Special Noodle Soup in Cupertino

It was a nice restaurant open at 2pm while the others nearby are closed. We wanted to try various appetizers. We chose chicken knuckles, sal/pepper calamari tentacles, pan fried fish cakes, Hainan chicken, mala beef tendons and seasoned choy sum. The flavors were nice and unexpected. It was cooked just right. I wish we had more tea served. Just make sure you check your order in case they miss something. We might try their noodle next time.

You have to choose your ingredients for your noodle soup; choice of broth, noodle, meat, vegetables, etc. Warning - if you order 5 ingredients or more, the noodle soup comes in a giant bowl. I recommend the fish noodle for those dont want carbo.The Hainan chicken reminds me of Singapore. I went back the next day for some more.Highly recommend.

Great place for quick lunch. Portions are huge so home hungry or bring the rest to home. Lots of choices and you can build your own soup as well.

Food is pretty decent. I recommend trying the Hainan chicken and their Fish noodle.

Got their Hainan chicken and rice which was pretty good. Also tried their noodle soup with the original broth, my sister and I both really enjoyed the soup. The beef brisket and beef tendon were good. Very tender and not too dry. My sister had the pork combo and everything in that was good too. Three cups pig intestines was really good, especially with rice, came sizzling in the pot. Fried shrimp balls were okay, but probably wouldnt go out of the way to order it again.

Order 5 or more toppings you’ll get a giant upgraded noodle bowl 🤩, bigger than the steering wheel. A bit pricey ($37 per person) but I enjoyed their noodle soup every time when need a comfort warm dinner.Ps no AC

We have been here countless times. Finally let me post a review.I love less rich broth, that’s why i always pick the chicken broth soup base. If you love richer base, you could go for the curry one.The kind of noodle i recommend is either the flat rice noodle or the fish noodle.I would say today i found the best addition for the chicken soup base, which is the pork intestine. They are the perfect combination!We also ordered the Hinan chicken rice combo. Crispy skin, tender meat and well tuned scallion oil sauce🤩 . What’s more, the rice was cooked with chicken broth!

The place provides good food and adequate service. Their specialty is chicken. It is really tasty. We have been there for years. The quality has been consistently good. Volume is never reduced with a lot of meat. And price does not inflate sky high. It is good for casual meal.

Saw that Boiling Crab was gone and we were looking for a place to eat while power was out at our house.Overall, really good food for the price they charge. I love noodle soups and this place has plenty of options that use a rich bone broth base. Laksa is a really good option as well as the Hainan Chicken. The brined pork is a little dry, but again, for the price they charge its easy to forget about that and enjoy delicious noodles on cold, wet days.

Authentic Teochew Cuisine cooked with quality ingredients. Food here relies on flavor of food rather than sauces. Traditional dishes include egg omelet, braised duck, dried seafood clay pot.Prices are pretty good got good value food that’s pretty fresh. Around 15-20 per person.Ambiance is clean restroom and tables.Service is great for a Chinese restaurant and good for a Bay Area restaurant in general.
