Always such a pleasure to dine here. Ive been coming since I was 7 and the food quality is always incredible. The prices are very affordable for a family and they have all sorts of options to satisfy any palette, whether youre looking for soup, spicy, or traditional Chinese cuisine.I would recommend doing their combo meals of 3 or 4 items on the menu which comes with soup. While prices have increased due to COVID, the quality of food remains the same. Some of my favorite dishes are their Salt & Pepper Spareribs, Snow Pea Leaves, and Rock Cod w/Garlic Clay Pot.Note that parking can be hard as there is no designated parking lot, so one will need to park along El Camino Real, which can be difficult around prime dining times.

A little disappointed here after reading the glowing reviews. I ordered the 3 entree dinner with mustard greens (which I thought was gai lan but was the cheaper and tougher Chinese mustard), salted cod in black bean sauce didnt have enough salt or black bean flavor, and salt pepper squid----probably the most edible plate but was unevenly seasoned. At least the bill was fairly cheap.

My partner and I initially wanted to eat a sushi place across the street but it was packed. I saw this restaurant on google, it was highly rated, and the food looked good. We walked up and the restaurant was packed with families big and small on a Thursday night—a good sign that the food is goooood. The menu offered the 3 entrees with soup for $30 or 4 entrees with soup for $43. We opted for the 4 entrees since the options were better and we can take leftovers home. The food came out fast, piping hot, and very delicious. Cantonese food is so freaking good. I recommend the rock cod, and beef and broccoli!! I will come here again to try other dishes. It’s affordable and delicious, big portions and a lot of people do take out.Update— A few months have passed and I was craving canto food again. Came on a Thursday night. Packed and the place was understaffed with one man doing the role of 3 ppl. So many door dashers were waiting for their orders as well. We opted for the 4 choice for $43 combo again. We got the rock cod filet salt and pepper, clams with black bean sauce, filet beef with black bean sauce, and sticky rice with Chinese sausage. Every single dish was so good! We always like the food here and feel so satisfied with it. We had plenty to take home. They are understaffed, so be patient, be kind. The food is worth it!

I enjoyed a large group family gathering dinner at this restaurant on Saturday night. They have a room in the back for large groups. It was nice as we had the whole back room to ourselves and used 2 of the 4 ten-top tables.Food came out quicker than table space available, but room was always found for the new dish. Portions were a good size. Dishes were flavorful.Service was friendly and accommodating, especially nice with large group gatherings. The atmosphere was nondescript and boarding dingy.

A good place for cheap (westernized) Chinese food. Highlights were the black pepper beef and fried rice. The peking style spare rib and sweet and sour chicken were a bit too sour for my liking. We received a complimentary chicken soup (老鸭煲) along with our meal as well! Though the quality wasn’t amazing, this was an enjoyable experience for how cheap it was.

Great traditional Cantonese food, solid portions, and a price that made me think I was back in the early 2000s. So. Cheap. The value for (the legitimately great) quality is unbeatable.Their fry chef is amazing, everything that was fried was perfectly done -- crisp on the outside while still tender and juicy inside.Note that their dishes are split across multiple menus -- for example the whole fried fish is only on their 4 dishes for $43 menu, and not on the full menu.

Decent light Asian food from southern China region with good services. The fish/tofu dish on top of lunch 3-course menu is really Good. Everything else we tried was pretty good too. Lots of food for lunch. Good service as well all though the bathrooms are not in the best condition. Wonderful price with high quality and fresh ingredients. Just what I need☺️😋

My Rating System1-Star: Horrible, 2-Star: Bad, 3-Star: Average, 4-Star: Good, 5-Star: Amazing (I have yet to consider any restaurant a 5-star).Ive been to this restaurant several times. Once upon a time, I would have rated this restaurant at 4 stars, but these days some of my favorite dishes dont seem to taste as good. Its still a restaurant worth going to if youre looking for chinese food. Please keep in mind that I can be something of a tough critic when there is a rating system. I think most restaurants are 3-star, but are worth going to. You need only be weary of anything I would give a 2-star or lower.
