My fiance and I found this place on a third party delivery service. We ordered the heaven wings and some chicken dishes. It was to DIE FOR. We have been here twice in person now and each time the food is flawless. It is so rare, as a chef, to find a place that is so consistent in quality and service. We dont go out very often but this is our regular place. 12/10.

I wish I could rate lower. So rude! I went to pick up an order and the guy at the checkout yelled at me as soon as I opened the door. The food wasn’t ready so he didn’t let me inside. Made me wait outside in a cold and rain like some kind of decease. I still had to walk in to pick food later because he didn’t even bother to thing it outside since I wasn’t allowed in. This is no way to tread any human like that. I will never return to this place even if it is the last source of food in the world.

Today I asked my big daddy/ husband💕to come and take me on a sexy lunch. He picked me up and brought me to the cutest spot next to our house. It is absolutely amazing and the atmosphere is quiet and classy💕 it has the feel of Beverly Hills right here in Toluca Lake. My server Oak was awesome! This food is highlighted with every seasoning placed in the right place. Thanks for the lunch date daddy I needed this day💕

Disgusting. I order their pad z ew beef. Cant eat it, all of the brown is burned, the pan or wok it was made in was not clean my noodles taste like the bottom of a burnt pan. The chicken kaboob that came with it and the peanut sauce were the only edible thing. I guess they dont care about online or phone orders.

Such delicious food. 10 members of my family went and each of purchased something different and we all enjoyed it.. the service was nice as well. If I am ever back in California, I would definitely return.

I live in the neighborhood and have eaten from this restaurant several times (both take out and dined in). The food is consistently excellent, very tasty and well presented. The dining area is small but comfortable. Service is great, very friendly and quick. Prices are super reasonable for the size of the portions. Take out is very neatly arranged in paper bags with the restaurant logo. Always a pleasure!!

I hate to leave such a bad review but Soo Raa has been one of my top favorite Thai spots in LA for over 6 years. I’m not sure what happened with them recently but their prices have nearly doubled and the food quality is absolutely terrible. Their soy beef used to be flash fried in small pieces and was hard to tell it wasn’t real meat. I recently paid over $20 for it and it was soggy nuggets in salt water. I’m not joking. Literally couldn’t eat it. I tried cutting it up and air frying when I got home and it just made it worse. Had to throw it away. Our bill for an appetizer and 2 meals was over $60! My boyfriend had the orange chicken and it was also soggy. Whatever they were doing before worked. Lower your prices and make the food quality again. Such a bummer.

Ordered the pumpkin curry extra spicy. It was amazing! So flavorful and the spice level was actually really spicy — I loved it. The pumpkin curry was not as thick as other curries, but I preferred it that way. I drank it like a soup. I could eat this everyday.

I had placed an order for pick up and made sure I mentioned LIGHT SPICE and they still gave me super strong spicy food. I was unable to eat or return the food because this was my only meal for my lunch and I was already driving to work. Really bad customer service and overall experience, don’t come here

The first time I had really great service but the second time I was dissapointed the food was not good ... they do not keep their flavor and quality of food consistent......Also The prices have gone up .... $25 for a salad with only lettuce..... Do not reccommend !!!

I’ve been eating here for about two years. Always takeout. I’ve ordered here probably close to 50 times.It’s the best panang curry ever. The pad Thai is amazing also. The quality is 100% consistent and I have to resist the urge of eating here every day.10/10 would recommend to everyone. My favorites are their curries, noodles… but most especially the mango sticky rice!

We found this little place while walking around the neighborhood. It’s absolutely adorable inside, and all of the food is excellent. We’ve gone quite a few times at this point, and everything we’ve tried has always been delicious.

I have a lot of food allergies and when ordering my food from here I forgot to list all of them. When I realized afterwards that I forgot to mention I couldnt eat MSG, they offered to remake my food for me free of charge. I found this to be great customer service as it was totally my mistake for forgetting to ask/mention it. Thankfully, after eating the food they remade I did not get sick. The food was decent, its about what you would expect from a Thai restaurant in a strip mall.

God forbid you should be a doordasher picking up an order because then they treat you with utter contempt. I waited 30+ minutes for two orders with less than 3 items. And they act as if we’re an inconvenience, like there’s not a paying customer waiting for their food. It’s ridiculous how these restaurants always act like DoorDash people aren’t worth their time. I’m trying to pay my bills like everyone else, and there’s a customer waiting for their dinner while I wait.Edit: I ended up waiting an entire hour for two orders that were less than 3 items each. I understand having to wait sometimes when it’s busy, but I literally watched eight other orders get picked up in between my arriving and when I finally got my orders. I’m just trying to pay my bills, too.

Surprisingly good food with very reasonable prices. I had the Pad Thai and asked them to make it spicy; it was excellent. My three friends all ordered other things; one of the red curry dishes, sweet pork, and I forget the last one, but we all sampled each others dishes and they were all pretty good. Impressive - I highly recommend this place.

The pumpkin curry was was incredible. Perfectly cooked and perfectly selected vegetables. Service was relaxed and efficient. I spilled some sauce on my shirt and they waitress brought me a stain removing pen. I’ll go back for more

Great food! The fried tofu sticks are a delicious appetizer. The music could be better, its a little too top 40s pop, but everything else is great. The waitress was very attentive and sweet.

Food and service was horrible. Took super long to even get water or a menu or order and after that My pho steak was so tough and hard to chew, I couldnt even eat it. After I let them know, they said theres nothing they could do and thats just how the chef cooks it. How about get a few more servers and buy better meat and chefs?! Dont bother with this spot unless you want to waste your time and money. Another table got up and left after waiting too long for the food as well. Heres a really good tip.... When someone complains.. fix it. #Neveragain :(

Ordered Uber Eats for this restaurant as a first time user and I never received my order. This restaurant said it was not their problem and I needed to contact Uber Eats because they wouldNot refund my money. Uber Eats delivered to another address and charged me even though I never received anything. I will not ever order from a restaurant that forgoes customer service to this extent again.

This Thai restaurant is a local haunt in the West Toluca Lake neighborhood that is quiet, quaint and tasty. The drunken noodles and the Thom Kha soup are the fan favorites here. They cook to your desired taste and is a great date or meet up spot. Also, the crushed ice is the same soft ice you get from the snow cone machines that you can order a cup of ice to go.

I came here on a weekday with some friends. It wasnt busy the day we went so we were seated quickly. This is definitely a very cool hole in the wall place. I looked at the menu and they had a large variety of food.We started out with the Thai Charcuterie Plate and their Papaya Salad, and a lychee martini! I really loved the variety of sausage in the thai charcuterie plate. I was shocked. Now for the entrees we wanted to try different entrees so we ended up ordering a lot but to name a few....pad thai, crab fried rice, curry, and grilled salmon. I was simply in awe by the magnificent taste. Meat was tender, the crab was NOT imitation crab but REAL crab, the grilled salmon was flavorful, and to my surprise a pad thai that looked nothing like a pad thai where it was nested inside a nest. It was very unique and best part of course was the burst of flavor. Yes we also had to order dessert and I must say the lychee with the ice soaked in jasmine flavor was addictive.The presentation of their food is exceptionally well, like an art form and magazine-shoot ready! All in all a great dinner! I would recommend it to everyone!

I actually really like this place. My only complaint (and the reason for the three stars instead of four or five) is their curry is mostly liquid. They really hold out on the veggies and other ingredients.

Customer service is horrible. The emoployees are rude and talk about you in a different language. I was working for Doordash to pick up an order and they were upset that I was early to pick up the order. Everyone I interacted with was rude rude rude.
