Solid place for some Thai cuisine! Quick and easy with friendly service. Its in a plaza complex so theres a good amount of parking, but can get full during peak hours.A lot of the dishes are on the sweeter side from what I can tell. I would prefer it less sweet, but it was fine. We got the Pad See-U, Pad Thai, Papaya Salad, and Potstickers. All were good and fresh made from the kitchen. Nice plating and presentation. I really liked the Papaya Salad since it paired well as a side dish to the entrees. Id prefer it a bit spicier though!Overall, a good Thai restaurant that cooks things on the sweeter side.

Extremely nice and accommodating owner. Very clean inside. The food in my opinion was mediocre. Strange pieces of chicken, sauces that all tasted pretty much the same, including the salad dressing. You get a decent amount of food for the money but the quality in my opinion is lacking.

I love this place. I have since moved out of the valley and will travel back just to go here. I love the ambiance of the small but cozy space and everything Ive ever ordered from here has been amazingly complex in flavor. The crispy rolls, curries, soups and jicama chicken dish are all amazing.

The food was delivered cold, the wings were soggy and stale and the fried dumplings bland and soft. The fried rice was just ok. Definitely not worth 60 bucks, they also didnt give me napkins, utensils or soy sauce. First and last time ordering from here. 👎🏽

The Pad see yew was definitely not up to par with the rest of the dishes. I hope it was just a mistake but we will avoid it. The other 4 dishes were awesome!!!

What a great place to have a nice chat with friends and family. I was there to celebrate fathers day along with my son. The food is just perfect. The cinnamon lemonade and the mint pomegranate are amazing drinks and the service deserves a 5 stars. Not a big restaurant just a great place. Definitely will come back.

Love this Thai fusion spot conveniently located in studio city! Also next to a pretty cool dispensary of that sounds fun to you at all…. Lol!I got a vegan Thai tea and some spring rolls to go today but I’ve had the pad Thai and curry in the past! Overall delicious flavor!You should definitely give it a try!!

Holy cow, this place has the best pad thai I’ve ever had. Very generous portion (actually came with the side veggies and gyoza, that was a bonus) and you can tell was made with complete love. They also served it hot right from the pan. 10/10

Wonderful as always.Was waited by Pani, who I know from both LA and Studio City locations. Hadnt seen her in a couple of years, and the moment she met me as I came through the door, I was reminded of what a warm and gracious hostess she has always been. Plus, the fairly priced vegie soup was as warm and wonderfully filled with my fave orange, white, and green delectable that I fondly remember that keep me coming back for more!

This place is delicious, we got curry, brown rice, coconut soup, African rooibos tea, spring rolls and a matcha cheesecake. Everything was yummy! Highly suggest eating here. Service was great and the joint had a nice atmosphere. I’ll definitely eat here again in the future.

If you are staying near Universal Studios do yourself a favor and make the 1 mile drive to Spice Season for a nice change of pace from the usual chain restaurant options. Excellent fresh Thai cuisine in a cozy restaurant. I especially enjoyed the lime steak salad, but everything we tried (dumplings, crispy egg rolls, drunken noodles, fried rice and pineapple curry) was all great. It hit the spot after a long day at the park and is worth the effort if you are nearby.

So Ive been going here for quite some time. Ive tried almost everything on the menu besides the seafood dishes, (Im not a big fan of seafood). Everytime, its a home run. Big chunks of veggies, really good chicken and beef (not like those hole in the wall Chinese places). I never feel like Im eating unhealthy, and everything is so full of flavor. This will be my spot for a long time.

I was going to order from my favorite Thai place (different from Spice Season) but they were not accepting orders when I went online. This happens often with them, so I decided to order from another place. I read the reviews on Spice Season, and then ordered the garlic chicken and pad thai with chicken. I got it spicy! It was delicious!!! Seriously, it was so good. I dont understand reviews saying it isnt authentic etc. Its damn good food and thats all I care about! The spicy level was actually spicy, not white people pretend spicy. (Hee!) It was very flavorful and I enjoyed it immensely. Im looking forward to my leftovers. :)

Truly excellent. The atmosphere is relaxed, the food is superb, the staff are lovely. I would describe it as a bit on the quality over quantity side, great for a date, for example, but the portions are by no means unfair.

Here is my very honest review, no hard feeling I will explain why this place deserves one star.Today 25/12/2020, I came to this place to do pickup order for doordash and it was very very packed and busy which is understandable. I talked to one of the people who were in charge in that place and told who I am picking up for. They checked their system and told me it will take 1.5 hours and I said okay I will wait.I respected their jobs and I did not bother them I waited and waited after 1 hour and 30 minutes I asked how the order is doing and they told me they cancelled all doordash orders and did not say anything.At first they did not even apologize and even try to solve the issue.As a result, I do not have any idea about their foods however their behavior was very very bad. I was representing my customer over there. Therefore he got angry and REPORTED me because I told them it will take 1.5 hours for their orders to be ready.As a result, I lost 1.5 hours, did not make any money and was reported by the customer.I hope they see this and change their behavior. I am not angry to anyone but I am sad because that is how I earn money. I hope the time comes and you guys understand how I felt.Thank you,

What a terrific discovery in a strip mall. Delightfully fresh vegetables, grass-fed beef, and a willingness to adjust ingredients to satisfy particular dietary needs. We ordered four dishes and couldnt decide which one was better... as they were all yummy. Definitely worth the trip.

This place is fairly small inside but it has an amazingly warm and artistic feel. The lady server was so sweet, helpful and prompt. The food was all incredibly fresh and seasoned impeccably. We had the spring season appetizer, vegetable soup, pad Thai and green curry. The soup was ok but next time Ill try the coconut soup because I would like a bit more flavor. They dont serve alcohol but they were ok with us bringing a bottle of wine...no corkage. Love this place!!!

I really like this place. In fact I eat here about once a week because I work on the same block. But I just stood inside, unacknowledged for 3 minutes (this place is so small its impossible to not see me), but I waited patiently because it seemed they were filling a big take out order. So even though the woman and I had made eye contact, I understood that she might be too busy to seat me right away. But then two girls opened the door and the woman seated them immediately and looked right past me. Im not sure why she thought I had been standing there. If it wasnt obvious that I wanted to be seated she should have asked. So I left. Very disappointed and wondering if Ill be back. It was honestly so rude.If Id written this review before today it would have been a 4 or 5 Star one. And if I ONLY been there today it would have been a 1. Average of 3 - you get it.

This place is a local gem. The food is so unique and flavorful including the array of delicious drinks. We just had this amazing apple beef curry with roti bread, and some classic pad see yu that was some of the best Ive ever had. Other favs are the wild grains and the gold rush appetizer, as well as the cinn lemonade.

The food here was incredible, the staff attentive, professional and efficient, and the ambiance just perfect Thai/pan-asian fusion. We had the crispy spring rolls and their sweet sour sauce was excellent. We also had pad seew, blazing basil, and coconut soup. YOU MUST ORDER THE COCONUT SOUP with Shrimp! Blazing basil was alright, but pad seew was fresh, a little crispy, and had the perfect flavor. Highly recommend cinnamon lemonade, was unique and delightful!

Im really glad I discovered this place! Ever since I moved to Los Angeles, I was having a difficult time finding a good Thai place. But now things have changed since I discovered Spice Season.So far this place has the best Pad Thai that Ive had in the SFV. The first time I ordered the Pad Thai however, I asked for it to be medium spicy, and wow they dont hold back on the spice! My mouth was on fire the entire meal :) but now I know to always get mild. Their chicken dumplings are also delicious and so is the Sri-Racha Style noodles.Ive ordered delivery from them several times and they are always fast, coming under 30 minutes (even when I ordered from them on a Friday night), also nothing is ever missing from my order.In all this place is a excellent choice if you want some really tasty Asian style food, with really good customer service.

We decided to check out a new place for lunch and this one caught my eye while we were driving down Ventura Blvd!I really like the decor. Its cute, clean and modern. There were about 8-10 tables. The waitress was really nice and sweet. We also redeemed our Yelp check-in for either a free Thai Iced Tea or Fried Dumplings! Score! :)FOOD:*Fusion Crostino - Wonderful! I loved the seasoned pieces of chicken they had on top of the crunchy baguette. The avocado paste and mint leaves added a nice flavor.*Gold Rush - Yummy! This dish was just fried chicken dumplings (like gyoza) but were cooked perfectly. They had a nice crunch to them.*Blazing Basil - My boyfriend got this dish and I was told that it was really good! They were nice enough to substitute the beef with chicken and it had a nice spice and flavor.*Spice Season Steak - Great! The steak was cooked really well (medium) and had a delicious flavor. The meat wasnt chewy and was definitely better than expected. Just make sure to ask for a knife so you can cut your meat.*Sri-Racha Style Noodles - I always get pad see ew when I go to a Thai place. And the waitress recommended that I get this noodle dish instead (since I also love Sri-Racha!). Its the spicier, Sri-Racha flavored version of pad see ew and I loved it! The noodles were perfect. Not too thick and very smooth. Not too greasy. The flavors were great.*Turmeric Curry - My friend who ordered this said it was very good!The thai iced tea was really good! The food is great but service so bad.very lousy service.She brought me a black tea instead of ginger tea and told me thats the ginger tea but I couldnt taste any ginger in it and she didnt ask to change it or anything. She messed up the order of another guy next to us chicken instead of beef but she just stood there and staring at the guy until the guy said its ok instead of changing it.I ordered too much food so I asked her to put the extra in a container to go she brought a container that was obviously smaller than the food and tried to pour the curry in the plastic bowl in from of us on the table instead of doing it in the kitchen, while spilling it all over the under pan and eventually when she was closing the lid the curry squirted over my friend jacket.
