Snakebite Roadhouse in Yucca Valley

Finally got to check this place out Friday night and it completely exceeded my high hopes. The food and atmosphere was excellent, but what really made it special was the service. Genuine, friendly, fast, attentive - just rad. My kids loved their food. My fish Tacos were awesome.Ran into multiple friends from around town. It was seriously perfect. They walk the line between it being an adult hangout with the bar / pool table on one side, but also being very family friendly with the well preserved diner with just enough updates on the other. Kitchen was spotless. Definitely a new favorite in town. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Two of us had dinner on a Friday night they were crowded and so we got seats at the bar. Worth noting that while their license is pending they only serve beer and wine and nothing on tap. The menus is very limited. They have a couple of burgers a hot dog and a couple of pasta dishes. The burgers are super thin so they stack two to make a normal beef burger. Our meal was fine and the service was excellent. Value was good as our total bill was less than $70. The wedge salad could be a meal in its self. They use romaine instead of iceberg, the blue cheese plays second note to the caramel onions and crispy pork. With out a doubt this was the most interesting of our dishes.

Servers are super kind! it’s cool to watch the cooks whip it up in the kitchen from your seat! I’ve had the snake bite Burger which is the best burger Ive actually ever had in my entire existence, it really just melts in your mouth while also delivering the most delicious and satisfying flavors! the “Cowboy” Mac and cheese hot dog was really good as well, made me wish I still partook in an old hippy habit so I could eat 4 more! And the fritter! Sweet baby Jesus, Who doesnt love fried breaded artichoke hearts?! Besides all that yummy goodness it’s a really cool spot to get silly with your buds and have some drinks while listening to some pretty good music, can’t wait to try out the BRUNCH I’ve heard some good things plus I’m a sucker for mimosas!

My wife and I had a great time. This place has awesome atmosphere, great music and service. The staff are friendly and the food is amazing. I suggest the western. Also, they have a beautiful pool table that has an interesting history (you have to come in and check it out).

Never understood why bars use the most uncomfortable stools? The place is like a high end dive bar. The servers are new and inexperienced, the kitchen staff, which can be seen from a booth style diner dining room, rocked it. 2 burgers very good. The wings juicy, ribs juicy, thinking same sauce for both. Fried pork came crackling to our table. Coke in a bottle.Boos bakery is the dessert, former bakery in joshua tree, excellent pies. Everyone was very nice. A few kinks to work out but a must stop by..

GO HERE! tldr; dine in and enjoy.Initially was going to skip and keep driving to JTNP - and what a mistake that would have been. A highlight of the trip, taking time to stop and enjoy a delicious meal + a cold snack in a uniquely inviting atmosphere. Two different settings in the front and back + a crazy cool gathering space in the back. Artichokes are spot on and the SB smash burger hit the spot. Carrot cake to go kept the fun going. Alix was our awesome server/tour guide/friend - we look forward to coming back, hopefully with skates in tow.

Great place for dinner on a trip to Joshua Tree. Service was amazing, both the manager and server took great care of us. We had the snakebite burger and wings. Wings are incredible, definitely not your run of the mill hot wings. Just ask for it lightly seared if you don’t want them too charred because that is the default style. Decor is rustic but homey, there’s even a pool table you can play on while you wait for your table. Definitely coming back here again

Super cool place we tried on Sunday. Nice beer and wine selection and the food was incredible. The Western Snake Bite was amazing. We had the Lobster Benedict also and it was delicious. Service was great - everyone was friendly and attentive. You can sit outside with your dogs too! The atmosphere was inviting. We WILL be back.

Tried Snakebite Roadhouse and was not disappointed. I sat at the bar and Danielle was awesome. Very attentive and made sure I felt important. I had the Snakebite burger and fries. The burger was cooked perfectly and the fries were great. I got ranch to dip them in but ate most of them without it. The owner stopped by to check on me and was very friendly. The atmosphere was great not your typical place. This is definitely worth checking out. I will definitely be back. Hope to see some of you there.

I absolutely love this venue 😍. The staff are extremely welcoming and they all work together to create an inviting and fun atmosphere. The food was beyond my expectations by far. Our waitress was Stephanie and she was very polite and professional and even though they were quite busy she maintained a very poise energy. We loved that there was a pool table to play on while waiting for our meals and the skate and bar area is one of the most creative ideas I have seen in this area in a long time. Bravo 👏
