This is one of the nicest karaoke lounges Ive ever been to! And Ive been to manyyyyy different ones. Their system may take a moment to get used to but theres a ton of english songs and chinese songs in their directory. The shots from the heart item on their menu was definitely a highlight of our night. Theres different flavored soju shots in this cute little heart shaped ferris wheel presentation. I love that we can order dim sum here. I also really enjoyed the popcorn chicken & the spam noodles. The fruit platter definitely balanced all the fried food out. The staff there were very helpful and attentive. Definitely take advantage of their ALL YOU CAN SING happy hour; it is quite a deal!Lots of free parking inside the diamond plaza!!

This place is so modern and clean. We got room#9 with 7 ppl enough room for a few more. The service and the food were really good. They got a good selection of snack, dimsum, and tea. We got the heart shaped carnival cocktail shots (that lights up lol) and they also serve beer. The sound inside the room is very smooth. There are plenty of english and chinese songs selections. Its a good place for big gathering, let loose & sing/dance ur heart out.

I recently visited this karaoke store with my friends again and I was blown away by the exceptional service I received. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure that our karaoke experience was seamless from start to finish. We ordered popcorn chickens, beef skewers, edamame and sweet potato fries, the food was delicious and exceeded our expectations. We also ordered a pitcher of mango draft beer, it tasted so good and refreshing, reminded me of the fruit flavored beers that I had in Taiwan. The store and the bathroom was also impeccably clean, making for a pleasant environment to enjoy our night out. The happy hour deals were also great and added an extra perk to our evening. I highly recommend this karaoke store to anyone looking for a fun night out with friends or family.

Ive had the pleasure of visiting Spark Karaoke multiple times, and each time has been absolutely fantastic. I cannot recommend this place enough, especially if you have a passion for singing and want to have an unforgettable time. SUPER FUN PLACE! I was very surprise to find a good amount of Spanish and English songs! My Taiwanese husband, friends and I had SO MUCH FUN we were all able to sing in Chinese, English and Spanish and the place is really fun and clean . 4 hours felt like 1 hour so much fun, we will be coming back for sure

Fancy decorations.This KTV has a very modern, shining decoration with a lot of mirrors and fancy design, make you feel very good to be inside. However, the service was not as good as the deco: when we arrived, there was no body in front desk to greet us, then we had to search room by room, and call them on the phone. Plus, when we order some simple drinks, it took half an hour to arrive. The song choice was very limited if you only use their own, big control screen ! Then you have to download the Wechat app on your cellphone, to order more songs...it will take about half an hour to get familiar with the app, etc, so you will waste a lot of time to finish all of those things before singing. However, they have two TV screens inside of the room, so you can stand up and sing, facing the audience. I think that it is a very brilliant idea!

Friends surprised us with a bachelorette here. They let them decorate, put up balloons, and bring in a cake.It was a lot of fun!The fries and popcorn chicken we ordered was yummy. One of their drinks (i dont remember which one) was good too!

Spark is a really fun place to go when it’s your birthday. It is in the back of Diamond Plaza upstairs. It is impressive the room decorations are so nice. Our standard room is good for 5 of us and only for $38 an hour. There are all kinds of drinks and food on the menu, so we got popcorn chicken, fried wings, French fries and some beer. Also love the music selection, you get to find all popular songs, available in different languages. To find the song is super easy with touchscreen and WeChat if you don’t want others to cut your song. Will definitely come back next time with my friends.
