This place deserves more attention than the Panda Express stores in the town, its basically the same price maybe like 20 cents more expensive and tastes a heck of a lot better than Panda Express, plus its basically the same style of restaurant as Panda, it might take more time sometimes if theyre out of a dish but its way better and the customer service is great and the food is much more authentic than Panda. I love going in there, its my 2nd time going and I approve of this restaurant. I hope they stay open forever. Merry Christmas.
My family had been coming here for years. its a place loved by 3 generations of my family and I come here any chance I get. Great prices, amazing food, really nice staff. The decors lacking though, but this is a restaurant and the focus is on food, so I wont detract points. The optimal way to experience it (in my opinion) is to get some amazing dim-sum and maybe a small box of Peking pork, and then go out for a picnic. Great for takeout.
I love this restaurent very much! No reason to give under 5 stars because their teriyaki chicken, fried dumplings,... so delicious! And the important, those people dont look like can spit into your meal(some pelple can do it who told me they did), they look like very loyal and honest! When I bought extra meal for a homeless who pick up gabarge outside, they gave me a eyes of approval so I knew that!
Pretty good food at very very good prices. Their hot bean cake (tofu) dish is absolutely amazing, along with their fried rice! Very friendly staff.
The service was awful. First I had to stand at the front of the restaurant for about 25-30 minutes before anyone even came to talk to me, that should’ve been my cue to leave but I was hungry and there is not a lot of other food options in the area. Finally I get my seat, the one fellow who wasn’t even my server got me a beer and some chips. The server finally came over after about another 15 minutes and I placed my order. It took over an hour to get my food. And I didn’t even see my waitress the whole time. I had to walk up to the front to get another beer because I had been just sitting there with an empty beer for about half an hour already. I finally got my food after an hour and it was just par. It wasn’t even that great, I could probably make better at home. Definitely not worth the way. They are not even overly busy. I’m not sure if they were just understaffed or if the staff they have is just slow. Either way maybe they should hire new people. If you’re in a hurry, don’t come here
Delicious food. Every single item on the menu is tasty. I can go in and just order whatever is already made, and I’ve never been disappointed. I’ve tried tofu many times in my life too and Silver Moon’s is the only one I’ve ever liked.

Chow Mein and Fried Rice are bland. Food isnt oily at all, which can sometimes be the scary thing with Chinese. Egg roll was fine, not great. Fried shrimp dumpling had good flavor, I enjoyed that. Vegetable soup with egg and tofu was so bland. The vegetables were carrots and peas, broth was thick and clear with no flavor. Wont return again, unless Im desperate. Didnt try their other dumplings. I met a lady that was in there eating one, who said theyre the best and shes been going there for years. Maybe those have good flavor.
Really good noodles, nice and thick with great flavor!! Yum!! My family loves the teriyaki chicken as well as the steamed vegetables. The sesame chicken is great as well!! Always consistent food and decent pricing as well!! Most definitely will be returning!!
Myself and colleagues from Santa Rosa Junior College have been relying on Silver Moon meals for the past 15 years. Their chicken chop -chop is tasty barbecued chicken and can be ordered with a number of accompaniments. They provide large portions and I usually have it for dinner or the next day. Most of their dishes microwave well when there are any leftovers. The front staff varies through the years but they are usually attentive and engaging. The cook(s) must be the same because the quality of the food has remained high.
Quick spot to grab excellent Chinese food at insane prices, the food is awesome! I love popping in and grabbing some chicken, chow mein, and pot stickers. Try the chicken curry combination meal. Family owned and they take pride in their work. I have grown to love this place so much

Decent food for the right price, typical Chinese takeout fare. Nothing special but their pork buns are a true winner. If nothing else, grab an order of those! The best for the right price around here.

Definitely not a place to go for atmosphere but the food is pretty good. Not spectacular, but you get what you pay for in taste. My favorite part is the portions. I rarely get full and this place fills me easy.
Amazing food every time, the ladies dont speak English well so you know its bomb; they always are extremely helpful and kind. I have to limit myself to once a week with this place even though the prices are quite a bargain!

2023-06-03 00:19:26So not authentic and no flavor.the chowmein was more like a container of flavorless, mushy, soggy noodles. The rice had to have been sitting quite sometime it was dry and hard. Even soy sauce didnt help it taste better. Asked Google for good Chinese food. So wont ask Google for food advice again.

2021-10-30 21:47:55Being a transplant from San Francisco, Im quite picky about Chinese food. Ive never been a take-out gal, but with the pandemic, I gave Silver Moon a try a few months ago, and I now go weekly. Their noodles are good, and I love their curry chicken (goes really well with rice). You can also order things that arent at the hot table if you dont mind to wait a bit or call in. I have ordered Singapore Noodles (curry thin rice noodles with BBQ pork) a few times, and also tried their pan-fried flat rice noodles (you can ask for shrimp, beef, or chicken). Both really good. The portion is big enough for me to have leftovers for the next day. And they have GREAT shrimp dumplings. Even better than what I get at take out places in San Francisco (partly why I dont usually like take-out!). They also have steamed buns, but I havent tried them, since I prefer baked buns (only available on Saturday -- I usually get the custard ones). Oh, they also have sesame balls. If like the custard ones, but I think they also have them with red beans.

2022-06-01 14:29:20Was going with the 4.5 stars review on Google. When we got there....trays were mostly empty. Food was salty. They didnt give us what we asked for, they substituted with what was in trays. Orange chicken & dim sum were good. Decent priced
