Came here for celebration and the food was beautifully presented and delicious. The Thai tea with coconut cream is super yummy. Service was great they were very friendly. The owner came out and greeted us. This place is certainly somewhere I will be returning to. Loved the clean atmosphere and design of the restaurant. Very welcoming and perfect lighting.

Had a pleasant experience! Lunch service was hosted by one server and she was wonderful! Upbeat, fast on her feat, and attentive to our needs. The pineapple fried rice, yellow curry, and papaya salad are delicious! The spicy Thai wings are a dry rub with lots of spices sprinkled on top that overwhelmed the palette. The pad-see-ew wasn’t bad, although it could be sweeter in my opinion. The mango sticky rice is tasty of course, however didn’t come with as much mangoes as it normally does. Overall, wonderful service and decent food!

First time trying this place… I am impressed. Being Thai I am picky on authenticity and I can say their food is legit! The pad Thai can use a little more meat and option of extra spice on the side but other than that, I am definitely going to eat here again! I have to say my favorite right now is the kao phoon! It’s a must try!

Clean and commodious dinning room, nice staff, also delicious food. The Khao Soy cannot compare to the one I have try in Fresno. Forbidden rice was good, but it was too sweet. Clam down the sweetness and it will be perfect - my boyfriend said so. .. .

This Thai restaurant offers a nice selection of curry dishes and traditional Thai dishes. The prices start around $10 and up. We ordered the fried calamari and I would not recommend it. The calamari seemed rubbery and I wonder if it is frozen and not fresh. Our portion sizes seemed a little small compared to some of the other Thai restaurants Ive been to. I like flavorful spicy dishes and this definitely had some heat but the flavor did not jump out from the dish for me. I would recommend this restaurant but I have had better.

If you love sweet and spicy, I recommend the shrimp fried rice 🦐 (med), along with a Thai tea ☕️ and mango sticky rice 🥭. Overall this was some of the best Thai food I’ve had in a long time; you can’t make a bad choice here.Plus the service we received was amazing and we will be returning to this Stockton spot soon!

The food is amazing and the customer service was great. A friend suggested I tried this place and Im glad I did. I ordered the spicy drunken noodles with beef and the spring rolls and it was great. Ill definitely be going back again, they have a good menu with a good selection of options.

The food is always tasty; I loved the yellow curry with tofu! This time, the service was just okay; our order was taken quickly and the food arrived quickly, but we werent checked on. Compared to my 2-3 previous visits here, the atmosphere has become bad; the owner (I think) was sitting around a TV with some other people, watching football. They were yelling so loudly at the TV that it hurt my and my fiancés ears. The restaurant was also poorly lit with the tables oddly arranged, but the yelling was what did it for me. I wasnt expecting this restaurant to ever have a dark, loud, sports bar vibe, and I probably wont be dining in again.

It was our first time at this restaurant and there was no one to greet us. We did see a young lady eating and she went on to say she was on her break and someone would come out to help us. No one came so the young lady got up and seated us and gave us menus. No one came to takebour order and after another 10 minutes my husband went to go call someone. We thought about leaving but really wanted to try the food. It was just ok. So we will not be going back here. We really like to contribute to mom and pop places but I cant find a reason to go back here, sad.

Nice place with strip mall front. This place was surprisingly nice inside. Clean place with a bit of ambiance, really great tasting Thai food and good service. We had 7 people and everyone liked their dish. Fresh rolls were great which usually us a lot about food since we always try them. The Loas curry noodle soup was amazing, great flavors, tai basil stir fry was very spicy- I would get mild personally but my husband loves heat. We would come back here.

Came here for a business lunch meeting at a place that was in between Fresno and Sacramento. Had the Laotian Sausage which was delicious and fragrant. Ive never had this dish before and really enjoyed it. The sauces that come with it were great and had a good heat level. Sticky rice that came with it was also perfectly cooked and tasty. The plate came with maybe two pieces of Broccoli and three pieces of carrot which was very sparse and bland/flavorless. I think they should either serve the vegetables in a more enticing manner or omit them altogether.

Service was good, nice people. But the food wasnt worth it. Of all the pad Thai Ive had this was the most bland. The saddest part was the mango sticky rice, it was not like others Ive tried, swimming in liquid and a chewy clump, like a gummy rather than sticky rice. I came because of the good reviews so maybe I just have bad luck.

This is mine and my friends favorite Thai spot now! It was our first time here. We were craving some really good Asian cuisine and ended up trying this spot. Everything we got was delicious and flavorful. My friend is Thai too and she agreed it’s very authentic here. The sticky rice dessert is a must to try! I got the seafood salad, pad thai and egg rolls omg *chefs kiss* I like that you can order the level of spiciness you like. The boss and staff was very kind and friendly. We felt very welcomed. We will end up becoming regulars now when I’m in Stockton with my friends!

SO good.My friend and I both love great Thai food and we both felt the same way about this spot.I wish there was one where I lived because it would beat all but one of the Thai spots in my area. (It might tie with that one, but I’d have to try more dishes to know for sure.)We got three dishes and they all had great flavors and amazing vegetables. They didn’t skimp on the chicken, veggies, or great flavor.Their staff was really welcoming and did a good job serving us, and the seating was comfortable!

The food here was really great. We ordered in for a girls night on a Thurday and I picked up lunch the next Saturday. The Thai Basil Stir Fry with Chicken is very flavorful. I paired the entree with sticky rice and it was very filling. The place is clean and I look forward to dining in with my fiancè for a cute date night.

Found this well rated restaurant on our way during a road trip. No fancy bells and whistles but the food and the staff were good. One of the best sticky rice and mango dessert Ive had in years. The perfect balance of sugar and the rich taste of coconut. Was a small portion but really makes me want to go back again.

First time trying this place. I ordered take out. The order was done quickly. We were using the radcard. The person didnt have their phone to complete the transaction and had to wait over 5 minutes with our food sitting there before we could get rung out. Minus that, the food was good. The spicy red curry was for sure spicy but even with that level 5 spice, the flavor was delicious. I also tried the bbq chicken. It didnt look bbq but it had good flavor. I also had the pad Thai. I had the medium and my kids were able to eat it. We will be back to try some more and next time I will take pictures.

And youll be satisfied with anything you order.Ive been to other Thai food restaurants, and they usually just cook everything in garlic to cover up their lack of know-how. Well, thats not the case with Spice It Up! They know how to season their food, and its so fresh. Youve just got to try it. This is my favorite restaurant in Stockton.

What can I say about Spice it Up? Fantastic food and friendly service. The owners are wonderful people and the dishes are amazing. My wife who isnt a big fan of fried seafood and sweet and sour dishes loves their Sweet and sour fish. Amazing flavor, not cloying sweet and has a bit a tang and spiciness to it. Our other favorite dish is the steamed fish as I cant recall its name but if you like coconut milk and spiciness, this one is for you. They have wonderful satay, probably best in the town and great BBQ pork. Other items that one doesnt see in Stockton, purple sticky rice! Try it out, you will love it.

The food was just okay. There is a very similar restaurant like this one in North Highlands, Sacramento area and the food there is MUCH better and fresher. I felt the food was too oily and it just didnt sit well with me. The wife and I ordered the pineapple fried rice, drunken noodle and the papaya salad, Laos style. Ill probably only come back to pick up the papaya salad for the wife. Other than that, not so much

After the food was given to our table, the waitress only came one time to give the bill. Didnt even check on us or offer any additional water - a bit disappointing since the food was spicy, curry was salty, pad Thai was over seasoned. I dont understand the 4.7 rating as of the date of this review. I only tipped because I know Covid is causing restaurants less traffic but I otherwise would not have.

I always judge a Thai restaurant by its Green Curry with pork.Flavors of coconut milk, basil and curry was well balanced.I like cilantro with mine and extra chili with mine. Provided on the side when asked for with a smile. Nutty flavor and vegetables where well balanced.Papaya salad Lao style another another reference dish. Good balance of lime and fish sauce with chili. Cabbage on the side was good but, only gripe would of liked it julienned thinner.We also ordered basil beef.Basil, beef and vegetables well complicated each other. The sauce was just a bit sweet.Dont know if it was a result of the stir fried bell peppers. Also had a slight smokey flavor. (Chow) in Chinese terms.JudgementValue: great good amount of food.Flavor: better than expected.Service: really good, able to hold a conversation without server hovering over you. Later, at end of the meal the chef or owner came out and greeted us to ask our option of dishesReally nice place to eat, over all.I would rate it a 4.7 resulting a 5 restaurant.Went to another place in town, food was mediocre except one one item. Food was over priced.Hard to keep a conversation, for first date ok but for conversation related to business negative.

I’ve been coming here since they opened, and honestly, it is my favorite restaurant in Stockton. No other Thai place compares. The owner is so kind, he makes you want to come back just with the service he gives, but then there’s the food, the flavor is INCREDIBLE. I am a regular here and I plan to keep it that way. I dont recommend ordering online here. I made an online order for pickup and had my boyfriend pick up the order. I realized once he brought it home that they didnt give us either of our entrees and they were closed by the time he got it home.
