Its all you can order no buffet. The foods are good with many kind side dishes. Certain items you have to pay on top of it like lettuce $1.99, rice paper etc. The service is fast. Kid between 3-7 $11.99

The service here is extremely quick and attentive. They have a small selection of food for you to choose from ranging $18.99 - $32.99 a person. The meat here is great, along with their fish cake soup. The tofu soup was kinda a letdown, so I recommend the other one. I wouldrecommend going here for cheap prices!

Honestly a very mediocre Korean BBQ place. They replayed dynamite by BTS nonstop and charge 32.99 for dinner and 23.99 for lunch. The meat was dry and bland. My least favorite was the spicy pork belly despite loving it everywhere else. The brisket also was not great. I feel bad for the staff as they looked like they wanted to leave the whole time.

We enjoyed our meal. The all-you-can-eat menu $31 had a lot of our favorites. The short ribs were my favorite. It would have been better if they marinated the meats. The two little thing of sauces didnt do it for me. Theres this seaweed rice bowl where you can make your own onigiri (rice balls). Fun! Good job staff at Seoul Jung.

We just had lunch there yesterday. We didnt look at reviews before we went and just decided to try it yesterday when we happened to be in the area. Im surprised to see all the bad reviews on Google map.First we were greeted by the waiter at the front desk. He was pretty busy, but hes nice and courteous, and seated us down as soon as he can. This was the first time we came, so we asked about the all you can eat lunch and the waiter patiently answer all our questions. We decided to get the all you can eat lunch, which is reasonable priced and with all selection we can order. We can order five items each time, and order more as we go. Its Korean BBQ so we were served raw meat and we cook it ourselves at the table. The meat all looked good and fresh. They have choices of different cuts of chicken, pork, beef and seafood, plus variety of soup, rice, etc. Food was plentiful, service was fast and friendly. We all enjoyed our food very much. They charge dinner at a slightly higher price, which is understandable and its still quite reasonable. There is also more for choice at dinner price.Overall its good food, excellent value and very good service. Well definitely come back again. I give this 5 stars.

Came in with a group of friends after seeing an advertisement at the Livermore outlets nearby. The advertisement said all you can eat for ~$18. Turns out all you can eat dinner prices are $32 per person and lunch was $23. On top of that we came in around 5pm and even though there was only one other group eating we had to wait at the host counter with no employees there for a while before they noticed us. For a minute we thought they might be closed or something. We left before ordering because of the misleading prices and the group of other patrons making fun and body shaming one of our group loud enough for us to hear two tables away.

I love coming here but service isnt that great, its like after you are seated and you got what you ordered, the servers just disappear. You literally have to flag anyone down who is walking by to get service. Always check your tabs too I went with 2 adults including self and my child who is only 6 they tried to charge me for 3 adults. Nice try lol my child looks nothing like an adult.

To begin with, they didnt explain us how the barbacue works for the different dishes. The worst part was the extra 33$ they make you pay if youre not able to eat everything aside for the prohibition to take out leftovers, it was terrific when they asked you again and again if you wanted more meat, because you knew if youre not able to eat all of it, they would make you pay like for another person. We wont come back.

I dont eat AYCE Korean BBQ very often, but I think the varieties and quality of ingredients were pretty good. I really liked the male waiter with curly hair, the female ones did not appear as willing to serve us.Meat I liked:1) Bulgogi - Unlike other Bulgogi, here its marinated, and cut in thicker slices, but it was flavorful and cooked pretty quickly.2) Marinated short rib3) Ribeye steak - you have to get one to make it worth the buffet right? Its tender, and pairs well with the dipping sauce4) Spicy porkI dont recommend:1) Kimchi fried rice - it was not really kimchi fried rice. It was rice and kimchi in aluminum foil placed on the grill. The best part, which was the crunchy part of the rice, was all stuck on the foil.2) Baby octopus - not really baby cuz it was huge. And it tasted like bleach, and so chewy.3) Large intestine - chunks of segments of large intestine that was full of fat :/Overall, $40 ($35 + tax/tip with 10% discount) was not too bad for AYCE.Tips:1) Ask for the big lettuce leaves2) Check in on Yelp for 10% discount

WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. Plz give up the idea of having food here. The service was extremely terrible and rude, they avoid having eye contact and try to ignore your call as many as they can. Their unsanitary condition and meats freshness are also concerned. At first, I was excited about the all you can eat BBQ, yet the staff were still cleaning the plats that were probably over-night(we went there right after they open) and mopping the floor with bleach resulting in the smelly atmosphere. Its not normal to have LEFTOVER plats on the table!!! And should clean the floor yesterday after the store closed!!! THE MOST CONCERNING IS THEIR MEAT. Fresh meat should be bright red, and their pork belly was slightly brown(not fresh at all). I tried to negotiate with the manager politely to not charge us for the only leftover we had since the meat is apparently unfresh, but well still pay the rest that we should pay. However, she said All of our meat is fresh, and we will still charge additional price for adult(28.99) for the leftover.Bruh. seriously? She ended up charging us the additional kids price(15.99). I feel like she was afraid of something, cuz she deduct the fee. If the meat was fresh why doesnt she defend stores reputation till the end. PLZ DONT VISIT.

Delicious And authentic Korean food. Galbi was just perfect.Update: we travel specifically to this restaurant from Palo Alto because it’s best Korean food we’ve found in the USA.We’ve try their “All-you-can-eat” once. I’m not a big fan of eating everything but that was very good.Usually we just order Kalbi-tan (+1 to go) and dolsot pibimpub.Price wise it’s a bit high but considering how tasty is food it’s worth it.The only issue I feel there is strange rules of what you can pick up and what not. That is not convenient to track.

Spicy pork belly was good, and dont forget buggogi (I hope, I spelled right).5 items at the time, they have 3 different rice, regular steam, kimchi fried rice, and seaweed rice.Personal soups.The food was good. Called to ask if they can make kimchi bokkeumbap. Its kimchi fried rice with pork belly. The person on the phone said its not on the menu. Some places can custize orders and can add meat. I simply asked her to ask the manager or the chef but she flat out said she cant do that. Very bad customer service to tell a customer you are not willing to try helping. Its not like i was asking for something they cannot make since they carry the fried rice and bbq pork belly.Also, last time we were there (3x) the bulgogi was hard. I’ve got to say this is THE WORST Korean BBQ I have ever visited and it’s not because of the food. But it’s because of the service. Service is unbelievably terrible. I have been to this restaurant many times in the past. I’ve always had a great time. But our last 2 visits just made me decide never again to eat here. The lady at the front is so rude. I remember her because she was the same lady at the front when we came late last year and she was rude but she was pregnant back then. So I thought oh well maybe it’s her hormones, it’s not easy to work while being pregnant, I know that for a fact so I shrugged it off. Then we visited again today and we for sure made a terrible mistake that we went there. It was the same lady, only this time she’s not pregnant anymore. But she is still rude! When she was getting our order her gesture was demeaning. After we were seated she took out her paper and pen and she said “Okay what do you want?” She doesn’t even smile (I can tell because she was not wearing a mask). While we were giving her our orders she cut us off and said “That’s it only 5 items you can order again later”. Then later on my husband asked her for another bowl of rice and she literally ignored him. She saw him raise his hand and she was looking at him when he nicely asked but she just walked past our table, completely ignored him. She is making this restaurant look bad to be honest. She should be trained on how to provide great customer service. I don’t know if she is the manager but she acts as if she thinks so highly of herself. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I can’t look the other way after she disrespected my husband like that.

Went for.lunch today. Few problems. First the outlets had a listed price of 18.99 per person advertised. When we went and mentioned the outlet price the waitress appeared to agree. We ate. Most the food was fine but some of the food appeared brown and old. We made the best of it. Bathrooms smelled horrible, not alot of kid choices but wernt expecting much.Our main problem was the check. At the end we were shocked with a bill for $140. We were charged 30.99 for two adults and one 7 year old. We were the charged the 15.99 for a 5 year old. We then were surprised with an 18% service charge added because we were a party of 4. Absolutely crazy prices for the lack of quality. The waitress acted like she couldnt understand the confusion. I now believe my spouse may have gotten sick from some of the meat ...avoid at all cost

Because we had a big group of people, we felt the servers didnt care about serving us since gratuity was already included. The waiters were very impatient, and they only came to check up on us twice. The water servers (different from the waiters) were attentive though. I hope tip gets divided with them. I strongly recommend NOT to come here if you have a big group. There are so many Korean BBQ and a la cart places in the Dublin/ Pleasanton area. Go elsewhere. This is an all you can eat BBQ only or regular menu only. You can bring the kids but make sure they eat a lot to get your moneys worth if your party does BBQ. Your entire party has to do all you can eat; you cannot do a mix of ordering off the menu and buffet. If one person doesnt feel like all you can eat, then that person must be forced to order all you can eat. Come here for a small party. Dont come here for a big party. The cleanliness is in question as well. There were ants crawling on the tables and a dead fly in my condiment.

Hostess was rude while we were looking at the menu, mind you we had LITERALLY JUST SAT DOWN. If you want to come here because of the special price you see from the outlet flyer, it is a trap. It was Thursday evening - not a holiday. We went in there hoping to have a better experience than the last time. We did go in at 8:00pm on a Saturday. They informed us that 9:20pm would be the last call which was understandable. We ordered our meat and the first round came out a little slower than usual because we just assumed they were understaffed. Our grill was not turned on and we tried to turn it in ourselves. We asked for someone to turn the gas grill on for us and one of the employees extremely rudely told us not to touch the knob that adjusted the gas. We just wanted to let her know that the grill was not on in the first place. We understand that customers can be really terrible throughout the day as I also work in an industry where we deal with horrible people and customers. We came in with no ill will or any type of attitude but the employees except for the possible owner or front desk person were terrible. The orders came out very slow and the service was extremely poor. I do not recommend this restaurant for people that want decent service. Id pay the extra money to go somewhere else and I would rather wait an hour and drive further just to go to a way better place. Save your money and do not eat here.

Dined here after shopping at the outlet store and we did the all you can eat premium. Restaurant was very busy and the staffs were mostly extremely unfriendly. And after 8pm, they started calling for the last order and it took them 20 minutes to get the 5 items that we ordered at 8pm. And the staffs were so unfriendly and they were rather yelling at us when we asked them about the last order or the status of the order.Overall I would say the food quality was okay or below average.However with such a bad experience with the staffs and the extremely long interval between the orders, I would not come here for the all you can eat bbq (well especially at the peak hours)

Unorthodox for KBBQ.Everything about this place is weird. The kimchi fried rice comes wrapped in foil and you grill it at the table. Assorted veggies dont come standard. Lettuce for wrapping your meat is upon request and costs extra. The meat selection is limited. The grills also accumulate residue faster than Ive ever seen at any KBBQ, causing the meat to stick constantly. Not a good experience though I appreciate there being AYCE kbbq in the area. Wouldnt take someone on a date here and Id feel embarrassed taking a group of friends here.

Skip this place! The place was dirty and it was so so hot inside. Our grill was caked with grease and even had bits of food on it still. Either the air was off or broken but it was SO uncomfortable. The service was also below average. The waitress barely come around and when she did she was in a rush to leave. When ordering she would walk away before we were even finished placing our order. For starters, you are only allowed to be there for 1.5 hours before they turn you over for a new customer, but that can be forgiven since its all you can eat. It really gets bad with the food; half of the meat they provide you with is unseasoned, and all of the appetizers are the opposite of fresh. The spring rolls I had were 100% microwaved because they were frozen in the middle, and the ramen there was literally $1 cup of noodle. But wait, this whole experience miraculously gets worse because each meal is $37.50 during dinner time, and they somehow have the balls to charge a 15% gratuity fee. A meal for 2 people ended up costing $97 and it was probably the worst meal Ive ever had. Please for the love of God, dont make the same mistake my friend and I made by coming here.

Their seafood would come in a small serving, however. And two different hostesses forgot our order. They should take notes from the other host who writes down what his customers ask for. Good food went there for lunch with a group. The server was really nice food got to us fast the table was a good size so we all had lots of room. For the amount of food we ate the all you can eat lunch was a good deal.

Just visit this place yesterday and will not be coming back! 6 of us walked in and was not helped by anyone at all until like 20 mins? The 2 workers saw us and completely ignored us! We still decided to dine in because I mean we waited and wasted our time, but do not order any of their bbq chicken/beef! It taste like garbage! Overall, service sucks and THEY are not friendly!

Called to check and see what time they close for NYE and was told we were okay to walk in, that last call is for 8pm, and that they close at 9pm. Got there at 7:15pm to be turned away because they just decided to close.

Meat is no fresh, racist servers and management. Went on my girlfriends birthday and instantly had a bad vibe of not being wanted. I got into an argument with the manager because clearly the food was frozen at our table, so frozen I thought the squid steak was a block of ice for the meat to rest on. Terrible.

Only one item you need to get here: BULGOGI. FREAKING SO GOOD. This definitely bumps up the rating.For a tri-valley KBBQ joint, this place is amazing. For NorCal, its pretty good. Compared to SoCal, prices are pretty high. BUT the Bulgogi is so bomb.This place gives actual ddeokbokki unlike other joints, and the vegetable pancake is so yummy! All of these are included in the price, as should be the standard. Banchan come out in small portions, so wish that could be changed.The rest of the meats are okay, but I swear sometimes I just eat meals here of only bulgogi, alternating with octopus every now and then.
