Fantastic sandwich place. While visiting CA, Sourdough and Co was very close to the place I was staying.Stopped in a bought 3 ham n turkey sandwiches for roommates. Sandwich bread was outstanding and full of sourdough flavor. Ham and turkey were freshly sliced and the offered additions really brought out the best in the sandwich.Staff was friendly and d quickly put my order together.

Sourdough rolls are indeed good however be prepared for end pieces when you order a kids sandwich. Sliced honey wheat both sides were end pieces. And this happens twice. Once at Bass lake and the other off green valley. Kids don’t like the ends I don’t ge they they would do this??So I swapped it out for my sourdough slice I have at home. If I would have known then I would have taken it back.As always left atleast 20% tip being a deli boy 25 years ago I tend to give more than little.

Food was fine. I got a French dip sandwich and a bowl of clam chowder for $21. Cashier mentioned tip. Not a good service when you asked for tips before serving. Anyway I asked if I can take my sandwich togo and waitress gave me one tiny box that doesn’t fit the sandwich and no bag. Very bad service when you see that your customer has no way to hold a sandwich, a soup and a drink and you didn’t think of providing a bag. Then, had to ask for the bag twice from 2 different persons before they hand me one. Luckily i didn’t leave any tip because I would feel angry for leaving a tip when service is bad.

Cant say enough good things about Sourdough & Co! We love it. The food is consistently delicious and the staff is always super nice.Knowing that there is usually quite a wait if you go inside, we try to order online and then head in and pick it up. That makes it a very fast trip!The peppered turkey with cheddar is good and the southwestern salad is a definite favorite, but there are combinations for everyone. When you get a soup or salad, the sourdough comes on the side. YUM!Grab a few cookies too, they are delicious!

The sandwich was delicious but the customer service was terrible, the blonde hair girl was sooooooo unfriendly and rude, I asked for what kind of cheese were my options and she replied: look over there while she pointed it out a blackboard with the sandwich ingredients. I don’t think I will go back to buy a sandwich even though, they are good.

Plus 1 ⭐️ for providing outdoor tables so my little dog LuLu can accompany me. In the rear area the tables with umbrellas are shared with the adjacent pizza shop, not the front tables. Friendly staff brought the order to us outside. We’ve been coming here for years and the quality has remained high. Fresh warm bred is fantastic.

Went in here by chance. One of the best sandwiches I have ever had in my life. Thinking about it makes my mouth water. Wish there was one closer to where I live. The staff is really friendly/The bread is really tasty and easy to chew, veggies are great, sauce is awesome and it was perfectly balanced.YUMMMMM. They show the calories next to the item so you can see which size to order. I ordered big and took half home.

9/21/22 the girls working shouldnt be working here. I had a 92 $ bill because we love Sourdough Co. They forgot a good part of our order and got 80% wrong. Cracked Turkey wasnt cracked Turkey, we were missing soup, the mustard wasnt the yellow mustard we requested. We had to go back for missing items, we live in Cameron park. We will NOT be returning here. Cameron Park Sourdough Co is where we will be going. You get what u pay for.....NOT HERE!!

The crust on the sandwiches is amazing! But, the sourdough is not very noticeable for being sour dough. The sandwiches are good and enjoyable but not extraordinaryService was good, staff friendly. Theres a patio around the back to eat at the location, but you have to know this, I didnt see any signs to direct you there.You are also supposed to use hand sanitizer prior to using the soda fountain, though its up to the customer to read the sign, so you might want to choose a canned drink if you want to reduce the chances of exposure to COVID-19.

We visit sourdough often for our large office lunches on Fridays. They are always super friendly, on time not to mention great food. These guys have taken care of our large orders every time and we never have an issue. We had a little issue today for the first time with some missing items. Instantly they had the missing items made (no questions asked) very apologetic and the owner was in the car delivery those to us immediately. He also added in some extras and a gift card. Absolutely fantastic service even when a mistake was made. I love a business that is quick to say we appreciate our customers and right the wrong. Mistakes happen and its nice to see a business provide such great customer service. That is becoming harder to find. Thanks again.

After waiting for quite awhile asked if my order was forgotten. Clerk found it, just left on the counter. Ordered with no dressing just a small amount of oil and vinegar and provolonecheese. Got home and it was soaked with so much dressing it wasnt edible and had something other than provolone. Although I frequented this restaurant several times in the past this is the first time receiving poor service and food.

I have been to a few sourdough & co shops in the past, so when my husband and I saw this one after visiting his grandpa we were so excited to go!.... just to be disgusted and let down. They had 7 lights out and there was an open air vent caked in dust right over the sandwich station. There was also dust caked on the vent above the salad bar.... The food was fine, I had soup & my husband had a sandwich. but we were both a little afraid to eat it after seeing the conditions.they also didn’t ever call our number. We stood there for 10 minutes with our order on the counter. I finally went up and to ask if our food was ready. when I asked the girl if she called us she said yeah, we’re just really quiet. There were maybe 6 people other than us and it was almost dead quiet.The dirty and not well kept store, along with lackluster food and service. We left feeling unimpressed & disgusted.

Busy little sandwich shop with limited seating, but excellent sandwiches served on the best sourdough bread.I had the Reuben, which was not a traditional Reuben, but was very good. The pastrami was a little bland, but the swiss and sauerkraut were wonderful. The pickle slice was a nice touch.Staff were friendly and energetic.Definitely a nice little place for lunch.

The store is clean and tidy.. But dont let that fool you.... Ive been twice.. the service was slow, customers were not getting their orders in order, as in the people that came in after me got their food quicker.... The 3 servers were sitting idle while the 2 others were doing the making, during lunch hour.The order was wrong ...I didnt get my full order .. Great food, but a little on the pricey side. Ordered a ham and pastrami sandwich and it was about 90% ham and only 10% pastrami, a nice 50/50 split would have been nicer. I will say that all of the ingredients on the sandwiches were high-quality, ham was especially tender. I did have a MAJOR surprise in my sandwich which wasnt good but they were very quick to remedy the situation as well as go above and beyond.

Given this place about 8 tries or so, and theyre consistently inconsistent. Sometimes theyre great, sometimes you get a cold sandwich that was supposed to be hot. Sometimes youll find long hair in your food (employees dont have their hair covered!!!). Sometimes the creamy soups and clam chowder are thick, other times theyre water. When they do it right, they nail it. When they dont, they make sure you feel completely ripped off for how much you paid. Theyre just so freaking good when they nail it, that I keep coming back, even though its an absolute crap shoot on what you get.

I keep going here because there isn’t any other sandwich shop nearby. It’s really bad though so I’m finally done with it and not going to waste my money anymore. Three times now I’ve had to throw out my sandwich because it is completely drowning and soggy with what they call their special sauce (I think it’s thousand island dressing). We were here on August 6th. There is a huge sign on the door that says MASK IS REQUIRED to enter the store. We saw two young guys walking around in the store without a mask. The employees of this store served them without saying anything about the mandatory face covering that they have in place. My husband and an older gentleman draw the employees attention to this issue. The gentleman said that he has high risk of getting Covid and they should have someone that enforces the rules. They said “ it is not required to wear a mask at this store”. The older gentleman pointed at the door and said that “ there is a huge sign on the door stating otherwise” and that they should enforce it. One of the employees said that it’s the manager’s responsibility to enforce it and the manager is not here. Say what??? It is absolutely unacceptable! Many people have serious pre-existing conditions and need to be protected. It is not a big deal to wear a mask to protect each other. Finally, if your store complies with the mandatory mask wearing rule and it is clearly put on the door then ENFORCE IT! Ps: service was extremely slow with 9-10 people being behind the counter working on orders. 32 minute waiting time for 2 sandwiches.
