Hidden Gem in Diamond Springs.Cozy and clean. Great service and yummy food. We ordered combo plate with cheese enchiladas and beef taco, Caritas super burrito, and Carne Asada burrito. Beans and rice, were excellent.We made reservations online, which was quick and easy.

This is a nice family run restaurant where the owner goes out and checks on you to ensure your experience is positive.This is not a large restaurant but adequate. I experuenced the owners commitment when I commented to him about the mole, and he brought some more out that was very tasty.I recommend this as definitely a place to try gir diamond springs.The only reason for less than 5 is the confusion on what dishes are Salvadoran vs. Mexican fare.

Every time we go here we have an issue. The last time we went, our water glass had dirty lip marks on it. I asked for a new cup, and the new glass was just as dirty. There was dirt streaks from the server wiping it off. The time before that, we had a hair in our food. Weve tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but weve been three times and weve had an issue every time. I no longer feel that the restaurant is clean and I will not be going back.

This place is a diamond in the ruff. Sure, it took over our old Chinese restaurant, but I absolutely love it. The popusas are really really good. The food came out promptly and fresh. Everyone was nice and said hi. Ill definitely go there more for lunch pick ups.

Food was excellent! I tried the first Salvadoran dish I saw. Wonderful chicken, shrimp, beef, and mushrooms in the dish. Service is great with fun appropriate music

So far this is the best Mexican salvadorian food in Eldorado county hands down! The service was fantastic and we didnt wait to long. I suggest the birria tacos with the dipping juice.

We love Sorianos! This place is a hidden gem. From the outside it doesnt look like much but the food is always delicious, the owner is always there and friendly, and the restaurant is always clean and just a great place for dinner. Like Margaritas? They are the size of a fishbowl! The bacon wrapped shrimp are my husbands go to, I have tried something different every time we go and I have never been disappointed. If you have never had a Pupusa, order one as an appetizer, so amazing!

Their mariscada is sooooo good! It took some wait for the food but totally worth it! Btw, the mariscada is off the menu so youd need to ask for it.

Stopped here for a quick bite after a track meet and after the incredible experience with the nicest staff and among the best authentic Mexican food I’ve ever had… I’ll be making this place a regular stop no matter how far out of the way I must drive.Try the shrimp & mushrooms in spicy butter sauce for a uniquely tasty super filling meal.

Everything I ordered was delicious. We had never ordered from Soriano’s before so we ordered a Variety of items to share & try them.Chile Relleno al acarte was awesome with a delicious sauce & would be a meal in itself.Birrita Tacos were unique, spicy, but not too much heat.Taquitos Rancheros with shredded beef were an absolutely wonderful surprise to the eye & in taste.Arroz con Pollo was so very, very yummy & another unexpected delight. The mushrooms, chicken, & sauce soaked into the rice was just scrumptious!!!I ordered about 5 different meals online not realizing they closed in 30 mins, until after I was home, stuffed, & thinking how awesome this place is. We have a new, wonderful restaurant close by.

We enjoyed our comforting meal. It was very good. The service was friendly and had a delicious margarita. Casual atmosphere with friendly service. Apparently they have online ordering available as well although we didnt try it. Definitely nice to have a new and great Mexican/Salvadoran option.

We had an amazing lunch here today. The owner stopped by the table. Checked on us multiple times. I can’t say enough about the service that we have each and every time we go there. The food is exceptional traditional Mexican food.

AMAZING FOOD, I get the Chicken mole Enchiladas they are amazing. My husband had the Lamb he said it was great. Now every time we go the young server know what I order and my son my husband will have different items each time. Its nice to go to a restaurant and they remember you and what you like. Such a family friendly environment. Ive told all my friends and family they have to try this restaurant.

Wonderful food, friendly staff, and great prices! This is our new go to for Latin food! The pupusas are fresh and made to order. Everyone in our family found something they love and crave. The owner always checks in to make sure we are happy. We are thrilled to have this little gem so close to home!

Great place whether its a small or large group. The staff is amazing and the food is very delicious! We enjoy this restaurant very much and highly recommend it. Our favorite menu items are carnitas Mexican pizza and seafood burrito. Delicious!

Great service, cold beer, wonderful food. I had the mixed fajitas. They came out piping hot, sizzling and well presented. Side of beans and rice, along with cheese, guacamole, sour cream, pico and choice of tortillas. Ive also had the chili relleno. Fresh chilis, lots of cheese! Really good!!!

My husband and I ate there for the first time yesterday, Great Food & Service. He had bacon wrapped shrimp and I went for the gro beef tacos. Enjoyed it so much were going back for lunch today. Please check it out and support a new local hot spot. You wont be sorry! I Promise! Try a Margarita

Really really good. All the elements that you expect are there. Everything tastes fresh and is spiced right. The staff are friendly and appreciate your business. Would give it 4.5 stars, but thats not an option. I will be visiting here regularly. (Wish they had margaritas then I would never leave!)

We really wanted to like this place, but last time my wife and I ordered here the chips smelled like they were cooked in rancid oil. They tasted so bad we threw out the whole order. If a chef doesnt notice rancid oil, how many other corners are they cutting? It is sad because we really liked them the first try, but now never again.

The new restaurant in Diamond Springs...was absolutely fabulous!! The menu is full of authentic dishes.I had a hard time deciding. I cant rave enough about the food. Support our local restaurant. This is worth the trip!I ordered a burrito to go, Its a good thing they are local. So I can keep coming back to experience that t all!

My husband and I came here for the first time tonight and I got a ground beef chalupa and it was GIANT and so delicious. Their plates come out blistering hot so dont touch them and this keeps the food to stay hot. We will definitely be coming back!

Authentic music playing in the background, tasty drinks and food. Had the garlic shrimp with mushrooms, flour tortillas with beans and rice. As good as everyone says. And a sports channel is on playing American Cornhole league. I never heard of a tournament for bean bag throwing!Anyway, Try this restaurant out for yourself. Parking is available in the back.

We finally got to try the new restaurant in town and we were not disappointed. The staff was super friendly ⭐ and very attentive to drink refills and chips and salsa. I ordered the Flautas with refried beans and Mexican rice. They offer rancho style beans as well as black beans and cilantro lime rice. Highly recommend for a great lunch or dinner.
