Our first experience at a gopchang type place! The service was amazing, they were super attentive on a Saturday night. Their combos are very flexible as you can choose 3 for $69.99. If you add an additional $7, you can make it spicy too! Definitely will be coming back to try the spicy version!

Korean BBQ. Originally I wanted AYCE, but this is also fine.I looked at their menu, they have 4 other locations, so, they must be doing something right to keep their customers loyal. In this new age of AYCE bbq and hot pot, its hard keeping up.The service was OK. At times, they would come to our table and help cook the meat. Yes, Im a guy and I dont like other men cooking my meat, but this time, I let it slide.They do provide a lot more meat than other BBQ places I have been too. Clean place. Nice decor. I hate the parking.Highly Recommended.

I was looking for a place with good quality not AYCE to take my clients.and I went there for lunch today, got Combo, with Bibim noodle.service was really nice, atmosphere was what I expected. which was perfect enough.they have enough parking lot too.personally i don’t like all you can eat bc sometimes they’re meat quality is not great at all, but this place meats were so freshand this place was not AYCE so we could feel the beef taste itself.but also they have many options so you could go with Combo / or Separately.and if you like cold noodle,Please try Bibim cold noodle !!!! It is AMAZING YUMM!!not too spicy, sauce was perfect, portion was perfect!!My clients loved it !!I definitely wanna go back with my friends!!If you are looking for the places that has good quality and worth it, not too fancy but casual enough, This is it !!

I really love the food here and nice to met my new Korean friends. Spicy intestine and pork mixed with great sauce. Also, it has the stew which is really good also, especially for people love not that spicy taste. Next, the kbbq combo with fresh beef and the bulgogi is not as salty as many other places are. The server is nice, and able to tell me how to eat in order, must go place in Ktown

Song Hak is our go-to spot for Daechang (large intestines). The combos are well-priced and they have really good banchan. We’ve been coming here since 2019 and the quality and service has always been consistently good.

A perfect spot for Korean bbq lover with A LOT of pork/beef inner organ options (AND SUPER DELICIOUS COLD NOODLE!!)I got large intestine + jowl + tribe with spicy & cheese toppings added.You can choose spice level and I think mild is pretty good for non-spicy person. Theyre already marinated and seasoned to be VERY TASTY.The grilling takes a few minutes and you can mix them as you go (or ask the server to mix it for you) I really like the transition from zero to done - SEE REEL!!Lastly, EAT IT WITH COLD NOODLE!! THIS IS A MUST!!EXTREMELY DELICIOUS!! BEST ONE I HAVE HAD SO FAR!!Id also totally recommend this place just for the service alone. This is our first time trying Gopchang and Songhak did not disappoint. We got the combo of gopchang + daechang + pork jowls. Our pick is the daechang, its flavorful and have a great texture. The pork jowls have the crunchy and fatty to it, and it was my personal favorite. The store has a good vibe and the servers were really nice.

To be honest, I had zero expectations.I had a place I always go for gopchang and knew that other place was the best.Well, opinions change.I may simply have found my new go-to place for it.We ordered and just sat at the table waiting for the food to come and wondered when they’re going to start grilling. I know how long it takes to cook gopchang to perfection and was bothered that they haven’t started cooking anything.That’s when I first heard some loud sizzling heading from the kitchen, then you see the billowing of smoke, then you smell it.They cook 80% in the kitchen, then set it on your grill so you minimize the wait time staring at your food to cook while drooling.Everything was seasoned well from the 3 different salads to the sauces and the meats were juicy.Overall, I give it 10 out of 10.Oh, there was kimchi fried rice at the end too but I don’t have a picture because I devoured it right when it came out. Oops.

We had medium combo for us two ladies. It was more than enough. (I wish there was more explanation on the menu not only for Koreans but for non-Koreans) The gentleman who helped us cook the food was nice and kind. The fried rice was the bomb too. Please don’t forget to try that also.We went there for lunch on Friday so not sure how the wait is during the weekend dinner time. We were the first customer. The restaurant was very clean and well organized it seemed like.Agassi gopchang had limited business hour so this was the alternative but this was a big success!! It didn’t smell and very delicious. Came here on a Wednesday afternoon after craving some Korean bbq and this place did not disappoint! We ordered the beef combo #16 and for 2 people it was a very generous amount of food. The food is a bit bland here, there isnt too many side dishes. The service staff are extremely nice, and the actual meet was decent. Youll have to street park or valet. If you valet, its 2 bucks. Since they recently opened it seems like they still need to work out the kinks. Something is missing, either their servers are slow or they dont have enough. Also, the lines are long and possibly wait over an hour

Came here for the first time and tried the beef combo for $99.99 and it came with rib eye, short rib cut, brisket, rib finger, steamed egg, corn cheese, and kimchi stew. It was perfect amount of food for two people! Friendly service and always love when they cook the meat for you. It did feel a little expensive for the amount of food you get, since you can find other slightly better deals in the area, but I heard the intestines are really good and definitely want to try that next time!

What i love about this place is that they let you order half sizes of meat for a really reasonable rate. that is an incredibly charitable thing to do especially when the more famous places dont. that said, you dont come here for the usual kbbq meat! Use to LOVE coming here prior covid. They use to open late and the service use to be great! During covid (especially 1 male server) all the time would change their times depending on how he felt. The service is so good here!! Tae, our server, was so nice and attentive. He checked in multiple times to see if we liked everything. He also gave us suggestions on what meat to eat with what sauces. We came pretty late on Friday night cuz not many places are open that late. My husband think the food is bad but I think they are okay, besides one meat are just too hard to eat, we pretty much wasted it.The kids were running around the restaurant without supervision, I find it is super distracted.And one thing I mind is the tipping system, I think tips should be based on before tax, not after tax. The suggestions are wrong. Not sure if it is intentional or not.We only ordered one combo and it turned up over $100. Pretty pricy. I Guess we wouldnot come again

I came after a hard day of work, I just wanted food and didn’t care for much it cost. I’ve spent so much more in Ktown at places with so much lower quality compared to here.Highly recommend! Everything is seasoned so perfectly and eating with the banchan they give you, matches so perfectly!!!For intestine lovers, MUST TRY!On top of that, service is so prompt, polite and friendly! Like exact same taste as cerritos location! There are medium and large size, you can choose gopchang, daechang, makchang, and yang. Also, this LA one serves grill bbq to make your belly full even more. The servers are quick and very attentive. Since it just opened, the interiors are super clean and neat. Parking is valet and you have to pay 2 dollars, but o well, doesnt bother me at all!!

The first Korean restaurant I visited after moving from Cancun to LA.I havent had Korean food in Cancun, New York for a long time, so I tried pork belly and kimchi stew! This Korean sausage restaurant is so delicious that I want to visit again! I saw other people eating it on ig before, so I immediately put it on the list. Today I finally had the coveted grilled sausage. My friend and I ordered the medium set meal, where you can choose three kinds of meat from the menu, because I heard that Their grilled sausages are particularly delicious. I chose 2 beef intestines and 1 roasted beef. The set meal comes with kimchi soup, corn cheese, miso soup and some vegetables, which is quite good. It is grilled with the meat. It is really great. It’s so fragrant and delicious!

I ate tripe + daechang. It has a lot of grains so you can enjoy it savory. There are a variety of basic side dishes, but they feel a bit haphazard. The kimchi stew and fried rice were really delicious. Be sure to add fried rice. Parking is valet.

The beef was frozen and served in a hard, slightly thawed state. When it was cooked, it lost all its juice and became tough. Short black hair came out between the rice and the onion slices when eating.To be honest, the ladys was better when it came to tripe, makchang, and daechang.I had really high expectations after seeing the reviews, but I was so disappointed.

The tripe is so delicious!! I tried a variety of Bulchang Upgrade and Gopchang Daechang Makchang, and they are so savory and soft that they are delicious :) I thought the Bulchang Upgrade would be too spicy, so I went to level 2, but if you like spicy food, you can make it spicier!

I ordered a combo of tripe and special daechang, and the tripe special was delicious. The daechang honestly stinks a little, but its okay when you cook it closely. Naengmyeon tasteless...... (But 11.99) The combo comes with corn cheese, soybean paste, and steamed egg, but the corn cheese was sour, and the miso was just average.. The steamed egg was average.. The combo price isnt bad, so go next time and try makchang, or just giblets. I guess Ill just have to order this special dish..The service cant be good because only one server worked for lunch on Friday (one more came around 1:00).

I usually dont leave reviews, but Im leaving it for the boss to see.The food was just ok, but the manager, a young man with absolutely no training, came to the customers table and started to criticize us for not even allowing dogs to be served. I had already asked other employees and while I was visiting, he suddenly started criticizing me like that in the middle of my meal. You dont have any, and you openly yell at an older employee in front of customers for disciplining other employees. Does this store hire its managers off the street without even interviewing them?He was scolding us so much that he burned all the meat. I was so dumbfounded that I quietly told him that I was uncomfortable with such an attitude in front of the guests, and he apologized in a vain manner, so it was okay, right? If you dont like it, dont come? Anyway, the food wasnt worth coming back to, and it looks like its not going to be a good business if you train your employees that way. I felt sorry for another employee and asked him about it. He said he was like that, but I felt sorry for everyone so I gave him a separate tip. This is my first time in my life at a restaurant like this.

Daechang Makchang lamb is delicious. Gopchang too. For two people, the medium size will fill your stomach. The rice is stir-fried, but you have to pay separately. In the evening, you have to wait for 30 minutes or more. Parking is valet parking.

Its the best intestines bbq restaurant in Ktown, and Im sure youve been working hard during the coronavirus pandemic. Its a bit weird because theres a lot of ammonia smell in the main window these days.
