Simply Pho Noodle House in Fountain Valley

The food was cook perfectly, I had the filet mignon rice. It was so tender. We also had the appetizer crispy garlic calamari with real chunks of garlic! My wife had the flavorful and also tender lemongrass rice. Free perfectly sweet Thai tea and tapioca pudding dessert hit the spot and muchly appreciate. And OMG they have the liquid gold of sauces, Sriracha sauce!

The FREE Thai tea and dessert is made PERFECTLY! We came back a 2nd time to try out their other dishes and this restaurant does not disappoint.

My wife and I stumbled on here on accident and we are so happy we did! The food is delightful. We had two different types of pho (seafood and house premium) and both were excellent, rich and full. The team members were absolutely incredible. Im a spice fan and received so many fun extras for my soup. Vietnamese tea was a bonus extra. Cannot recommend this place enough! Try it.

The sweetest staff! And the best Chicken Pho and egg rolls around, they gave us a free sample of their tapioca and it was to die for! Will definitely be coming back

Unlike the other two locations in this chain, this one has no air conditioning and the staff have communication problems. The food is the same mostly, but if you have the choice go to another location for a better experience.Edit: Two doors wide open, it was a case of no AC at all - not AC settings as implied by the response. There was no guy Tim there when we visited.

This new establishment really wants to be your go-to option, and in my case it just might happen! It was nice to get treated to Thai tea and tapioca as part of their inaugural special. Pho was well-prepared with a nice assortment of meats, and noodles cooked just right. Attentive service.

The regular pho and vegetable pho are great. The staff provides quick and excellent service and they seem happy to be there. Complimentary Thai tea and tapioca pudding since opening. Clean restaurant.
