Sharkys Woodfired Mexican Grill in Studio City

We have been to this location several times now and it’s always been a delightful experience. The food is fantastic, the service is prompt, the staff is polite and happy and the area is clean. They have a nice little salsa bar where you can get creative and a flavored water dispenser with fresh lemon and cucumber when you want to avoid sodas. One fajita bowl will feed both my husband and I with no problem. We usually do a bowl and a steak burrito and we have food for two days. Give them your patronage, you won’t be sorry.

First time I ever ate at Sharkys and I must admit I was impressed. The food was delicious, the service was great and the atmosphere was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who likes Mexican food, you wont be disappointed 😉

They gave us a nasty and crusty fork that was already used, Something was off today in general, the chicken was so chewy and over cooked. Was just here last week and it was amazing, not sure what’s up today.

Usually when we eat here the food is AMAZING, unfortunately this visit wasnt so good.We both ordered fried fish tacos and both of our orders were so over cooked that it was hard to eat.The corn tortillas were like leather and the fish was so over fried it hard and dry and barely eatable.We did not complain, we ate our meal and left.The customer service was amazing, the restaurant atmosphere was amazing, we love eating here, it was probably just a bad day.I didnt get an alert to post how our visit was, I probably wouldnt be writing this...Well be back!

Normally I really like Sharkys. I ordered takeout at the Studio City location on Ventura and Coldwater. I ordered a taco salad and made the mistake of ordering it with salmon. It was incredibly fishy, way over cooked. Ruined the entire salad. The cooks should know better! If you cannot provide decent fish then take it off the menu.

Cauliflower and mushrooms tacos was something new and different to try. Ended up loving all the flavors that came to compliment eachother. Other photo is chicken fajita tacos. Also very tasty and a simple yet delicious meal thats always filling! Atmosphere and workers were great ++

Used to love eating here but recently they’ve started getting rid of their best dishes and adding stuff like bbq chicken pizza? Thought this was a place I could go to get good Mexican not cheap tasting pizza… let alone in the past 2 months their prices have been raised ridiculously (before they got rid of my favorite dish it was raised in price by $4. And how is it that a quesadilla is more expensive than a burrito? You’ve lost a customer, sorry not sorry.

Great place!! I am so sad I dont have one closer to hone. Food is full of flavor ! Wonderful selection. Competitively priced. A must stop when in the area.

First timer, WOW this place is beyond excellent. Cant believe I drive. Past it several times and finally stopped in.Santa Fe burrito was fabulous, salsa bar was up to standards. Quality was so far above freshes. If you want great Mexican fast food at fair prices.Dont be a fool and not check this place out. Really cant say enough

They have vegan options. I love the sauces variety and sitting outside to enjoy my meal. The service was average. The food was very good!
