Ate here for the first time today and had a great experience! I love hot pot and was excited to try this place out. My husband was excited that they have Japanese wagyu beef. We also tried the meat combo and veggie platter. We felt they definitely give you a lot of food! The staff was also friendly. Will definitely return for another visit!

I had an exceptional dining experience at Sichuan Hot Pot. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was inviting and cozy. The selection of fresh ingredients was outstanding; they even serve lobster and Japanese Wagyu Beef. What truly set this place apart was the attentive and knowledgeable staff, who guided us through the hot pot process with patience and enthusiasm. Each bite was a burst of flavors, and the communal aspect of sharing a hot pot meal with friends made it even more enjoyable. Icant wait to return for another fantastic meal!

My husband and I are completely in love with this restaurant! The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is phenomenal. We dine here at least 2 a month. We would come here once a week if we could. Thank you Sichuan for being so delightful!

I recently went for the first time and it was so good! They serve you so much food and it tastes super fresh. It’s definitely worth your money. My favorite soup was their tomato one. It was a really nice experience and the servers were so sweet & attentive. I will definitely be going again.

Hotpot was delicious and very flavorful! Resturant wasnt too busy. We got our hotpot and meats/veggies pretty quick. The service we received was great. We will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.

Loved this place, kinda pricey but you get a lot of food for the price. I will definitely be back. We ordered the the beef and lamb combo, veggie combo, rice for 2, pork meatballs, tofu skin, glass noodles.

Ohhhh man... this place. Whoo! We did a split both of Mild and medium schezuan broths, the seafood combo, cabbage, beef and tendon meatballs, fuzhou fishball and Ramen. It fed 3 of us and then some! The seafood combo had an amazing combo of items and was SO FRESH!! The staff was most welcoming, informative and attentive. Great new place, most definitely worth the price!!

Absolutely fantastic addition to Fresno. This is a fairly new hot pot location and the first of its kind that I know of in Fresno. We tried the beef combo, stomach combo, and mushroom combo. There was wayyy more food than we could eat for 2 people so we cooked our leftovers and took them home. I believe combo meals are typically intended for about 4 people.The broths were flavorful and the meats picked up their flavors well. We tried the kim chi broth and the mushroom broth and both added a lot to the flavors of the meat and had dept to their own individual flavors as well. The staff was very attentive and helpful and walked us through the menu and explained how we would select the items we wanted. The menu was pretty extensive and had a significant variety of options. It is pricier and we spent about $120 for the two of us, but it was an excellent experience and our leftovers fed us the next day as well.We went just as they opened (before it gets too hot!) and it there was plenty of space. Id highly recommend trying them out if you like hot pot. I dont know of any other hot spot location in this style in Fresno, so Id love to see them get more support from the community.

This hotpot restaurant is authentic as it gets. I’m so grateful this restaurant opened in Fresno as our hotpot options are so limited. I frequent this establishment with my girlfriend and her mother and each visit is always a wonderful experience. Excellent customer service and high quality ingredients all around. The staff never disappoints and are by far some of the most patient and diligent workers I’ve ever met.

Great place! I had no idea we had a hot pot place this good in town. Since there were two of us, we picked a medium beef broth, and the pork collagen broth. Medium was quite spicy so I cant imagine what spicy broth would be like. We ordered meats and veggies from the a la carte menu. The sets of items offered are for larger parties. It didnt seem like we ordered much to add but we ate our fill and then took home 3 containers of leftovers. This is traditional hot pot. There is a heating surface built in to the table with controls on the open end of the table. The ambiance was pleasant yet casually elegant. This is a place to bring family and friends and have a dining experience. No dressy clothes required. Loved this place!

Yay for having a hot pot here in fresno. I love my experience especially on their grand opening day. They gave my son extra fries but wasnt nneeded. Its the thought that counts.Service was great. Food you have to ask question on how to order what items you choose to have. Because it can be too much food but servers can offer more soup to tour pot if necessary. Didnt order rice tg ! Lol I would have gotten full faster.Will definitely go back. Be sure 4 people is 18%service charge !

I rarely review places but this place is great. The service was quick, staff is friendly and attentive. I did hot pot with two base soups, 4 different types of beef, shrimp and veggies. Portions are generous and meats were fresh. They have a sauce bar to add to your soups. The prices seem high when looking at the menu, but the portions are shareable! Overall great experience.

Best Hot Pot in Town. Other places dont offer the DIY option. Keeps everybite fresh and cooked to your desire. Soups are flavorful and not heavily diluted. Sauce station is convenient for flavorbomb dipping. Service is fast and organized. Need I say more? Go try it!

Ive had hot pot in many Asian cities, Taipei, Hong Kong, XiAn, and many more. This is authentic flavor! Delicious! The ingredients are very fresh, the soup base very flavorful. I will definately be back.

They had so many options and add-ons for your hotpot and they had such good service for just one server she was able to get everybody served in a good amount of time the food was really good and something different and new. If your looking for hotpot this is the place to go and the atmosphere was amazing a good price, my family ate a very big meal and all of us were satisfied for $100 which isnt bad at all for how much we got, I really recommend this place for anybody who likes hotpot or just wants to try it.

Having never experienced Sichuan Hot Pot I didn’t know what to expect. Food tasted delicious. Very hot. Staff was polite & patient. However, still felt moderately hungry after eating dinner. They give you a lot of broth but the rest is up to you to figure out.I wouldn’t recommend this establishment if you want a quick Asian 🍲 dish.

So far it was a good place to have hot besides my hub and I our first time trying here. Time says close at 10pm. Arrive at 915pm. We understand staff were busy and we waited. I notice the gentleman at the registered and another lady looked at us but instead of helping us I see that they look like they want us to leave.2 other server ladies, a younger woman and an older woman were nice and told us they will help us in a bit. After waiting for almost 10min, the gentleman came and told us that their dining is closed. I look at the time it was 924pm. I was ready to leave but the older server lady was really nice and welcome us to go sit, but as she starts to sit us, the gentleman starts to tell the older lady that the dining is closed but she insisted and take us to the table. The gentleman continued and argued with the older lady in their language. At that point Im ready to leave, I dont even want to stay. But due to my husband and the older lady service, I stayed. Food was good and good selection choice of meat and vegetables. Staff were nice and very helpful Besides the gentleman. Please in the future clarify the closing time so you wont wasted customer time.

From the outside I didnt realize how great my experience would be at this restaurant. The decor, lighting, ambience, service and food were great! The server was helpful and we found the vegetarian options fulfilling. Highly recommend this place!
