So I ordered Rajas con crema the rajas were hard as a person from Mexico Rajas suppose to be soft witch I make offen its like they dont cook the chile they just cut it up and they throw it with onions and cream had no taste at all horrible also order coffee it was cold had to ask the waitress to heat it up.And I wanted to cancel this horrible Rajas con crema and they said No on top of that I tried to pay with my debit card and the waitress said they were going to charge me 4 percent of what my bill was So Redicoulise will never eat here again please be careful if you visited this ace horrible

Good food. Nice atmosphere. So-so service. The waitress never asked how the food was. I set my glass out for a refill. Never got it. I had to ask for the bill. When someone is spending over $25.00 per plate they expect better service!

I wanted to give it a zero, but since the food is good, Ill give it a 2. YOLANDA has a freakin NASTY ATTITUDE and thats putting it nicely. She acted like a big B****. Normally, even if people have an attitude somewhere, I wouldnt say this, but hers was so awful theres no other way to describe it. I know everyone has a bad day, but it was in the morning. She needed to go back to bed and wake up on the other side. To top it off she yelled at everyone to go wait outside when the guy cleaning told us it was open and the door was wide open, as well as the hours saying they were open. Then she gives my order to someone else that had a completely different order than mine. When I questioned her about my order she said that she had come out and said my order and the other guy took it. That I shouldve said something. How would I have even known? She made us wait outside! Another bad customer service move. She should make sure who she is giving the food to and that its the correct customer. From reading previous reviews, I notice were not the only ones that feel this way. Her job is customer service! So many people would love and need her job. If she doesnt like it, she should go somewhere else! Needless to say, we will. It was our first and last time there. Thanks to YOLANDA we wont be back and we definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

Horrible service, they had a special on Monday for tostadas de ceviche. When I went in to let them know they did not charge me correctly, all three disgusting workers came at me so hard. I tried to explain that I ordered 6 tostadas in total. Purchased 3 should’ve received 3 for “free”. Well they DIDNT! They charged me 5 tostadas.Then as I was discussing the bill with the employee who served me. The other 2 employees got involved saying “te las tragaste verdad, te las tragaste, entonces ahorra paga”Keep in mind I had already paid!Horrible horrible service.I’ve worked I. The restaurant industry. I get it, it’s hard. But cmn!Trying to support local businesses, just to get service like this 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.The food is good sometimes but I’ve given this spot 3x to see if maybe it’ll be different, it’s not. The employees are the ones who ruin it! Yolanda (the worst) and 2 others just as bad. They just suck!!!!Although Champurado is delisious!

Always drove by and happy that we decided to actually go. The salsa for the chips was really good, I requested they bring some more. The taco de pulpo a la diabla was delicious, first time having it and loved it. The molcajete de res, was great too, the salsa, carne and nopales all on point. The pollo tampiqueño, was delicious, tender chicken, rajas side perfect as a topper for the chicken, and enchiladas seemed like homemade tortillas. Good miches! Id stop by if in the area.

On Halloween I had came in trying to get some fish tacos and the staff was very rude I had asked a simple question i can pay for some tacos in advance and pick them up @ 9:15 and they were closing @ 10 as it says in there website she asks me to pay and I was then she decides to ask over and over if I was going to pick them up i said of course especially if im going to pay and chuckled and that upset her so she decides to ask me about 5 more times till i finally told her in a calm deminor how many more times do i have to reassure on top of me paying for the food so I decided to cancel that order but I already ordered my food for dinner so I had to wait so then I see that cashier go and tell everyone in the kitchen and there all talking bad about me and making me feel very very uncomfortable. When i recieved my food it did not taste the same as it did other times i had bought food there but Ill never return here.! Just beware!!

Okay. Food was brought fast and it was decent. It was better than I expected. I think for late night snacking this place will be good. Not too crowded

The food was great! Will definitely be back. They charge 4% for using a credit/debit card, so bring cash to avoid the extra fees.

My family and I went yesterday for lunch and OMG we regret it badly. We all got sick from it, including my 2 year old toddler.. We will never be returning ever again... With the prices so high there, youd think the food would be safe to eat. But no...

The food is really good. The severs act like youre weird if you just ask for water and they legit didnt give a refill for over 2 hrs I was there. The music is also so loud that you cant hear yourself think or anyone else talking. Also kind of weird that the bathrooms are outside. But if youre looking for authentic Latin food this is the place to get it. Maybe just do takeout orders.
