This isn’t your typical Korean BBQ place. If you come here for Korean BBQ, then you’re missing their signature items.After coming here for many years, this is our go-to spot. I like their komtang (ox bones soup) and my wife is in love with their cold noodles. I enjoy their cold noodles too, but I’m not obsessed about them like my wife is. I blame Korean drama for introducing my wife to cold noodles Lol. This place is pretty authentic to what we have experienced in South Korea where you use scissors to cut your kimchi into bite sizes. Not sure why, but the cutting of kimchi whets my appetite. How do I know this place is authentic? Because every time I dine here, 90% of the customers are Korean.This time I saw the next table ordered some fried stuff on the rack. After looking around, I found a picture for tonkatsu. Tonkatsu seems pretty ordinary, but yet when consuming, the next table was almost silent as they were focused on the tonkatsu. Think I’ll order that next time. This place only has a rating of 4 stars, but perhaps I’d like to keep it that way so this place doesn’t get too crowded when I visit. =P

We are pretty disappointed1. The side dish options are very limited2. The service was not good, we had old people, and couldnt eat spicy food, but the waitress never mentioned the spicy level to us.

Well the place has been sold by the previous rude lady to a new owner, so I went back to see how the food and service was. The 2 female workers were friendly and provided good service. The Chadol Komtang hot soup dish #1 on menu was just ok enough to eat when very hungry. We ordered the seafood pancake dish and it was a disappointment. They even put an unpealed shrimp in the food also. There were several pealed shrimps but why throw some with the shell cover? The taste was well I wouldnt order it again. The 2 types of kimchee was not good too. Sorry I just cant recommend this place because I am not going back.

My family was there this evening. The old server woman is so rude. I have never seen rude Korean women. Her behavior, looking at us almost killing. We were very uncomfortable. I will never recommend this place. 👎👎👎

Small family run place who are very friendly. If it’s your first time there it might be best to just drive up and order by number, the seafood pancake and chicken bulgogi were pretty good. Ox bone soup was also good I liked how they put the salt on the side. Definitely not cheap though.

My review is based on my first and only visit. Not going to eat here again as long as the same people prepare and serve my food. Overall not a very good experience.Here are the reasons:1. It appears this place is run by a husband and wife but can’t confirm. Service is mediocre. The lady doesn’t speak English and can’t be bothered most of the time. She was not happy that she had to give me a four person table all to myself because there was not a smaller table. Never heard a thank you from her.2. There’s NO lunch menu. Therefore all items are dinner prices thus quite expensive. Maybe customers couldn’t be bothered coming because of this. During the time that I was eating I only saw one couple coming in. The place was quite empty - not a good sign.3. Food is not great. I ordered cold soup noodles. The noodles were good but the soup was bland - basically no flavor. The 3 banchan dishes were below average. This is the first time I have seen green onions served as banchan. They were extremely tough and chewy. Also the mustard sauce was watery and tasted diluted.4. The restaurant gives a messy feel. The dirty dish cart stood next to my table all throughout the time that I was eating. There were flies in the dining area. Owners did not bother to take action to get rid of the annoying insects.5. They don’t take credit cards if your bill is less than $20.

My colleague treated us to lunch here yesterday 11/08/22. Everyone enjoyed their different orders of hot, spicy, and sizzling food.

I think its a Korean comfort food place but food isnt good. Seafood pancake only has squid inside and is very oily. Beef stew has no soup and unseasoned. very disappointed.

This is called Bibimbap. I enjoy Bibimbap because they are delicious and healthy at the same time. Look at all those ingredients. Various vegetables and tasty meat mixed with rice and Korean red sauce which is sweet and a little spicy.The servers at this restaurant are kind. Komtang means Korean beef bone soup. So this restaurant specializes in Komtangs. However, bibimbap at this place is also delicious.
