My husband and I came here for our 9th anniversary last year. It was our first time coming here. We enjoyed every moment. We loved the food and our drinks.We love the bread and butter so much. I wanted to take it home! I got a Caesar salad and I believe it was Chicken Parmesan. He got Tomatoe soup and Spaghetti & meatballs. We also tried Bread Pudding for the first time!We would come back again. 💕

We went for a Billy Vera concert and dinner. The food we each had was excellent.Billy commented on the venues excellent sound. And in the audience it was. We had VIP seating and the other seats would appear to be excellent as well.I had spaghetti and it was some of best Ive had.My wife had a pizza, excellent as well.Our other friend had the butternut squash ravioli, and I sampled it. It was very good.

We sat at the bar and only expected to have a quiet dinner and were surprised with an excellent band featuring Justin Lee Schultz. This young dude was awesome!!!!!!!!! Dee was our server, and she was fantastic over and above should be her middle name.

This place is phenomenal! I highly recommend. The waitress for our family was incredible! She was very understanding of my daughter having celiacs disease because her brother has it also. She knew what my daughter could and couldn’t eat and even made a special plate for her. The food was delicious! So rich in flavor. The whole staff was incredible! I am very grateful for them!

Crab cake appetizers was delicious - moist, seasoned well and cooked to perfection. The caramelized salmon like-wise was truly tasty. But the big, pleasant surprise was the live jazz band playing mellow holiday music. A great experience.

Went for a special seminar in private meeting room so it was pre set menu, but had chance to sit at bar earlier and enjoy this beautiful restaurant and attentive service. My first time, will go back. We only got pasta, but I heard the fish is amazing. Too bad I live so far away, and wished I could have ordered it.

After so years hearing about Spaghettini on the radio, I decided to celebrate Fathers Day here with my family. The service was great, the food is delicious and the live music is the cherry on top. It was such a fun and unique dinning experience. Definitely a place to come and celebrate something special. My dad loved it and still talks about it today. Worth every penny.

Amazing Father’s Day celebration with my husband. Wonderful music, attentive staff (Thank you Roberto) and delicious food. We had tickets to have dinner in the performance lounge. This is a large place with multiple dining rooms, a huge bar in the center of the restaurant and outdoor patio areas. The best views of the stage are in the performance lounge which you need a pre-purchased ticket for. Cost of food and beverages are separate. I recommend coming a half hour before the show time to get your choice of table. You can also opt to try to find a seat at the central bar which is also a great view of the stage. Lastly there are a few tables in the adjoining dining room where you can get a glimpse of the musicians. However, even the patrons sitting in surrounding rooms without views of the stage, can still enjoy the music, as you can hear well throughout the restaurant. The manager personally came out to make sure our allergy preferences were met and we were happy. We really enjoyed our evening of live Jazz, dinner and drinks and felt lucky to have such a well run cornerstone establishment in Seal Beach.

Spaghetti has become our go to for our annual girls day! Always refreshing and fun. Love the sophisticated crowd. The ambiance, food and the drinks are great! Cant get enough of their house band DW3. They had the house literally rocking and doing Congo around the room! Its clean, and everyone always has a good time!!

Outstanding service and great entertainment but mediocre food. The ambiance and the jazz performance left us in awe. Love this place and the music. Felt like in a jazz club in the 50’s.We came with our out of town friends who love jazz music. Seeing all the 5 star reviews on this restaurant, we thought we can bring them here to have dinner and enjoy the music at the same time.Our decision was right on. We had a good time here. All the songs were our favorites. Some nostalgic songs cross different eras from Judy Garlands to todays popular jazz were presented on stage. Our friends totally enjoyed the smooth sounds and the rhythm. I felt so much energy in the restaurant.We also enjoyed the excellent service provided by our server Dar. He was so friendly and provided good advices on the food. He got us good wines for the table. I understand this restaurant brings their chefs to visit different vineyards all over the world.Although the restaurant prides itself on exquisite food, we didn’t think the pasta was that good. The pasta in the seafood pasta dish was not Al dente at all and the sauce was quite bland. On the other hand, the appetizers and desserts were great. I loved the complimentary crème’ brûlée. It’s creamy and smooth. The tiramisu was excellent as well.We will be back to try other dishes. Hopefully we will get a better experience on the food next time. I am checking out their performance schedule, perhaps we will try their legendary Sunday brunch next time.

This review is solely based off private event area and menu: We had a private event with 20 people here in the back room. Our server was amazing and always checked up on us. The restaurant had great vibes and live music in the main dining area. As for the food. All the dishes were amazing. Salad, pastas, and the dessert. 5* to do a private event here, i would highly recommend.

This is a perfect place to celebrate with someone special, listen to hip music and of course to enjoy high end, professionally prepared food. The owners Laurie and Carey are always connecting to their guests and will only provide the best available products anywhere. The atmosphere is classy and you know youre at an impressive venue. My wife and I always create new memories each time we visit and so will you. To be honest not what I expected. With that said i was not disappointed either. The food was good. For tge appetizer your must try the meatballs. The porkchop was amazing. What a treat in Seal Beach,CA. Wonderful environment. Live jazz band. Private room for rent. Appetizers were fantastic (shrimp, prosciutto board, and calamari), drink menu was flavorful, the entrees were tasty and the desserts were full filling. Service was excellent. All our glasses were topped off without asking. Parking is always full, plenty of extra space across the way, I would suggest just using the valet $7. Overall experience was 5stars. I highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion. Treat your love one or your company staff to this place. The inside dining room or the patio seating outside is romantic. Not enough room to dance, but the music is jamming all night long. Spags in short they call it. Get your grub on at Spaghettini. Well worth the drive off the 405… Ciao Bella!

Since we had an amazing experience last year, my husband wanted to go to Spaghettini again last night for his birthday. Like last year I made a reservation for 2 and let them know when asked that we were celebrating a birthday. Unlike last year, there was no room for us in the main dining area according to the blonde hostess who would not acknowledge our reservation. Our option was to sit at a high top table near the bar where a Abba cover band played, or eat outside. Not the atmosphere we had hoped for. We got dressed up for our evening, as we did last year. No card on the table saying Happy Birthday like last year; while we did see other tables nearby did. While the food was very good, the atmosphere was not. The server assistant Chris however did his best to make us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. We appreciated the waiter Noah had our dinner selection split (shared prime rib). We ordered the Pommery shrimp appetizer which was excellent and didnt disappoint! We also enjoyed the prime rib. Not sure we will return for a special dinner but maybe to sit outside for a casual meal.

This is a nice and a high priced restaurant. With all the high prices they charge, I dont understand why they cannot serve drinkable water. The tap water they serve tastes and smells horrible and it is not drinkable, but they charge you 10.00 to get a small bottled water. They use the same tap water for coffee and tea while they charge 7.00 for a cup of hot tea. We spent over 100.00 just for 2 lunch salads. It is wrong to pay an additional 20.00 for water.I hope the owner of this place will realize spending a couple of dollars a month on a water system will help with their customer retention, repeat customers and customer referrals.

Had dinner there because we got tickets to see DW3. They are an old skool R&B group. Nice ambience and service was great! The food was delicious but on the pricey side. Needless to say, my hubby and I decided this would be our “splurge” dinner. We ordered 2 entrees (my plate was from the specials menu so it came with salad and dessert). I had a cocktail and a shot of vodka. All came out to a little over $150.Would I return? Yes. But it would have to be when I want to treat myself. Overall, great restaurant. Oh yea, if anyone enjoys great live music of old and new skool R&B, I would recommend to see DW3. You won’t regret it!!!

I was there this past Sunday with a group of friends some had been there before, this was my 1st time. Upon arriving the 1st stop is the valet he was nice pleasant walk on the end the lady at the front was nice and pleasant onto our table the waiters Were nice pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable of the menu and the drinks. Now I know things changed because of the pandemic but for the price of $65 I feel like I should have gotten a little more 1st the mamosas was OK the champagne was too dry. Instead of it being an all you can eat like it before you now pay $65 for a 4 course meal You 1st get fruit, pastries and a pasta salad them aappetizer sampler then the main course, then desserts and no I didnt get a picture of everyones food. I myself had to cat fish, grits and greens and because I was one of the last to order they decided to rush it so my catfish was a little crispy and dry the greens were fine and my grits were OK. The whole spaghetini experience was you had a good meal while listening to jazz were now since the pandemic to sit near the jazz band is a extra $35. With all that and youre not sitting by the water anymore either.

Good service but food was okay. My steak tasted burned and was under-seasoned, the chicken parm was very basic with not much flavor. Calamari was good but also very very basic and simple. Prices were outrageous for what you get. I personally will not be returning even though the waitress was nice. Place was empty too, so I dont think it will last much longer with these incredibly overpriced dishes and mediocre food.

Mostly enjoyed brunch but our waiter didnt live up to our expectations....by time you notice the problem its already to Iate. We were seated for 15 minutes before the waiter came by. And all that he had to offer was explanations. How about an apology? Later, he noticed it was our anniversary, and he asked some specifics and we answered we were Celebrating 2 years . He then asked how long we had been married. Ah, 2 years... Where we got married. Where we went for the honeymoon ...etc, finally had to ask him if we were playing 20 questions. I think he finally realized his tip was at stake. He checked back multiple times (good) but kept interrupting us (bad) to ask if everything tasted good. Same question 4 times. My partner and I both felt the same way about himw...so not just me. Very good otherwise but just hope you dont get this guy.

The New York Steak, tastes like cheap breast meat. Asked for medium, but it was over cooked almost well done. Interesting that the waiter said it is a nice medium, nonsense, I know what is medium! The meat is Dry, hard to chow, low quality beef.We did not finish the salad yet, but it was taken away by one of the waiters without asking. We came here to celebrate my birthday and it was definitely a great new place to try.Food: The food was delicious. We got the bruschetta as the appetizer. It was plated in a fun way and the bruschetta was well flavored. The bread was also perfectly toasted, crispy on the edges but soft in the middle. You can also tell the pasta sauce is freshly made and the pasta itself is cooked to perfection. I got the capellini pomodoro and I loved the simplicity of the sauce. It made the entire dish come together. My husband got the wild mushroom, and roasted garlic penne. He got it without chicken as we are vegaterian. I loved how creamy his pasta was.Service: We had EXCELLENT service. Everyone there was very attentive and friendly and gave us great tips and suggestions. Even though we were the last ones left, they never rushed us out or made us feel like we had to leave.Ambiance: Very well decorated and beautiful set up. It felt like we were sitting in an Italian restaurant in Italy. They had really nice wisteria there and their front entrance even has a nice water fountain. Best dinner Ive had in many, many years. Shrimp appetizer incredible sauce. Calamari light batter very tender great marinara sauce. Lobster bisque awesome lots of chunks of lobster. Crispy potatoes buttery crispy outside and soft inside with sautéed spinach very nice. One, if not the best steak i ever had cooked to perfection well seasoned like butter just unbelievable, honestly. Not only the food but the amazing AMAZING customer service staff was out of this world. Our waiter, Eddie honestly was undeniably the best ever. 100% fantastic recommendations, knowledgeable, kind, friendly, attentive, accommodating, funny and never missed a beat. Great atmosphere, lovely service. But this place is not for those within a budget.I came with a company and ate in a private room, and it was great, appetizers were appealing. Drinks interesting. Entrees varied a little. I had the seabass which was stellar, absolutely just melted in your mouth, but from those who got the steak. It seems they were somewhat overcooked.Highly recommended for a date, but prices are just as high. Parking was not an issue when we came on a weekday night and its just right off the freeway entrance.

This is an annual destination for Christmas Eve dinner, and they have never disappointed. The cocktails are well-crafted with some unique offerings, and the wine selection is full of delicious choices. The food is always excellent whether you choose steak, seafood, or pasta. The tenderness of their steaks nearly allows you to slice your next bite with a fork. The service has always been excellent here as well. Drinks are served quickly, orders are prepared correctly and the servers and bussers are polite and attentive.

Wonderful spongy Rosemary focaccia and Italian bread, served with butter, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. We had the vegetarian options. We had macaroni and cheese(divine), capellini pomodoro, wild mushroom and garlic Penne(yum), chilaquiles(delicious) brunch omelet for lunch with fresh mimosas. After deciding to go somewhere else for our anniversary dinner that had a 1 hour wait, we drove down the street a bit farther and agreed on Spaghettini. It has been over 25 years since we have eaten here, and its right down the street!We were greeted by a cheerful gal that took our names and told us it would be a 5-10 minute wait. Perfect! We went to the bar a grabbed a drink. Lets just say they were fabulous. I started with a Lemon Drop Martini and the hubs got a Moscow Mule. They were a bit pricey but hey, its our 20+1 Anniversary (I needed a 20th do-over since we were locked down last year).We were seated outside on a makeshift patio that I have to say they did a tremendous job on. Who would have thought we were going to make outside dining available in parking lots and where ever else they can cram them into. It was beautifully decorated with heaters, lights, plants, flowers. Just nicely done.We started with the Ahi tower. It was to die for! Make sure you add avocado because I think it made it even better. The mustard aiolo and the toasted baguette were yummy.It was time for another cocktail so I switched it up to the Sitting Pretty (sticking with Vodka). I LOVED it. It was like the Lemon Drop but with a hint of sweetness instead of the sour. Hubby got a Porcupine. It was really spicy! Serrano infused tequila, lime, citrus agave with basil and cucumber. He loved it!Ok, time for the meal. I decided to go big with the seafood pasta. I was afraid it might be too much seafood but it was delicious. I devoured every last bite like it was my last meal!Hubby ordered the tomahawk cider brined pork chop. I am not one to order pork chops but I had a bite and need to consider changing my orders up a bit. It was super juicy and cooked to perfect. The potatoes were amazing and forget about the broccoli because god forbid he eat a green vegetable.Sorry but there was no room for dessert but we enjoyed a fabulous 21st anniversary dinner. They also had a band starting at 7pm. parking was $7 for valet but we found plenty of room to park ourselves. This is the worst experience here ever. The wine took over 30 minutes to come to the table, and the food took another 40 minutes. When the sparkling wine came to the table, it was left on the table without an ice bucket, and my food came without the shrimp. I came in today expecting a beautiful time but rather sitting here angry. Tonight has been a waste of life.

Best mellow, soothing atmosphere for Jazz. If you want to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or just want to get out and chill. This place here? Has the best jazz musicians for an excellent price. The food may be a little pricey for some but its worth it. Gotta treat yourself some time. Intimate ambience too.

Great restaurant to go to for Sunday brunch with friends/family where you can catch some great live music from DW3. But this evening night we went to see Sway Collective featuring Damon Reel a tribute to Frank Sinatra. Recommend this place to anyone, and everyone and you must try their Sunday brunch here! I. Love. This. Spot.I first was introduced to Spaghettini in 2014 and I visited about 4 times in the 18 months I remained in the Los Angeles area.DW3 is amazing!! I am a huge fan.My husband and I went to the LA area to celebrate NYE/NY and I decided we’d go to Spaghettini for NYE. We were not disappointed.Though life happens and DW3 had some substitutes that night, the group still did its thing. Every single member of the band was great - and you wouldn’t know this group didn’t perform together all the time.Anytime I find myself in the LA area, I will be sure to carve out time to enjoy DW3 and Spaghettini’s delicious food and ambience.

Met my friends for drinks and to catch up, we had a wonderful time. Our server, Danielle, was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you, Danielle. On our most recent visit to Spaghettinis we came for the brunch and to hear Marcus Anderson, it was wonderful. The four course brunch was absolutely delicious and our server, Vanessa, was excellent. Still, the highlight was listening to Marcus Anderson and his band. In addition, Marcuss performance he brought his twin brother, Marcel, to sing a few songs. Truly one of the best concerts I have experienced in a long time.

I was invited to a private brunch at Spaghettinis. We had three courses and each one was great! The entertainment during brunch is lively. Great atmosphere…However; 😩… I rated 4 stars because our meal wasn’t cooked thoroughly. Our pasta was hard. NO LIE! It definitely needed to stay on the stove longer. My fiancé couldn’t finish his shrimp pasta because the shells were just not cooked enough.Please, please cook your pasta shells longer than you already are. Not only his pasta but mine as well. So it wasn’t just his. I pushed through though and ate my dish. But yeah.I am not really a shrimp eater, actually. I passed the shrimp on another plate to his brother. But I like pasta itself.

We made reservations 2 months ago for our anniversary of 12 years. Got tickets for a Steely Dan Review that night, which was really good! Never been here before and I guess I expected too much! Thought it was gonna be good, looked kinda old skool, loungy atmosphere. The waiter/server, I think his name was Dario, came by as soon as we sat down, asked about drinks. We had just sat down and had not even had a chance to look at the menu, so we asked him to come back. Not 15 minutes later!! It took that long to get the drink after we ordered!! Not cool! By this time the show had already started and we still had to order dinner. That took about another 10 minutes to do. I ordered: 18 OZ. PRIME BONE-IN RIBEYEpeppercorn crust, aged cheddar mac & cheese, walla walla onion rings,red wine & wild mushroom reduction. My wife ordered the Brussel sprouts. Food came out quickly, maybe 10 minutes. The ribeye I asked for rare expecting it to be a premium cut of beef for the price. Nope, stringy, tough and not much flavor. Hell, the wedge salad and the mac & cheese were better than the ribeye!! Totally disappointed!! My wife said hers was good. All in all, $200 bucks for dinner, you should be walking away thinking of coming back. Not here. I will find a place that has great food and the same atmosphere but for a lot less money! Sometimes the reviews on places are not accurate. Too many 5-star ratings for this establishment!!

Spaghettini is one of the best restaurants I have been to in some time. It definitely deserves a place in my top ten. I had purchased tickets to see Blake Aaron. I was celebrating my engagement (she said yes) with my fiance and it was a magical night. The food was delicious, loved the lobster ravioli and seafood pasta. The cocktails were strong and well balanced. The restaurant had a nice and enjoyable atomosphere. Blake Aaron was no amateur....he was the real deal, with Rockstar hair and an ability to play the guitar like it was his last performance, his performance was amazing. His crew also played very well. The food, the concert, the vibe, everything was perfect. The night was a success. If youre in town, try Spaghettini, you wont regret it. The staff are friendly and attentive.

We went on Thursday night for the band. What a fabulous experience. We loved the 2 sets of music by DW3. The food was so good. We started with their French fries that came with 3 dipping sauces. The garlic aioli was the best. I had the spaghetti with meatballs and gluten free pasta. (I was so grateful they offered this) The meatballs were tender and delicious. My partner had the 7 layer lasagna and said it was very good. They have a great wine selection, make a perfect espresso martini and even have Blantons for the whiskey connoisseur. My favorite experience while in California.

Food was to die for! Filet Mignon was tender and hot, Chilean Sea Bass melted in my mouth, Mac and cheese was creamy and flavorful, and the bruschetta was incredibly flavorful. My mom and I cannot return soon enough!!!Edit: Came back today 7/16 and the quality was just as good as my previous visit. Great consistency! Came for my moms birthday and brought my grandparents for their first outing since before Covid. They loved everything! They were amazed at the tenderness of the Chilean Sea Bass and had to try the Vanilla Butter Cake! Our server Tejon was awesome and friendly. Once again, our cups were never empty. I went with my boyfriend for our 6 year anniversary dinner. The food was amazing! It came out pretty quickly and very fresh. Nikki (not sure in the spelling) was our waitress and gave us excellent service throughout our dinner. We made reservations on Open Table and it asked the occasion and I selected anniversary. We are regulars at Spaghettini however this was the first time we have had Sunday Brunch on Mother’s Day. Never again on Sunday for Brunch/Mother’s Day. The service and food were five stars, the clientele is what prompted two stars. At the end of our meal and as we were leaving the restaurant I used the ladies room and there were some teenagers (male & female) waiting for a younger sibling/friend inside the restroom holding the door open, as I was using the restroom the kids were turning the lights off and on to scare the younger child in the stall. This was infuriating, who lets their children behave that way in a nice restaurant.We will not ever celebrate anything at Spaghettini on a Sunday holiday. This experience completely ruined my Mothers Day celebration.Update - the manager, David, reached out soon after this review was initially posted with assurance the ugly restroom situation had been addressed and offering a sincere apology. We do enjoy the food and service at Spaghettini and will continue to dine there. My star rating was revised from two to four.

First time here. Music was a plus, I think charging 50 per person to sit in that room where music is played is a little excessive. We ordered the lobster brusetta, it was good but threw us off that the lobster was cold and $40 for 2 pieces seemed high. The casear salad was yummy, we also ordered a pizza which we waited over a hour for, the staff informed us that it was given to someone else and the manager came by and replaced it free of charge. I appreciated them admitting to their mistake and did make it right. We will be back again to try a few other dishes.

I have to say my first visit was great which led me to come back for brunch again. This visit was not so great. Our first course was the cinnamon bread and that was good. The second course for her was the wedge salad. No complaints. For me it was the bruschetta. Now the three pieces of bread were fine, however the sprinkle of goat cheese and the over abundance of tomatoes didnt mesh well. The ratios were off. I can look past this though. 3rd course my fiance ordered the seafood salad and I ordered the seafood pasta. As soon as the meal arrived she noticed that the plate smelled fishy. Now if you have fresh seafood or even good seafood your plate should not smell fishy. She sent it back immediately which I should have done as well. I opted to stick with mine, and that was the worst decision I could have made. Ive been in the restroom all night, I missed the gym and work. My stomach is in knots. If youre going to sell seafood it should be good seafood and fresh. Selling something that is bad is not good business especially when the meal is $150. Im very very disappointed in the food this trip.

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary there on our trip to CA last year. The food was outstanding and the staff was incredible. They treated us like we were regulars even though we were from out of state. Sure hope we get to take a trip back there someday.

Went for the show but also had dinner. $30 cork fee if you bring your own wine. I ordered the Shepherds Pie -- awful. Sent it back and ordered the lasagna. Equally terrible. It was nothing but mush. If there was any pasta, it had disappeared.

Great food. Great service (Jill 😁). Great ambience with the music, decor, and overall vibe. Amazing restaurant. I wish I could take my family here everyday to enjoy brunch and dinner. Hands down one of, if not the best experience Ive had dining. We had a private room for our family gathering and it was spectacular! Thank you Spaghettini! Cant wait for another experience.

From the moment you walk in, Spagattinnis welcomes you as a friend. Spagattinnis has an excellent calendar of entertainers to choose from all year round. Dont miss out! They have tasty appetizers, a great drink menu, scrumptious dinners, and decadent desserts (and I tried most of them). The servers are personable, attentive, and knowledgeable. I am looking forward to seeing the finished space once the remodeling is done soon, but in the meantime, I am impressed with how they maintain the casual elegance of their restaurant during construction. Impressive! I have been with my family as well as with a much larger party from my office, Spagattinnis, makes every visit special.

Went for happy hour... sat in the outdoor patio cause the inside was all ready for an evening concert... parking lot is not the best view but the service, food, wine and cocktails were top notch. I think often the place is overpriced but will definitely be coming back for happy hour.

Love old school STYLE restaurants. Wonderful beachside restaurant. Diverse menu and good service. I have been there many times over the years. Roberto! You made our Christmas party the best ever. In addition to the excellent wait staff who addressed our needs quickly, the food, oooooo! My filet was cooked to perfection and the creamed spinach is still on my mind over a week later. We had an amazing time and cant wait to return. Well be back on live music night, too!
