Great hidden gem! Reasonably priced and food quality is good. Easy parking.
This a total unexpected gem of a restaurant in Pomona. The parking lot shares space with an old liquor store, and the building is modest. But go inside and it is beautifully decorated, calm and comfortable. The menu has something for everyone ( if youre not feeling like sushi, have udon, ramen, or katsu). But whoa, their sushi rolls are awesome.

Enjoyed a meal here with my coworker on our work trip today. She had sushi and I had the katsu chicken both were very yummy! The miso soup and salad were also a hit. It was super relaxed and the service was great. I would love to come back some time and try another dish.
Place is really good, was honestly surprised how clean it is, good prices and friendly staff. Would definitely eat here again
Wow! Im completely in love with this restaurant. The flavors are on point, the fish is fresh, the decor is whimsical, and the staff is kind. I have to resist the urge to eat here everyday! So grateful to live near this place and wishing I would have come here sooner.
Me and my sister have been keeping an eye on this place for a while. We werent sure what to expect, but I convinced her for us to try it. Today was that day and well, I loved it! Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted by a nice woman and she was our waiter for the evening. The restaurant provides a variety of sushi and dishes, and the food we ordered was delicious and fresh! Not to mention that the restaurant has a warm, homey feeling to it. They really make you feel welcomed. I definitely recommend this place and I hope to visit it again soon!

Rice and crispies on the crunch roll were old & stale; tempura shrimp was old & hard. Fish did not taste fresh. Would not recommend this place. $30 for two rolls that were almost inedible.
GREAT: The Service, the Food, even the Price!!!! When we are in town again, this is where we will be eating! Wish they were in our city.Everything was fresh, much better than many other places. Rolls were tight, presentation simple and clean. TheEel was delicious, its sauce was light, not over powering. Even the green tea which had a touch of roasted sesame was excellent.
The cashier lady here is very respectful. I come here often and is my favorite sushi spot to go to if I wanna get something locally. I would recommend the Mothers Roll. Sushi is expensive at some places but this place is a fair price and great quality. Try it out for yourself, you wont be disaapointed.
They have great SPICY SEAFOOD WITH NOODLES THE Best I tasted has sashimi is fresh but I add limon Chile soy sauce Mexican style here tooo they have some good ice tea… great service mom and pop shop looks nice Inside jappanese theme inside doesn’t look the same inside great jappanese restaurant best in Pomona.. also the salads are good and the sushi..: no beer or salí the waitress great person the soups are made upon request they have good Ramen
I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in this place..I LOVE SUSHI, and this place just RUINED IT!. 1st I see they have a menu online with prices which were very reasonable so I decided to go to this restaurant and try it, well there was no cars in parking lot, and when you go in THERE IS NO CUSTOMERS, I was getting lunch so I thought they just opened, another customer came in after me and was helped right away, I noticed a single person watching tv in the dining area reading a newspaper but no one else other than the server, she handed me a menu which none of the items were from online, I then went to show the lady the online menu as well as the price, the lady said OH NO WE DO NOT HAVE THAT FOR THAT PRICE ANYMORE!, I said ok I will still try some sushi and ordered, 🤬🤬 not only did the lady NOT GIVE ME EXTRA WASABI, they put cucumbers inside my SPICY TUNA ONLY ROLLS, and even the spicy tuna was just a slab of tuna and hot sauce with crab meat and minced shredded carrots, wHICH IS A CALIFORNIA ROLL NOT A SPINY TUNA ONLY ROLL.DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE EVER TO GO HERE, I STILL HAVE A NASTY AFTERTASTE OF TUNA AND CRAB MEAT, and to top it off the person who made my rolls was the EXACT SAME MAN WHO WAS SITTING DOWN WATCHING TV AND READING A NEWSPAPER, HE NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS EITHER.
Ive passed by this place many times but a friend of mine said it wasnt that good so I never stopped before. I came here with a buddy of mine towards the end of the day after visiting the gun range and the brewery. Got a couple rolls for myself which werent badly priced at all. They were excellent! Very tasty. Overall I enjoyed the experience and the food. I will be coming back!
The sushi here is absolutely divine and tasty they have cream cheese sushi which i like its called the philli roll and the mama roll is amazing

I am very picky, I can honestly say, Service was great, The food was delicious. I ordered the Miso Soup. Eel Roll. California Roll, and Spicy Tuna Roll which was spicy deliciousness and pure bliss. This food spoke to my soul. A true Hidden gem 💎 and the price is a plus.
This place is very nice the staff is so friendly and helpful. You can tell once you walk in that the food here is very authentic! I had the spicy sea food udon. It was so good!!! Definitely recommend try it!! I also tried the salmon and yellowtail sashimi l. The fish was very fresh and tasted so good. I also had the shrimp tempera that was very fresh as well. If you are thinking about going I definitely recommend it. You cant fine to many authentic good restaurants and this place is really one of them. Hope this review helped happy eating 🍴
I just found this place on Google and after eating here I now know why they have a great rating. The food was absolutely phenomenal and the service was top notch as well. Its only been opened for 2 months but it seems they will do awesome. You gotta try this place for yourself and you will completely agree with me. Its a hidden gem. Come see for yourself. 😁
Best sushi in Pomona, crazy good fried rice. I had the beef fried rice. It had tender peices of steak, something very uncommon. Blows everywhere else out of the water. Highly recommended. Owners are very nice. Small little place, has a party table in the back and a few booths with a sushi bar.

I am from north California and a sushi lover. This placed served me on of the best sushi rolls Ive had i a long time. About a 4 hour drive from home yet Ill be tempted to make an excuse to come back to try more of their Rolls. The place was spotless clean, the customer service in two words was respectful and friendly, i felt honored to be served. The restrooms clean. This is my un-discovered hotspot for LA sushi.
The place was really empty like no one there. Was looking forward to dine here. Unfortunately sign in front said required Proof of Vaccination required. So didn’t get to eat here what a shame.

My dad caught a glance of Spicy Fish as we were passing by. We love sushi, so we stopped in. And omg. Their hand rolls were phenomenal. I had the yellowtail and my dad had the salmonskin handroll and took forever to finish it bc of the fat cuts of fish that any sushi lover could ever want in a roll. Definitely will be coming by again for their ramen dishes and spider handroll.
Rather disappointed. The fish was not very fresh and not cut properly for sushi. The texture of the fish leads one to think it had been previously frozen. Oh, and no liquor license, so not even beer or wine, which also means no sake. Not horrible, but not worth a return trip either.

2023-06-23 04:41:34I ordered some basic but delicious rolls. I LOVE that I can see the chef make my food and the amount of rice isn’t overwhelming. The waitress and owners were very attentive. This is a hidden gem in Pomona. Very tasty food and lots of options on the menu.

The ambiance was very Japanese style reminding me of the restaurant I grew up eating at. Id definitely recommend this place to anyone who enjoys Japanese food with family and friends.

They have free limited parking spaces.Was greeted by the lady. My order was taken right away. Didnt have to wait for my food. They have alot of food choices.I ordered green mussel, cucumber salad, California roll, Gilroy roll-spice, Las Vegas roll & Pizza roll-my favorite. The food was good, fresh and great portions.
