Stop by for quick Thai food. After ordering, food came out within 10 minutes. Overall the food was just okay. The yellow curry was relatively light and the potatoes were still semi-raw. The pad see ew was more on the salty soy side. I think the highlight of the meal was the mango sticky rice.

Delicious and fresh ingredients used. Authentic Thai flavor. If you’re craving good Thai food, come here. Service was good, too. Quick and kind person taking orders and bringing food out! We both got the pad Thai and an appetizer of fried tofu. Everything was great! Will come back!

Lovely restaurant with truly unique dishes. We enjoyed the Thai coffee made with coconut water.Butterfly leaf 🪷 tea lemonade, (a beautiful and refreshing drink) and sizzling pork belly with basil.I would definitely go again!

Its absolutely amazing. Willing to drive 3 hours to eat here from Palm Springs . Family owned mother does the cooking. My friend is from Thailand says its like home cooking.

We shared the papaya salad (tom tum) and the crab pad Thai. Both delicious! Super fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. Great service to top it off 👏🏼

The best Thai restaurant in Chula Vista! Service is very nice! The food is beyond amazing! Our favorite dish is bbq chicken and south side fried chicken!!! They come with sticky rice. The portion is very big (Good for sharing), flavorful and tender! We will definitely come back!!

Amazing food- you can really taste their fresh ingredients even in their hot sauces! Highly recommend 👌🏼 got the pad Thai with tofu and Thai iced tea with boba and coconut milk

This is my 5th time in a row they have messed up my order. I simply ordered spicy crab fried rice. The rice was not even mild. What is the point of asking the customer what they want if you are going to give them whatever you want to. This is extremely frustrating as I want to give this small business a chance

I just had dinner here and really loved the food. I ordered green curry medium but could have definitely had spicy. The Tom kha was also really good! Good prices and portions too.

Delicious food! Great selection of curries. The pumpkin is amazing. Great for vegetarians! Service was excellent and prompt. Can’t wait to come back! Also good for kids.

Name of restaurant definitely represents its fare. The drunken noodles, green curry, and shrimp spring rolls were delicious, fresh, and plentiful. We recommend this restaurant if you like authentic Thai cuisine.

Tried this place tonight for the first time. Hands down the best Thai food I have had in SD. Had the Tom Kha soup and Mango Curry. Both were incredibly flavorful. Will be back!

Terrible service. Went in with more than 30 minutes prior to closing with my family and they basically told us there was not enough time for us to dine in. Took our business to another Thai restaurant where the service was much, much better.

My husband ordered the Pineapple Curry, and I ordered one of their original specials called Khao Soi. We both thought that this was the best Thai food weve had by far in Chula Vista (not to insult the others, but this was really good.)

Absolutely INSANELY DELICIOUS!! We ordered the drunken noodles with chicken and vegetable crispy rolls and were blown away at how great this food taste!!! Will definitely be coming back…often! I have been waiting to find a good Thai food place and finally nailed it!!

This was our first time eating at Simply Fresh Thai (formerly Thai Fresh 2). The staff was friendly and the wait was short despite being there at dinner time. We ordered the papaya salad, gyoza, tom yum soup, I had the pad see-ew, my husband had khao soi, and we both had thai iced tea. Everything was delicious, a bit better than the average Thai restaurant I’d say, my husband especially loved the khao soi and my toddler loved the gyoza and the salad luckily lol. We definitely plan on coming here more often as my husband is excited to try more from the special menu and we enjoyed our experience.

The previous owners had a pad thai dish that was a little too dry; this new one is delicious! We also like getting the drunken fried rice (well, we get it b/c it has basil) without carrots or bel peppers. Ask them to cook it a bit longer for a crispier and more caramelized taste!
