Great authentic Chinese food. Has been a regular customer here, the environment is nice and cozy too. Would recommend to anyone who wants to taste non fast food Chinese dishes.

We were here on a rainy Saturday late afternoon. The waitress was very subdued. But when I said I needed a low sodium diet she assured me that they could do that. We ordered a pot of tea for 2; Cashew Chicken, Chicken Fried rice, and she threw in the Egg Flower Soup. The food was tasty and plentiful. But….. we didn’t get knives and the veggies definitely needed cutting. They don’t even have them, had to use spoons. When we asked for a second pot of tea, what we got was more hot water in the same pot and thesame USED teabags.

I had a disappointing dining experience. The meat was chewy and soggy. The dishes lacked flavor. Even the egg rolls were greasy and overcooked. I ended up throwing away $80 worth of food.

Ordered dinner for my children yesterday and while they were eating my oldest found a huge bug in her chowmein. As I called to complain all they can say was ‘’oh I’m sorry I can give you a free noodle next time’’ and not even an apology or anything or money back. I’m so disgusted and never going back

Read about this place online n arrived with high hopes. The female staff was really friendly and immediately recommended the Roasted Duck which she claimed had just came out of the oven. How did she know we were coming? 😉 Ordered the rice flat noodles with three meats. The second was the Bak Choy with beef which was highly recommended by the staff. Food came really fast cause there was no other customer at 6.30 pm. 🤔 Had high hopes because the server opened the takeaway boxes n showed the glistening beef slices and glossy rice noodles. But the taste was too salty. Beef was not sliced correctly n marinated properly. Beef was thick and full of tough bites. Rice noodles were like thick clumps. Felt like you were eating hugh stacks of dough. We really want to like this place. Server was really nice. But taste wise, they couldnt make it. Not returning. ☹️ They close on Monday.

Excellent standard American Chinese menu, with reasonable prices and generous portions.Even the service was quite pleasantly attentive. I havent had such a consistently delicious Chinese food experience in quite some time.Of any of the places in and around woodland, this is now my top choice and highest recommendation 👌

Had to reduce my stars. Im so bummed the first time it was so delicious I went agian. This time there was barley any variety of veggies, mostly just zucchini and broccoli with a couple of bell pepper peices, no asparagus at all and I found a couple peices of chicken in it so now Im hoping I dont get sick...Ordered Kung Pao veggies and wow it was probably the best Ive ever had. Amazing assortment of veggies, Bell pepper, asparagus, mushrooms, and more. Great portion size and tasted so delicious.

They have lunch specials Daily until 3PM that come with hot & sour soup. Many options to choose from. The food comes out hot and fresh. The food is delicious and has large portions. They also have party trays. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Note : They are closed on Mondays. They also charge a small service fee for using a credit card. They offer a cash discount price.

Ordered salt and pepper chicken and two combination plates and house rice....The chicken stole the show...Everything else was just your basic Chinese restaurant food. Not bad but not oh I have to come back. Except for the chicken it was flavorful and so hot and fresh. Our full order consisted of black bean chicken (little bit of black beans) sweet and sour pork, broccoli and shrimp (shrimp cooked just enough to pass health code) vegetable mix of mushrooms and broccoli onions (like a veggie stir fry) chow mein and house rice. The staff was really friendly and very catering.

Love the food! Hands down best in town!Staff is quirky and attentive. They are always good with suggestions and spot on- They will adjust your meal to less spice, no spice, more spice. They are able to accommodate alternating ingredients due to dietary restrictions. It is quiet and I have never had to wait for seating.

I was super excited to try this place with such great reviews, but the food was subpar at best. We got the sesame chicken and general tsos. There were no vegetables, little sauce and even less flavor. The quality of the meat was poor and full of fatty pieces. The spring rolls tasted like theyd been freezer burnt for months before thrown in the fryer. The one star is for the friendly staff.

This has to be one of the best food establishments in Woodland. I love how they deliver so quickly when you order online and accept cash and cards upon delivery - no chain restaurants do that! Very authentic - love that you can order shrimp with shells on or off. These people know what theyre doing when it comes to chinese food. Highly recommend.

Spring Garden is a fantastic restaurant experience for one or a family. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating to special requests. My fiance & I love frequenting Spring Garden often. Their Sweet & Sour Chicken/ Pork are delicious! The Shrimp and Chicken with Vegetables are to die for! We both love their Hot & Sour soup. If I could I would give them no stars. For the third time they got my husbands order wrong. It seems that the waitress has taken a personal disliking to him. This time she wouldnt even put his food in front of him. Instead she put it in front of me, both the soup and the entree. She got my soup order wrong too. There wasnt any effort made to keep the food in the buffet warm because when I went back to get a second helping it was cold. The experience is not worth the price.

Food was decent, not great. Service was poor. The waitress rushed to take my order and the table behind me (only 2 tables at about 2:45pm). I think it was her break time because after I got my food and the table behind me all the employees came sit to eat in the dining area. I had to wait on a to go box until she decided to look up from her meal at her tables. I am just passing through but would not return.

Look, the food is great. But if you want customer service, you arent going to get it. There is a slight language barrier for starters, which isnt an issue. Apparently in the ladys culture, griping to your customers is customary. Me and my friend arrived at 8:30 on a Thursday and were greeted with, Ah. Where were you all day. Im tired. I wanna go home. Why didnt you come in earlier? mind you they close at 9. I had a roasted duck soup which melted away the sour experience I had, because the food is legit delicious.Shoot forward to this past Sunday. Me and my friend watched an exasperated person yell and scream at the phone because neither party could understand each other. The guy said 6 and she repeated every other number but 6. She was visibly agitated and kept saying ok thank you bye bye repeatedly as she tried to hang up the phone. She came and checked on a family sitting next to us, and chimed in while asking how their food was god. Im so tired. Its a very long day.This time the transaction went peaceful for us however, I didnt feel dejected and the food continues to be bomb. Dot. Com. 4 stars because the lady is honestly trying her best.

Their take out service sucks. Half time the food never arrives. When you call they gi e you some runaround, are rude, and put you on hold. They dont really care one way or the other whether you get your food or not. And be sure to check your credit card. Theyll try and charge you.

The best Chinese food that we have eaten, I absolutely recommend it, I would say that each option is made professionally, good work. Poor restaurant, no customers, boring food, they do it for the sake of it, they scolded me for putting chili in my castup, what nonsense, bad food and bad service, I will never return!!!!!
