Melissa was absolutely wonderful! Walking in, the atmosphere was warm and she was so welcoming! She knew everything by heart the menu and helped me and my friend understand everything on the menu! She even offered us samples of the treats and Palestinian delicates! The food was amazing, everything was cooked well and I will be coming back!

I tried this for the first time yesterday and I was impressed! Very reasonable prices and good quality food and ingredients. Everything was flavorful! My favorite was my lamb kabob and rice pilaf but I definitely want to come back to try more things. Their hummus and pita chips were yummy! I would personally buy another bag of chips because they are a little small.I was excited to see burgers in the menu and their addition of flaming hot stuff! The service was great, our cashier was knowledgeable and friendly and great at explaining and recommending stuff. They know how to make sure people come back.I’m excited to go back!

Besides the food which is AMAZING, Cheyenne is the star of the show. Her customer service is almost unheard of these days and she definitely needs to be recognized for it. I have no issue with the wait times for FRESH, HOT, GOOD QUALITY, CLEAN FOOD because its worth the wait. I see multiple complaints about the prices but you are paying for QUALITY which is sadly also almost unheard of these days. If you want cheap processed food for half the price, go somewhere else and leave more for people like me who can truly appreciate it.

Cheyenne was super friendly and embodies what great customer service should look like. Their food is always fresh, delicious, and offer great customer service. My wife and I eat here 3-4 times per week because they have a wide variety of healthy, but tasty option on their menu and conveniently deliver through Grubhub.

Recently Opened, I’ve tried the restaurant a couple times now.Staff is very friendly, helpful in explaining the menu and giving recommendations.G.O.A.T Burger has been my favorite item so far. The Gyro are solid as well and have lunch special for it and some other options. The dinner plate was my least favorite, because I was not a fan of the dressing for the salad.Shawrnma fries are well seasoned, with plenty of topping along with a big portion.All the Turkish delights have been really good so far.Their is no real negative for atmosphere but their is also no highlight to make the score above average. It is a quick sit and/or go.But the staff is a major point, they are friendly and swift.

Probably the best rice in the world. Highly aromatic. Incredible grilled meats, garlic sauce, chili, and salad with real olive oil. Home made pistachio baklava was world class. In a strip mall in Visalia!

The chicken kebab was great to try, and for someone who’s a picky eater, it was well worth it. The spices on the chicken and in the appetizers were delicious, and the entire meal was quite filling. Shout out to Liz for being so friendly and welcoming as soon as we walked in

Always have a great experience here! Service is awesome. They are super nice and very attentive. The food is always fresh and very flavorful and comes out super quick for being made to order. Highly recommend the mezze plate to try their different appetizers. My favorite is the baba ganoush. Falafel is a great veggie alternative. Kibbeh app is a must try too! The different dinner plates come with a bright salad and lots of rice pilaf. The lamb wrap is also very good. Their dessert baklava and Turkish delights are authentic and the best treat after a great dinner.

This is my 1st time trying mediterranean food and personally I do not enjoy it ( Besides the fries and they are amazing) so I will not review the food rather the quality of the food to make it fair and I will say if you like mediterranean food I believe that this is a amazing place you should dine at everything was pretty fresh I would say it was certainly made in that day the staff was horribly friendly, talkative and allowed me to take pictures I wish this business the best of luck during these times and I hope that they will succeed and become a staple of this town

Customer service and food is definitely a 5! Only downside about the place is that AC seem warm. If it wasnt summer temp i probably would have given the atmosphere a 5 as well. Will recommend to friends and family.

Very friendly to my mother and I. Answered her questions because it was our first time. The gentleman was very kind and gave us a sample of their Turkish style pizza which was very good. The food was very tasty. I ordered the chicken shawrama entreè and for dessert chocolate and pistachio bakalava. Very delicious, will definitely return.

I was excited to try a new Mediterranean restaurant in town, But was alittle disappointed. The service was excellent and she was alone working the phones, taking orders, register and bringing the food to the tables. The hummus was amazing, but the Pita bread was like chewing on leather. We also got a salad with three meats for 32.00. The steak was un chewable the chicken and beef were good. We really were hoping it was good, but we wont be returning.

Mila was stupendous and charismatic towards our group of motorcyclists as we surprised her with a rush. She not only kept us on our toes with the good conversation, the food was great and our guys absolutely housed the wraps. Mila needs a raise. She did all that and still got her homework done!

I was so sad when the Tulare location closed, we’d been getting hummus and other delicious items from them via the farmers market for many years as well. We were so bummed when this restaurant closed in Tulare. We’re thrilled to see it reopen in Visalia! Food is delicious and service is so friendly.We had the chicken kabob, beef kabob, and the hummus appetizer. The meals were enough for two people to share and we intended to take home leftovers, but… it was too good. We splurged and enjoyed ourselves! This will be a weekly spot for us.
