I have been using sonoma jet center for over 8 years, they are amazing and have a well trained staff, always great service. i just read this review from E. smith and i am sure thats not your real name! you dont have to do much than read between the lines to figure out that this is a past employee or competition...hence there is a chicken here at STSrock on sonoma jet...

2023-05-23 17:37:57We have come twice in one week to Sonoma Jet Center and I am thoroughly impressed with the service of this FBO. We visit several FBO’s while out flying all over the country and when one of the places stands out it’s easy to notice. Both nights we overnighted we were greeted warmly and respectfully, it seemed the crews were really glad we were here.When we walked inside Kelly and Melissa at the counter were extremely nice and very knowledgeable these ladies made our first visit to Santa Rosa memorable.I enjoyed visiting with them on our second trip and look forward to visiting again.Also I enjoyed spinning the welcome wheel and winning the Hot sauce price.If you go to Charles Schulz airport in Sonoma county the place to get your plane serviced for fuel or overnight parking is Sonoma Jet Center5 star service.

2023-08-21 15:20:37Highly recommend this FBO. They treated my Baron the same as the Challenger 300 parked outside. The line folks were on the ball and the staff inside the FBO were friendly and accommodating. They generously offered up the crew car for us to take to lunch and the Pacific Coast Air Museum. While we didn’t buy 100LL off the truck, we did fill up at self serve.

2023-02-11 22:27:14Small, clean, professional and friendly. I work for an unrelated FBO in Hayward, and I’m bringing back some ideas for my GM. The restaurant that my instructor planned on going to had closed (Google, you lied!), so we got the crew car to grab a bite from KC’s American Kitchen (also highly recommended). If I come back to STS, I’m going to Sonoma Jet Center again!

2022-10-03 14:49:00Sonoma Jet Center is perhaps the most outstanding FBO Ive used. Landing after the tower closed, they sent a highly visible Follow Me truck out to greet us so there was absolutely no confusion about where they wanted us parking. Opening the aircraft door, we immediately had 3 or 4 line staff simultaneously attending to everything we needed help with -- passenger baggage, garbage removal, cleaning of used glasses, etc., plus the car rental agent patiently waiting with our car on the ramp. Interactions with the front desk staff were equally friendly and efficient. There was a beautiful and large selection of free snacks for pilots as well as passengers. More importantly, the airplane was positioned and fueled exactly as requested on the day of our departure. We even got to spin the prize wheel for buying 300+ gallons of Jet A. 2022-02-07 22:57:56Sonoma jet center is a really good place to fly into. They are right off the main runway 14 taxiway so theyre easy to find. They have ground guides out to help you taxi and park. Their self-service fuel prices are competitive with any place else.All in all it is a good place to fly into.

2019-01-11 17:22:05SJC is awesome! Ive kept my plane in their redwood hanger for the past three years. Their service and professionalism is top notch. They have been super meticulous when moving my plane in or out of its hanger spot. Its family owned and it shows as they make you feel like part of their family. Could not be happier there, and thank you to all at the Jet Center that contribute to great customer experience!!!

Flew with a relative and, since it was a nice day, we walked a mile to the nearest strip mall for lunch since uber reported a 30 minute wait for our ride. Uberd back. They told me to call ahead of time to book a crew car. Will do!Added bonus: Local beer and wine available for purchase. Love me some Pliney!!!Added bonus: single engine piston = zero landing fees. WOOTDid I mention the staff was wonderful? Linemen to the counter folks. Top notch!Tip: call early to book a car. If booked, schedule your uber/lyft so your ride will arrive without a delay.

2019-02-11 01:48:31The folks at Sonoma Jet Center are really great and very GA friendly! I routinely fly into KSTS and park at SJC in a rented Cessna 172. They are always really great with me and let me borrow the crew car to go pick up my wine club shipments at nearby wineries. Even though gas is included in my 172 rental, I sometimes have them put 10 gallons as a thank you for letting me use their car and the last time they gave my a half-bottle of Kendall-Jackson Reserve Chardonnay as a thank you to me. Now that is classy!!
