Solstice Seasonal Kitchen & Bar in Irvine

I would not be surprised to see this restaurant getting a Michelin star in the future. Everything about them was above and beyond.The service is immaculate here. The waiters are very attentive to you. My water glass was never empty!The inside has a really nice ambiance--very chic.The food was all very good and well plated. You can tell a lot of care and attention is put into each dish.

Was an absolute scrumptious meal on a lovely evening. This place is a gem tucked between two high rise buildings with a great outdoor courtyard and easy structure parking (they validate). The service was excellent from the moment we walked in where my daughter was given a birthday card signed by the staff to the amuse-bouche served before the meal. On anniversaries and birthdays they provide the party with a filled champagne flute for a toast. These extra touches mean a lot! Our server, Noelle, was outstanding. She knew the menu and clearly enjoyed the cuisine as much as we did by her thoughtful recommendations. The menu is inspired by the seasons and each dish was delightful. Well be back.

Had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. Our server, Brian M, went above and beyond especially with the sweet treat at the end for our celebration at the end. They have variety of food for any taste and majority of items are seasonal and according to our server changes every three months. We ordered different dishes and shared. Great ambiance and location.

Great Ambiance and there were at least a couple tables there celebrating birthdays as well. Beautiful decor and an open kitchen where you can see the staff hard at work preparing the dishes. Everything looked clean, busy and on point. Service from Brandon was amazing and memorable and he even remembered the preferences of my friend who has dined there several times before and is also the one who took our group there to dine.Food: Modern American and they make several items fresh in house like their pasta.The dishes were beautifully described with pride and they went above and beyond by giving us complimentary champagne and complimentary dessert for the special occasion we were celebrating. Truly 10/10 and I would come back because of the care and effort.The food was good and was prepared with care, though I have to be honest, none made a lasting impression where I can see myself craving it and wanting to go back just for it. I was lucky enough to taste my friends dishes (5 in total) and they weren’t bad at all and a couple were actually delicious like the scallops and short ribs. I just wouldn’t be thinking about it and craving it.10/10 for service and ambiance. Food 8/10*parking is in a garage and they validate the ticket

Lovely restaurant and lunch spot near several business complexes. Came here for a work lunch, and loved being able to walk here from the office. The food we all got tasted very good. I had the pear salad ($16) with chicken (+$7) and tried their donuts for dessert. The salad was delicious and light. Glad I added chicken, otherwise it wouldnt have been enough as an entry. The donut (holes) were done well and not too sweet which is what I appreciated. I would recommend this place to anyone. It is on the pricier side, as its a nicer establishment. The plaza it is in also features a cafe which Id love to walk back and check out sometime.

Terrific atmosphere around Irvine Business Complex. Love the seasonal menu concept, delightful cocktails, beautifully presented, and excellent table service. Really enjoyed the chic ambiance here, sparkling clean ladies room, convenient and safe parking garage (perfect with validation)! The steaks are wonderfully seasoned, well-balanced, and cooked just as right for my delicate palate. I wish there are more variety on the dessert list, but we really enjoyed the brown butter cake (fudge) - it is rich and decadent. Overall, I am absolutely pleased. Immaculate spot for a date night, celebrations, and/or business meeting. Love the herbaceous rosemary garnishes on every table, its giving a lovely succulent tone!

Highly recommend their signature short rib. Tender, melty, yum. Lovely way to take in the breeze re: comfy outdoor seating. Also service was amazing, welcoming, and attentive.

AJ is awesome!! He provided amazing service and elevated the overall experience. The food was also fantastic. We are never disappointed when coming here. Always amazing quality and service.
