Sizzle Spot in San Jose

Off top, their beef is crazy (thats a good thing). from my experience, the server is always personable and nice. the music is played at a good volume. some may say this restaurant is a but pricey but if the product is good, what would you expect? lastly they prepare the food at a rapid pace which serves me well bc in an instant gratification person lol. the beef garlic noodles is my personal favorite btw. peace 🙌🏿

A casual sit down restaurant. Utensils are self-serve on the side, and you pay up at the counter. Tables could use a deeper clean. Food was pretty good for a typical sizzle plate restaurant, you wont go wrong here. The radish cake appetizer was better than I thought. Meat portions were less compared to other places, but still decent. Ambience overall was pretty quiet, although the square itself was crowded so parking is a bit iffy. Mens washroom door was broken.

Heard a lot about this place. First time here and it didnt disappoint. Tasty food. Great staff and nice cozy place to eat😁

Came here on a Saturday night around 7pm. When we walked in, the place wasnt packed, but it still took 15 min to get a table. We did get water right away. They only had 1 waiter and we had to wait about 20 min to get our food order taken. Anything I asked for, like drinks they didnt have, dessert as well.Each plate of food came 5 to 10 min after each other. I ordered the seafood hot Pot and it came with more veggies than seafood. It also didnt have any taste. I also ordered the lemon wings and those did taste good.

Fast, casual, lots of Asian options. Good if out with a group and in need of something for everyone—Viet, Taiwan, Thai, Korean, Lao, etc. Can’t say if it’s authentic though, but tasty and pretty presentation. Pan fried radish cake and beef garlic noodles were fab! Shaken beef too salty and overcooked easily on the hot plate, can’t recommend. Will be back to try other items.

The food is good but a little too bland. Our dish had very less or no salt at all.The server couldn’t find a salt to bring to us on the table even after asking for it!!

We came on a Wednesday at 1pm. The place wasnt busy, there were only 2 occupied tables when we came. The place was very spacious, loved the earthly tone of the furnitures and the decors. And since the place is almost empty, we got our orders real fast. The foods were delicious, the serving size was good. I cant compare how this place looks like when its packed, but Im glad we came on a non-peak hour. Service was very good too, not excellent but better than most. Overall, it was an enjoyable lunch for me and my son.

Im a foodie and Ive got ti say, this place has really good food. The ambience is really good as well. Not to mention their plane really good music as well. It was the best place for me to eat to wrap up my evening. Will definitely go back and recommend this place to my friends as well.

The sizzle plate is really great, the meat is so good. The raddish is special and delicious. However, Taiwanese beef hotpot is not that spicy, but great.

Lets put it this way! The food is so good you dont want to stop eating it even if your full! The sizzling plates to the hot pots were nothing less than exceptional! Will be back for sure often! Very hospitable and fast service.
