The sandwiches are really good. All of the ingredients are fresh. Only a lunchtime place. Online ordering available. Rewards program to earn free stuff. Ive never gotten a bad sandwich there.

Super Good! If you ever swing by during lunch you and the rest of Sonoma County knows why. This place gets packed!Its a west coast deli vibe thing. Your not going to get the italian style or old east coast style deli feel or menu but its still amazing and right up my alley.If your in the petaluma or Rohnert park area, hit it up and you wont be disappointed!

I’ve had better. I’ve had worse. IMO not worth the price of the hype. Flavors were good, but mustard definitely overpowered the sandwich. Bread was great, but be prepared to eat it right away otherwise it gets rock hard. Don’t ask for pickles on your sandwich otherwise you are getting chopped up chunks. I won’t write this place of completely but I doubt it will be my “go-to” spot.

Two for two! Tried a hot sandwhihc a few weeks ago, it was barely warm. Thought Id try again today, I got a #20 and I think they forgot to put the meat, the meat was this tiny sliver amongst a bunch of lettuce. I felt like I paid $11 for a lettuce sandwich.

Best sandwich I have had in a very very long time..! I asked for extra pickles for my pregnancy Cravings and they definitely didnt disappoint me. They also separately bagged a nice slice of pickle for me too..! Super friendly staff and amazing portions. Bread was deliciously warm and delicious..! Loved everything about my first experience here.

This place does it right. Fresh baked bread and they make their own roast beef. Order from the menu and you will always be happy. Not to say that making your own sandwich wouldnt be delicious, but they have the sandwich making art down, there is the reason they put those items together on a sandwich, its perfect. Price is fair and sandwiches portions are above average. Ive eaten here a lot and never been disappointed with my food. Service is fast and friendly. Makes for great to go food. Especially to take on a nice hike. Love it.

4 stars because in general Ive had better sandwiches. Their roast beef is plain and not much flavor to it.Basically all 4 stars are for the bread. Literally have never had better sourdough in my entire 29 years if living. Its phenomenal! The bread makes the tasteless roast beef worth it. Add avocado of course. The bread alone makes the sandwich worth the $10.

The limited hours are a bummer as they only have a few stores and they are so good, I wish I could go on weekends. The bread is made fresh (love when your sandwich is warm from the freshly made bread) and they dont skimp on the ingredients. Its strange that they dont have bacon everyday they are open, but ask if they do when you order as its always a good upgrade. My favorite is the #20, no onions, bacon (if they have it) and the honey mustard. If any of my office mates suggest Michael Sourdough and we dont have any meetings prohibiting us from doing so, we head down from Santa Rosa to make it happen.

How was Sonoma Sourdough? FANTASTIC! SPECTACULAR! INCOMPARABLE! I hope Im not overselling it lol. Really though, this place is SO good. The Best Sandwichs in the North Bay Bar None. Succulent warm crispy sourdough rolls baked fresh daily along with your choice of meats and veggies. Order from their tasty menu or just create your own sourdough masterpiece.Caution these sandwichs are Habit Forming. I have to have one at least once a month. Go try it and youll Thank Me. I wanted to like this place more, but it didnt live up to the hype for me. The bread was delicious, but a bit too tough/thick to get a nice bite of the sandwich. As others have mentioned, there wasnt enough meat to bread ratio and I wasnt a big fan of their sauce. The line, as I expected was literally around the store and out the door. Pasta salad was eh. Im not sure if its made there or pre-made, but it lacked flavor. Its a nice spot for a quick sandwich, but I wouldnt go out of my way to dine there.

Michaels sourdough is a local independent sandwich shop with great bread. Unfortunately I found the rest of the ingredients mediocre, ending up with a rather lackluster liverwurst.Recommended for a quick lunch if you work at a nearby office park.
