Ok, good selection of homestyle Chinese food. The orange chicken was dry and a little tough, but delicious breading and sauce. The mapo tofu was watery and a bit bland. The chicken soft noodles were good. Overall, large portions, good value, and fast service.

This food is truly an experience I cant explain the way my mouth feels right now but its definitely something new. Food tastes authentic and feels traditional. One of the best Chinese foods Ive ever had.

I have never ever ate a meal where I instantly didn’t feel good. I brushed my teeth three times and could not get their food’s taste out of my mouth and now 17 hours later I still feel nauseous. I will never ever eat here again. My teen wanted to go here and get some thing quick because we were rushing. I have definitely learned my lesson, never again. There was so much sodium and so much MSG. I can’t believe it’s a day later and I still feel so so sick. The food was not fresh, I felt like I was eating food that was maybe a week old. I still taste this awful food in my mouth, a day later & still nauseous 🤢

Fantastic! Former forever owners of NPs beloved Sesame Inn go faster fresh food for the lunch crowd but still rock the made to order staples and have added new dishes to their delicious menu. Try the juicy dumplings, the spicy crispy chicken (if you like spicy) and the orange beef. Always welcoming and friendly, a small business like the Conejo was built on.

The first time eating here and wow what a treat. We ordered orange chicken and cashew nut chicken from the menu and it was cooked to order in a Matter of minutes . The food was awesome and now we have a Chinese food go to place.👍

The portions are surprisingly large for the soup. Though the seating is in fact very limited, I think its worth trying out at least once

Been there twice and havent been impressed. One time my friend had a chunk wire in their chow mein. Also both times Ive been their main dishes in the front have been bottom of the barrel and seem to be sitting out for a long time.

If your choice is between this and Panda Express, this place wins hands down. However, if you want a really good Chinese food, this isnt the place. The orange flavored chicken I ordered was under-sauced, overly dry and reminiscent of low-budget Chinese food. The other items I ordered were better, it was just disappointing because Orange chicken is what I look forward to the most. Because of this I have only eaten here once.

Used to go there all the time-good food overall. One day I went in about a half hour before closing-everything was old and dry-they wouldnt make anything fresh because they would be closing in a half hour [i asked-unlike Panda Express who will always prepare fresh food if you ask]-there was nothing I wanted in that condition. Terrible to serve food like that to your customers! I havent been there since-that was about 1 1/2 yrs ago. Red WOK -NOT FRENDLY BUT GREAT FOOD. HUNAN YUAN-FRIENDLY AND GREAT FOOD

Here in Thousand Oaks for business. Seeing all these great reviews on restaurants here and decided to with Seven Spice. Don’t hesitate, WOW! Food was great. It’s a little whole in the wall chinese place with pick your own entrees much like Panda Express style. But this places is 200% better than Panda. We ordered orange chicken, jalapeño shrimp, green bean and spicy beef soup. All the dishes are worth going back again. Don’t expect a sit-in, it’s a small joint with fresh dishes. Your ie also able to order in advance. I wish they had this where I lived.

This is the perfect Chinese takeout restaurant before the covid-19 pandemic. Jennifer and her staff produce tantalizingly wonderful Chinese dishes that are authentic and very well seasoned. Theyre ready to go in just a few minutes and the prices are quite fair, especially in this unprecedented worldwide pandemic. Hats off to Jennifer and her entire staff for a fantastic job well done for well over 20 years now.

Delicious authentic quick Chinese food.Most of the dishes are prepared already and it makes a fast and delicious meal. It is tucked next to the Mercado market and has seating inside and some outside. Prices are very reasonable, and they have various combo items you can choose from. I also love their chili oil sauce with their beef noodle soup. They also have boba milk tea too! I will definitely be back again.

Great food and very friendly service I work as a security guard near by so while on shift If I have to get food its usually something fast and not that good. This place had great service and was fast to help me and get me back on the road. For the price you pay you get so much more than somewhere like panda express. My first visit I came at around 8:20 (they close at) and they still helped me get some great food

Ton of food on the cheap but I think I like an Americanized version more like Panda Express. Maybe its too authentic or maybe Im just not authentic enough.I got spicy chicken, too much five spice or something and both my orange chicken and the spicy are over cooked.

I live in the Premier Inn next door and have walked by this a million times going to Mercado Market.. I decided to order last night I got the two entrees to go and when I got home I took a bite of each item I got half and half noodles and rice and some kind of shrimp and broccoli beef.. IT WAS DISGUSTING!!!🤯😱🤮🤮🤮 I had to throw it away! If they werent a little Mom and Pop organization I would have gone back and asked for my money back!

This restaurant has the best social distancing practice. This is proof that the owner is a thoughtful person who really cares. There are two pen holders, one holds clean pens, the other holds used pens. They would disinfect the used ones before putting them back in the clean ones. Bravo!!

Ate here for the first time tonight and loved it!Food is fresh and there are many choices despite it being a small shop. There are several authentic Chinese speciality dishes that you won’t find elsewhere . We loved the food at the owners’ other restaurant and this is as good or better!
