We took our son to get a custom board for his birthday and had an amazing experience! Blake helped us through the whole process and made sure everything was tailored to my sons skating needs. He gave great advice and was so friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back for my other sons birthday board!!

Came in for a longboard upgrade, meet with fast friendly staff who worked to answer all my questions and set up trucks, bearings and wheels right in front of me and tune them in! They have boards and parts for all styles shapes and riders! Stop by their new shop with easy parking and spots to relax!

Ive been here a few times already. I street skate a little bit but mainly been surfskating a lot since Im older and really cant do much street skate tricks anymore. Bought bearings, wheels, and a surfskateboard here. Blake is a really nice guy and really cool to talk to. He navigated me to the right selections of parts for my skateboards. Always provide excellent service and will continue to come here for my skateboarding needs.

Awesome skate shop and customer service. Getting back into the hobby after being away for a decade so I had a bunch of questions and Blake helped me out with all of them. Got me set up on a sweet new board and made sure it had everything I was looking for the type of skating I am doing, check this place out for sure.

I bought a board from them and they gripped my board with air bubbles and the grip itself is so cheap it starts to remove after one use. I won’t come back here again. I had high hopes for this place but I guess it’s just another bad skate shop.

Wow, customer service here was amazing! I am new to skating and was in the shop sooo long asking questions and feeling the boards. This shop is awesome and Blake and Erin are genuinely great guys that tried to make sure I got what I needed. Erin was so patient with me and answered all my questions and I was able to buy a wonderful long board and have some bearings replaced for a great price. Blake and Erin made me feel so welcome definitely be back here if I need more skate equipment. Thank you guys!

I came in earlier today to buy my first custom skate board and honestly, I was a little embarrassed at first because I had no idea what I was looking for as I just started learning to skate and had a very basic understanding of the hand me down board I had and what I was wanting now. The gentleman were so patient and helpful! They explained the board sizes to me and helped me find one that fit right; he pulled multiple decks off the mounts for me to test to see if I liked how they felt or not, kindly explained the differences between the ones I was looking at a d was really patient with my indecisiveness. The other gentleman was equally as helpful with explaining my trucks and wheels (even explained how my new cool shark wheels work) and what would and wouldnt work with what I had picked out. They were so great and happy to help the entire time and I cant wait to come back in the future to get more!!

Blake and Alex are very professional, friendly, patient, helpful, talented and most importantly very knowledgeable regarding any questions you may have during your shopping experience. I had the most pleasant shopping experience today. Skater Bros is a very beautiful clean store. Alex was my sales associate. He put on two grip tapes for me. Very well-done. Wanted to buy some new wheels and grip tape, and had a little confusion with the color through photos. They helped me pick out a different color along with showing me how to put on the wheels. The manager and employees made me feel like family. Definitely coming back for all my upcoming projects

Me being a skater for 5 years I love the selection of everything in there and all the employees are really cool. I’ve been in the shop about 3 or 4 times and I have been greeted with a very friendly “hello welcome” every time. I also like how everyone in there knows what there talking about and doing. I also like everyone’s attitude in there it makes you want to be in the place. I hope that one day this place will surpass other skate shops in business but for now just make the skating community happy and I hope to soon be in there buying a new deck or wheels

My sister and I came in with zero knowledge of skating and were nervous about trying longboarding out. They were very patient and helpful, took the time to explain the need-to-knows. I was helped by Blake and his colleague. Their customer service is excellent and they are very kind to my service dog. We love coming there and they even adjusted the skateboard I purchased from them in the shop. I’d strongly recommend them to anyone looking for skate equipment.

This was a great experience. Im from the old school and they made me feel like I was 16 again. Chopin it up about decks and wheels barring, trucks they even had rails for me, like I said I from the old school. They have everything you need to throw a deck together. Very knowledgeable and cool as ...,well they where real cool. I will be back no doubt.

Really loved my experience in there. Went in there for new wheels on an old longboard I had gotten 7 years ago. Decided to start riding again and I really loved the shop. Prices are fair and staff gave very honest answer to questions I had.

Ive been skating for seven years and Ive been to a lot of skate shops and seen it all but none of them is as great as Skater Bros Boardshop. Never have I been to a shop so open armed and charismatic. They have a couch, TV, multi-game arcade table top, and a work bench. Employees know every detail about their product and always have the best recommendations for anyone and everyone. Great fair prices and deals on a vast selection of boards, wheels, trucks, etc. Every shop Ive been to is the same, you buy and go but not here, here I can talk all day with the employees and hangout and watch skate videos and they make you feel truly welcomed. Skater Bros is exactly what I imagine when I think of a skate shop. Dont you dare waste your time and money anywhere else, this is the most genuine shop in California and embodies skateboarding perfectly. Screw the rest and shop at the best, Skater Bros Boardshop.

Showed up with my son 6 (years old) Needed to purchase pads and a helmet. Was greeted by a young kid. Who sat on his phone playing a video game never made eye contact with us. I helped myself to finding the correct size while the employee was still on his video game. Then stood at the counter looking for a helmet. I had to ask the employee to hand me a helmet. He put his phone down which was blarring the machine gun noise from his video game. I wasnt even handed a receipt cause the employee jumped back on his phone so fast, then he stopped me as I was walking out and asked me if I wanted my receipt. I had to make the purchase since we were going to a near by skate park. Would I stop here again. No Ill never be back.

Id give it more then 5 stars but i cantSo the first time I came to this skate-shop was when i(well I just came across it and I bought a t-shirt of the shop and the owner greeted me with a thanks for buying the tee. I came on November 2nd and i bought another t-shirt of the shop(red and black) the owner remembered me and he told me i can hang out at the shop, thats really cool that you can hang out there unlike other skate-shops you just buy and go. So this is the the only skate-shop i will be going to for a long time.Ill probably get a complete for Christmas.1,000,000 stars
