This restaurant is under new Management. It appears that they have regressed in service and the quality of food. My Teriyaki Chicken was littered with gristle and my Broccoli Beef wasnt cooked correctly. I had to toss it in a small saucepan to soften the broccoli.Original Post has been edited.They also have a menu if you would prefer takeout, and have catering options.

You cant beat the portion for the price, not only are plate less than $10 (including getting 4 items) you get A LOT of food. Its also quality dood, every now and then it may be a little greasy but it can be easily overlooked by how flavorful it is.

Absolutely love this location! Excellent prices for incredible portions! One 4 item plate will feed a family for under $8!! Very friendly staff and even though they were about to close the manager made some fresh orange chicken for us and that was a huge plus and very courteous thing to do!! Went well above and beyond what excellent service is!!

The rudest customer service Ive ever encountered. Instead, I believe I was trying to calm down the server as a customer. She was impolite and had a disgusting personality, which made me and the person behind me feel very uncomfortable, so we left. Im not familiar with Stockton, but this was recommended as one of the Chinese hot food places to visit. Im very disappoint. I do not recommend this place.

Had great hopes for this Sherman location. The previous one we went to we enjoyed. This one is a disappointment. They did a brisk business and all the food looked tasty and fresh, however we were sorely disappointed when we tried the buffet. The fried chicken and sweet and sour dishes, fun and chow mein were especially dried out and all the dishes werent even hot all dishes were lukewarmed, even the fresh food they brought out from the back. Seems like the food was made ahead of time and when they needed to replenish the trays, they didnt bother to heat them back up. Was very disappointed. Will not be going back

G wanted Chinese and Shermans is known for being affordable and generous with its portions. That being said, the service is less than friendly and the food is B- at best. Eat at Peking and Dave Wong instead.

This place should be booming. Great customer service with delectable foods for a really cheap price! Dont hesitate to check this place out if you like good Chinese food for a really low price, and no, its not a dirty place. Now, I prefer this over Panda Express anyday. Hope to see the business pick up.

Price, delicious, friendly and clean what more can you ask for? This place meets all 4 requirements. All 4 of Shermans Chinese Buffett restaurants have consistently good food. It doesnt have to boast of 100s items like other buffets. It is simple and delicious.

Cashier seems to always be in a bad mood.. food is decent, but the amount in never consistent.. time to look for another Chinese Food place out north.. Back to China Express. Customer service is good there..

Due to Covid most Buffets dont have inside sitting. You can go in a couple of people at a time and order what you want. They do load you up you will have leftovers for later.

This is a basic Chinese buffet with no frills. The buffet included egg drop soup, egg rolls, crab rangoon, sweet and sour pork, beef and broccoli, chicken with mixed vegetables, fried rice, and chow mein. We also ordered wor wonton soup for 3, and that was the best part of the meal - fresh veggies and lots of wontons. Lunch buffet price was around $6.50.
