Service is great and the employees are very kind, patient, and helpful. Went there everyday for a whole week to see if they were as consistent as the previous days. They are, my only critique is that sometimes they forget to wrap the sandwich in saran-wrap when asked. Other than that the service and experience is great! The hot Pastrami sandwich is soooo good!

This place has the best bread and sandwiches. The service is also top notch. They even remember me even though Im only there a couple times a month. I wish I lived closer as I would be there more often.

Best sangys seems bread could b more tostier? it was good n not perf sourdough but ill tell u what it was damn delicious this garlic sauce n whole thing dressed twas delish u gotta go

We come here multiple times a week. I order ahead and they know my name by my order. The food is good and the staff is always very friendly. Definitely some of the best sandwiches around.

Best sandwich around. Very big, hope you are hungrey! Yummy Fresh baked sourdough roll, fresh veggies, meats and cheeses. They make salads also. The staff is super friendly. We enjoy going there often and sitting at one of their tables or taking our lunch/dinner to go. Oh, by the way they also have delicious treats too!You have to try them and if youre in a hurry they have it down and will get you out fast. We have gone to both the Rohnert Park locations and the Petaluma location. They are easy to find.

Normally I would give them 5 stars. They are amazing sandwiches but today I ordered my usual and got strands of plastic in my sandwich..... Unfortunately I was heading out of town and didnt have time to go back and show them. Im assuming it came off of the turkey they cut and forgot to take it off but it was definitely not fun pulling out strands of plastic every other bite 😕

I use to love Michaels. They recently changed their menu and no longer keep their delicious pink mayo. It had crushed pepper in it and a lot of flavor. Coupled with their bacon - I never went anywhere else. Now I do :( and it makes me sad. The staff is incredible - so quick, fun, and kind - extremely efficient team. Bring back the pink mayo please!

In Marin its Michaels Sourdough. Our local shops became Sonoma Sourdough. And everything else it just as awesomely delicious as it ever was. Staff here is always friendly. The food is consistently yummy. My favorite is the #23. Extra pickle on the side. Mmm.

These guys are the best. Hard working, kind, and the food is amazing. This is my go to quick lunch spot - no question. Thanks so much for the countless delicious sandwiches and salads!
