Finally had a chance to try this place. After 2 different ramen places that went out of business, this establishment seems to be doing well. After going through their extensive menu on the tablet, I found what I wanted. For my wife who’s indecisive when faced with many choices, this took her a while. But I remained patient and let her browse through the tablet to order.The popular dishes on Yelp were pretty tasty. Although this place has “noodle” in its name, their steamed soup dumplings and pan fried pork buns were delicious. I would say their pan fried pork buns were unique in that the outer skin was thick and a tad chewy and eating this texture gave it a different experience. I ate the grilled chilled noodle for the first time. It wasn’t bad, but given how little and how simple it was, $10 was too pricey. The stir-fry Chinese lettuce was average. The spicy pork intestines with noodles were flavorful. This was a pretty good meal with some leftovers to take home. I would come here again and try some different items.

The food is great, we got the beef noodle, fried & steamed buns. The noddle had huge chucks of meat, the buns is authentic & tastes great.The pricing is a little high for the quantity of the food but acceptable.My complain is that there is a huge, extremely bright screen on the left side. It disturbs the dining experience and made the foods color looks off (as you can see in the pics). There is tons of light in there already so please turn it down.

Probably one of the best spicy beef noodle in the East Bay. They have a unique large menu and a nice ambiance.

The servers were nice and attentive, and the dining space was clean. However, the food was way too pricey for their serving sizes. And if you want to re-fill noodles? $5. Minimum tip they asked for was 18%, with options up to 30%(?!). Insane. The water they served was lukewarm and tasted like algae. Would not recommend this location. There are better noodle shops in the plaza/area.

My new favor restaurant in Livermore! Love their dumplings and hot stone soup!Order the sizzling iron plate are also good. A lot of choice on the menu. Will definitely come back to try more.Grand open and nice service. They serve hot tea right away. Very happy to eat here with our friends.

Partially my fault but the waiter gave me the wrong check to pay for and it ended up being double what we actually got...We ordered only two dishes and I was charge $140! Though our waiter was not very attentive and seemed very rushed. XLB had almost no flavor but the pork belly noodles were very good.

The noodles were okay, a bit too sweet for my taste. All my friends ordered different items but they all had the same sweet taste which was strange.The workers were really rude. We didn’t get much customer service and had to pour our own water, which I didn’t mind at all until this incident. When the bill came, we tipped $2, (10% of our bill) and the worker (young male) started to side eye us, stare at the bill, and proceed to get the manager to look at the receipt.We were very confused and then they both came over asking where the rest of the tip was in front of everyone.Never in my life have we felt so disrespected. We are teenage girls and cannot be swindled out of extra money just because you feel you can.Then, as we walked out he was side eyeing, pointing at us, and telling other workers. Will never come back. Would not recommend.

Hunan fry lamb noodle is good. Intestines noodle not bad. Pork belly side dish just OK. Price a bit high for the the amount of food served. When we were sat, table top was still wet; chairs not clean properly --- oil/water stain on them. When I told the server about the chair, he just came to clean the chair without saying a word. And I saw the next chair also had oil stain so I cleaned that too (the paper tissue turned black). The restaurant was not busy at that time. Give three stars because of the oily stained chairs and $price/food. Hope the owner read this and train the servers properly. Need improvement.

Check in to get seated/wait list is unorganized. Overall the service seemed unnecessarily chaotic. There were about 4 servers on the floor and they did not seem to delegate specific duties to each other, so all of them were scrambling around fulfilling orders as they came out. Servers missed a couple of items from our order, and it took quite a while for us to get their attention about it.Luckily, orders are taken by an iPad.Food was good, nothing out of the ordinary. The quality of the plates and dinnerware make the restaurant fancier than it should be for the quality of the food and service. Im curious to see if this is a similar situation with the other locations as well or maybe because this location is still fairly new.

There were a lot of bugs and our utensils were wet when they were handed to us. The dumplings we ordered were too sweet. The noodles were okay. They need to get their operations in check before opening.

Hate hate hate that you have to place order online and use your number, within an hour I’m getting spam text messages about the most random things!!? All in mandarin also.. Not a coincidence.Food wasn’t terrible but the braised pork belly is really dry, works like floss in the teeth.. noodles have good texture.

This is a must try, I had the jalepeno pork belly noodles, spicy wontons and oysters… all was flavorful and nice and spicy 😝 will be back for sure.
