no shortage of arcade games to choose from for both the little ones and adult kids and our time playing laser tag was truly the highlight for us! It felt like we burned a ton of calories running around chasing each other. This was also super kid/adult friendly and they make it very easy for all ages to join and play.Their craft eatery is super convenient and offers a pretty yummy spread of food, . We plan on returning to host our own celebrations and parties!

Trendy, with a good looking but IMO kind of limited menu and beer selection. Our buffalo wing appetizer was nicely done, but bland. My Cajun shrimp fettuccine was also bland and had a lot of thickener in the sauce.

The food was fresh, and really good. The drinks rather cocktails for the adults, and custom sodas for the children were delicious. The staff was amazing. They truly wanted to make everything perfect for us. Everything was reasonably priced including the games. This place is an experience as well as a great place to eat. Of you dont go you are missing out!

1st time here since they changed hands (from Cannery Cafe to Craft Eatery). This place has ample parking behind the business. Vegetarian and pescatarian options! Food was AMAZING! I ordered the fish tacos and hubby ordered the salmon. We were both really pleased with our meals! Staff are friendly and helpful. Only challenge is that the order from your table using your phone option would not work. Tried several times and when I attempted to select menu items, the screen just kept going blank. Besides that, good food, nice atmosphere (arcade in the back with the sound of children playing), great staff and service!

Lot’s of fun things to explore on the menu. We usually order delivery and it’s always timely and fresh we when get it. Love the fries and the green bean fries are the wife’s favorite! Burgers are generous and yummy, crispy chicken sandwich is worth a go and we love the salads Nice to have a good eatery in Hayward!

We had my sons birthday party here and it was a wonderful experience. The food was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And the entertainment was kept all of the kids occupied throughout the party. I cannot recommend this highly enough.

I have been to this place a couple of times and it hasn’t failed to impress me. The cocktails are amazing! The frisco breeze cocktail is a must. The pesto grilled cheese is impressive. Overall, it is an incredible restaurant and I can’t wait until the pandemic is over to be able to eat in.

Delicious food! So delicious, it was hard to decide what we wanted to eat. Really enjoyed the fried green beans, poke salad, sticky ribs, hayward wings and garlic fries. Nice new sit down restaurant in downtown Hayward. Located where the Cannery used to be. Arcade and laser tag will be added next door where the art gallery used to be. Same as the Cannery, you go up to the counter to order and they give you a number. Service is good. Everyone was really nice. Went on a slow night and even talked to the owner for a bit. Both me and the hubby had burgers- I had the Western Coast and he had the Kali Classic. The burger itself was juicy and flavorful. They even toast the buns, so the burger didnt get soggy. Had their regular straw fries which were nice and crispy. We also had their specialty craft sodas. Both the Cherry Limeade and Strawberry Watermelon Mint were tasty, but I reccommend the Strawberry Watermelon Mint, as its a bit different and I feel like it may become their signature flavor. They will have alcohol in the future! They also have other dishes on the menu, like Salmon and Ribs, which I am super excited to try next time. Definitely check this place out now! Once the arcade part opens I am sure this place will be poppin.

Ive been wanting to eat here for the longest and due to the pandemic, had to put that on hold. Yesterday my family and I went there to eat. The restaurant did not disappoint! I should have taken pictures... but the food was too good and I was hangry. We ordered the ribs, taco salad, salmon, pike, garlic fries, lemonade, and 2 kids burger meals. Well be back!

Great addition to downtown Hayward. Tasty modern food with healthy options. Ive been wanting a spot like this foodwise since Bijou closed. The new decor is nicely upgraded and the family that owns the place are friendly. I had the ginger ahi salad and the wife had the miso glazed salmon. We also shared the fried green beans. Everything was delicious and we will be back!

Wow this food is amazing. We have only had the pleasure of getting this food delivered via Postmates, and cant wait to eat there in person.Over a few orders, weve had there ahi tuna, burger, chicken sandwich and varieties of drinks. Unbeleivably delicious with fresh produce, and fresh recipes. I can truly appreciate all of the hard work theyve put in. Eat here, you wont be disappointed.

My 2nd time here. Both times did not disappoint. The miso salmon is excellent! The staff is very nice. They made seating available during COVID, which is convenient. They offer take out and delivery too. Its a hidden gem and I recommend it!

We had couple friends visiting from Portland and met up here at Craft Eatery. Socially distanced, cleaned tables and chairs were followed for COVID guidelines.We ordered the Sticky Ribs and boy were they sticky and delicious. Plating and presentation of food was very appealing. The Sticky Ribs was the first to be devoured. Fall off the bone saucy delicious. This would be MUST TRY for all.I live down the street and really love that Craft Eatery opened in DT Hayward and I would recommend all to try out for themselves.
