2023-09-03 05:59:41A wonderful experience.Need to make reservations. 12 seatingsYou arrive and sit at the counter and watch the all the plates being prepared which we really enjoy seeing how it’s all put together.Everything was awesome. Nothing is overly anything. I was worried something was spicy. But even though it had chili crunch, it’s not overpowering.Enjoyed 14 courses. When you come out, it’s dark and there are not enough street lights but the area feels safe.

2023-04-07 05:05:10We had such a great experience in the restaurant!Delicious food and good wine pairing to go along with it. Sitting at the bar watching the kitchen as well as the other guest was great. In general the atmosphere of the place was lovely

2023-04-08 00:46:57One of the worst Michelin-starred restaurants Ive been to. Low quality ingredients. Badly prepared. Pathetically presented. Just look at the photos to see the mess they put in front of you: unrecognizable food scraps. Everything tepid, not one bit interesting. I dont think the people who work there even like each other. The ambience was just sad. What a waste of time and money.

2021-03-16 20:56:10We loved every part of this unique culinary experience. Just three guys do EVERYTHING here. Yes, they were busy the whole time but never too busy to answer questions about even the tiniest things. The somm and the chef were knowledgeable, the plating was beautiful. I would compare this experience with many of the Michelin starred experiences I have had before... Well worth the ticket for admission!

2022-06-24 14:44:49Delightful, protein centered, rich flavors, yummy yum. 12 seat counter, reservations required months ahead of time, set course tasting menu for ~$200 per person prix fixe. Reservations open on the first of month, for the following month. So if you want to dine in March, you make reservations Feb 1st early in the day as soon as reservations open, using the Tock app or website. These kind of competitive-reservation-slot foodie culinary gems are more big city phenom than Paso Robles country—wine scene in the area is drawing more food enthusiasts and this restaurant is an absolute gem and pioneer to the region!

Hats off to Chef and crew, best dinner I have ever had.. Will be back any time Im in the central coast. Thank you for the memories.

2023-11-04 01:41:21Visited a year ago and still remember the experience. Came here to review after visiting a famous ⭐⭐⭐ in Napa. Six Test was a consensus better experience all around, for MUCH less $$$. Hoping I can get back in soon.
