This is one of those restaurants that you take for granted. The staff is friendly and know many of their regulars by name. The food is fresh, delicious and affordable. The salad bar is great and includes a self-service soft serve ice cream bar. Comfort food at its best! Make sure you try their cheese toast.

Last time I was here was 2005. I literally drive by this place in my way to work, but never knew why I didn’t come out here for dinner. Took my wife and kids out to this place for the first time in 18 years. The steak, grilled salmon and the salad bar were delicious. Awesome reasonable price and the awesome staff. Can’t believe I didn’t come out here for 18 years 😅

I havent been to a Sizzler in years. My local Sizzler closed. I LOVE their salad bar that is my favorite go to!! Servers & staff were excellent! They are caring & helpful. We had a large party of 25 and we were treated like VIPS!! Thank you and I will be returning to the salad bar soon!!

Went on 10/29/23. We waited some time for our food and when it came it was cold and the steak and lobster for my daughter it was over cooked and stuck in the shell.Her steak was charred and still like that she ate some until I was able to get our waitresses attention. She brought another steak but it was just as overcooked. We came to this one because the one in Santa Clara the food is just as bad. The steaks are really overcooked. I can at least say Santa Clara location does have a better salad bar. My husbands ribeye steak was also burned. They never came to refill our drinks and we were thirsty. Unfortunately we will not be going back to any Sizzler in our area.

The food and price is awesome, really worth it.The service was almost terrible, the cashier have no patience to explain how works the restaurant, if its your first time like it was to us, please read well the menu on the wall, cause the cashier who will take your order, have no patience.The waiter was angry, untill he see the tip on the table, so he really turns his face up.

The food is good. My favorite is the steak and all you can eat shrimp. Including the salad bar, especially all you can eat. Desserts they have is ice cream. Cones or in a bowl. Refills on sodas. They have a variety of food to choose. Its a good place for family.

The quality of food is always as expected and never disappoints. But the big surprise for me to be frank was the extremely attentive and amazing staff. They are in tune and quick to spot a wondering eye which they remedy with a great smile. They seem to be on a mission to get you back to enjoying your meal and company. And its not just one or two staff member. The great service is a pandemic at this location affecting every staff member. Im going back for more.

Its been several months since Ive been to Sizzler and I was not disappointed. First time I ordered only an entree instead of just the salad bar. The steak and lemon herb chicken entree was delicious and perfectly keto! Our waitress was super attentive and provided complimentary chicken wings and cheese toast upon request. The drinks abd Sundae bar are self service so she just made sure we had enough plates bowls and napkins throughout our stay. My family had the salad bar and they said the clam chowder tasted sour. Were use to the chowder being more chunky and rich tasting but tonight they said it was off. Other than that, everything else was delicious.

Steak was good, but the sides are absolutely horrible. They were out of baked potatoes so maybe that would have made it better. Mashed potatoes are identical to instant box kind. Same taste and texture. Cheese bread is very disappointing! Soggy toasted white bread.

Service was horrible. Waitress never came back after two check ups. The manager was walking around asking customers how they are doing, stopped and turned around and skipped us. I guess he was upset because I told him the oil needs to be changed because he chicken is nasty. The clam chowder is watery. Bad service over all.

They gave us veterans a choice of 3 free meals on Veterans day, I got the Malibu chicken ( breaded chicken breast, a slice of ham, covered with a slice of melted Swiss cheese) and rice pilaf. Thats a roll and whipped butter on the side. Its great that they honor us this way. Many thanks!

This Sizzler was out of burgers when we went (at about 6pm on a Monday) so my friend had to order something different. His steak was rare instead of medium like he ordered, but that wasnt a problem.I ordered a classic trio which was steak, Malibu chicken, and some large shrimp. The waitress brought me a plate without the shrimp, but promptly took back the plate and returned with the missing shrimp when I mentioned the error.The restaurant was packed with loud customers and the floors were fairly wet with recent cleaning.Other than those minor nitpicks, the service was good and the food was delicious.

This place is touch and go but our last visit was exceptional! Food was hot and cooked perfectly. Our server was so friendly and very attentive to all of her customers. The place was clean including the soda fountain and salad bar. They have cut back on certain salad bar items but Im sure they have limited staff and overhead costs to reduce. We will return during the hours and days to get yhe same server. Hoping the next visit is just as fun and delicious!

You really cant go wrong here. The Rib Eye is succulent and the lobster is perfectly cooked. They also have one of the best salad bars if not the Best salad bar. And gou shouldnt leave without hitting up the self serve Sunday Bar with frozen yogurt. Enjoy!

Don’t come here on a Sunday. The restaurant treats party sizes differently. Large party get treated better than. Small party. Shouldn’t take 30 minutes to get a dinners. And the server was rather rude. I use to work in a restaurant and we never treated size separate. When we received our food it was cold.

I suppose you just dont go to Sizzler if youre hoping for a really high quality meal. I was really disappointed with the quality-to-price ratio, too. Our waiter was great, however, fantastic service! Queueing to order at a counter, paying for the cost of the meal *and tip* up front before even receiving anything, and then having a table server, still feels like a really sketch business model to me, but whatever. The whole experience was just mediocre. Id recommend finding a true buffet-style restaurant... if thats what youre hoping for with Sizzler, you will be disappointed.

Food is aleays good, and the servers are some of the friendliest Ive ever had. Downside can be the line to order...usually only one cashier, and the line can grow to at least 15 people sometimes. Get there early for a shorter line, lime 5 to 5:30pm.

Its my first time to eat here and Im already planning my next meal here. The Steak Cut are thick and tasty. I absolutely love the salad bar. Also our server Marietta is the best.The entrance is a little bit confusing because the front entrance doesnt have a direct way from the parking lot, but it works. The Iced Coffee is a little plain, though thats on me I expected that its like the Cinnabon Iced Coffee.Overall thee experience is great and I will definitely recommend the place.

The salad bar gave me food poisoning. We went for lunch because it was such a novelty to see a Sizzler around anymore. Im vegetarian so the only option I could eat was the salad bar. My family ordered off the menu. 2 hours after eating lunch, I was puking at home and I had started feeling ill almost immediately after eating. Avoid this place or order off the menu!

Have not been since Covid hit. Went with the family for dinner. The order was received quickly. Our server attended to our table quickly and brought bread and drinks out. The salad bar was fully stocked and was being tended to through out our visit. The steak I ordered was cooked correctly and the unlimited shrimp was brought to our table through out dinner. Usually the food is great, however; this particular day the food was the worst! I ordered the steak & jumbo shrimp with a loaded baked potato...the steak was even upgraded! When I arrived home all ready to chow down, I only had butter and sour cream for the half cooked potato and the steak was burned up I mean black the cheesy bread was the end of the loaf, the lemon appeared to have been used and the jumbo shrimp was all I was actually able to eat

It’s a Sizzlers - It’s not a five star restaurant but this Sizzlers provided a five star experience. The waitresses, waiters and hosts are consistently friendly and make fun conversation. You can tell the culture here is really positive and that extends to the kitchen as evident in the food. It’s a clean restaurant and has some good deals on food and alcohol. I enjoy this place every time!

Wonderfully creative and delicious cuisine. The chef here is a genius. The restaurant itself is elegantly casual. Everything was perfectly cooked, paired, and beyond satisfying for the price. This is a great place to take family and especially kids! The food is great for the most part, where the only reason Ive given four stars is that the meat can get occasionally bland. Apart from those rare occurences, the service is relatively quick and the complimentary ice cream machine is always something to look forward to.

From being seated we were never told we had to self serve our drinks we sat and waited about 15 mins till I got up and asked where our drinks are for our waiter to now tell us. The cheese bread was not unlimited and it wasnt even cheese it was more like garlic bread then as we continue to wait my son felt his back wet so he got up from the booth to check and we notice he had sat in throw up from the previous people who sat there the most disgusting thing ever I told the waiter and she looked at us like my son was the one who threw up and sat on it she just wiped it down saying theres nothing there. Honestly never will we be coming back. I always look forward to taking my kids to restaurants that I usto go to as a kid but this place just ruined it for them. I love being welcomed and treated kindly but I didnt feel that here

I cant commend the staff enough. Its Fathers Day and I had a huge take-out order placed with a 3rd-party catering company. The food was supposed to be ready for pickup at 5pm, but the catering company dropped the ball and Sizzlers received the order at 5:22pm. The managers quickly held the line and got my order rushed and I was out the door 20 minutes later. It wasnt their fault, but their entire staff did everything they could to take care of this massive order of 4 family pack meals! The wait staff offered me beverages while I waited and even the management started working the grill to get my order out quickly. Great job guys!

Father’s Day mistake. My daughter asked where I wanted to go I said Sizzler. One of my favorite restaurants. I have not been there in a while since not really close to my home. Forced to. Stand in line for 45 minutes. Father’s Day expected. Cashiers rude snapping at us Many tables open sat down. Salad bar dirty empty. Entry arrived I was so looking forward to it Lobster tail was cold rubbery inedible, steak overcooked barely warm I wanted medium rare. i have worked and eaten in restaurants my entire life. I was really surprised that I would enjoy myself. I always thought Sizzler was a sub standard restaurant. The good was fresh and appetizing. The service was great and the restaurant was clean. The waitress catered to my needs. She not only made sure I had an accessible seat, helped deliver my food to the table, but offered to get any additional food for me. I made sure she got a nice tip. This place offers coupons occasionally.

The salad bar always seems to be fresh and they never seem to be out of anything. The specialty salads were particularly interesting, and Ive been preferentially eating those then making up a salad of my own. Overall, it was a pleasant experience when the staff was friendly and helpful.

I should know better than to get seafood at a steakhouse, but I love seafood. I ordered the lobster duo and a baked potato and a salad bar. Lobster was rubber. Salad bar was good, nice selection of alternate salads, beside the usual stuff you put in a green salad, like kale, broccoli, and imatation crab. Vegetable soup really tasty, lots of large pieces of vegetables. The clam chowder on the other hand was lacking in clams. No cheese to speak of on the cheesy bread. And the waitress didnt even stick around long enough to hear what I wanted, after asking that very question. Oh, and before leaving us she starts talking to another guest while I was talking to her. Later she tried to take my plate that I wasnt finished with. And when I asked for a to go container for my potato, she did not return. She again got in a conversation with other customers and continued moving around the tables like I didnt exist. It took a 1/2 hour before we finally got a small box. This is why people dont eat at restaurants on this side of town.

Plain and simple: poor. Im not sure whos running this place but it isnt safe. The entire restaurant wreaked of raw sewage, 🤮, the entire time. The food looked microwaved from a college dormitory. The server that was assigned to us hardly attended us. The restaurant was hot and humid. No ventilation. Imagine the proverbial fart in the car and no power windows. Truly misery at its worst. I wont be returning. Please fix the plumbing or convert this place into an outhouse.

The place was really full, which wasnt a problem except that they didnt seem to have enough servers on. Our server was constantly running around to all the tables she had, yet also always behind on getting us utensils, refilling our drinks, getting us to-go boxes, and such. Also, their little chart which shows the stages of meat done-ness was really faded, so I ended up having to send my supposedly medium rare steak back due to its being quite rare. Unfortunately it ended up becoming somewhat tough as a result. Aside from that the meal was fine.

I like this renewed Sizzler. The environment is more enjoyable. The drink and ice cream area got a nice upgrade, so did the salad bar, now including some meats. Although we miss the premixed salads and tuna tarragon, the clam chowder and free dinner roll is still as tasteful as it was before.We also miss the salad bar being included in some of the dinner menus. Now its either you purchase it by itself or add on to your entree for $6.49.

This is my favorite sizzlers to come to hands down. Food and Service are excellent. Came in at a rush hour time and I noticed a server hustling to get tables cleaned and customers seated. As he was drying the table he then took our receipts. I was like wow a bus boy and a server in one. At the end of my experience I had to ask his name because he was just an excellent server as well. Despite the rush and maybe short staffed Candelario kept his composure and in my opinion going above and beyond his work title. I see him just hustling to get his tables served and still made time listen and serve. We did not have to ask for more napkins nor did we have to ask for more bread he just knew how to keep it coming and knew how to be a great server. Thank You for the great experience Candelario

She asked me how would I like the hamburger I told her well done. When I got my hamburger I cut it to see if it was well done it was medium rare. So they came back gave me I have noticed the fries were cold and the hamburger bun was cold instead of giving me a whole new order all they did was give me the same plate but with different well-cooked meat on it. Food was great, much better than before the remodel but Sizzlers must have changed the model as things are more chaotic and is more like a buffet than a restaurant. So after your order they no longer give you your plates, silverware, and cups, you just grab what you need. This presents 2 problems, when its busy how does the waitress know what you ordered? There are no cup distinction between water and soda, should have just said round of waters and get soda. Same thing for the salad bar, should have just ordered my meal without the salad bar and just get up and get the salad bar without paying. The waiteress came by 4 times to help us and only asked for the receipt twice and both times my wife was away from the table who had the receipt, bit she said it was okay. Again it was busy so no time to check. The waitress herself looked like she didnt want to be there, we rarely saw her, the only reason she was there was to give us our meal which she got wrong the first time because she didnt know what we ordered. Again, food was great but service and organization has gone way way down.

Sweltering hot, like a Singaporean outdoor restaurant, with long lines of people who had at least 40 minutes or more to decide what they want, but instead let their kids use their adult like decision making intellect to ask for things that arent on the menu. But wait only 1 cashier available. Then the medium rare steaks that come out well done the 1st time, and medium well the 2nd time. Then you get to stand in line waiting to get a drink while an inattentive mother lets her child play with the fountain drink dispensers. Other than that you can have mountains of food, if you could ingest it. Did I mention that the soft serve cones had the paper wrapping fused into the waffle cone and couldnt be separated after you already filled it with ice cream? It has been 40 years since I ate at one of these cattle feed troughs, and it will be another 40 before I consider it again.
