How cute is the Red velvet everything box from Sprinkles cupcakes ? It includes 2 Red Velvet cookies, 2 Red Velvet Brownies, 2 Red Velvet Chocolate bars, 2 Red Velvet cupcakes, 2 Heartthrob Red Velvet cupcakes and two frosting shots: Salted Caramel and Cream Cheese. All adorned in a festive Red Box! The cupcake’s frosting were super sweet and delectable. The cupcake itself was moist and soft. I love how they give you frosting on the side to add more sweetness. These cupcakes use to be fresh. I bought the strawberry one yesterday and it was stale and slightly hard around the edges. Very disappointed. Tasted as if it was a left over cupcake from a few days.

I tried Sprinkles for cupcakes and it was not very good. The cupcakes were dry and flavor was below average. For what you pay you should get a better tasting product. At one time Sprinkles was one of the very few cupcake stores around, but now there are so many more which are better options. I do not recommend this place.

Sprinkles is fabulous! A very reliable pick-me-up any time of the day. We went in there by about 6 and they had sold out most of the flavors except the dark chocolate, red velvet and vanilla flavors. Delicious cupcakes as always! Plan ahead if you are specific about the flavors that you want.

Love Sprinkles cupcakes! Great quality desserts. Took my husband’s family from the Philippines and they loved it :) Sprinkles offers sugar free options and they put the letter “S” on them so you know which is which. They also have cookies and brownies. Easy to order by kiosk and you get your order pretty quick. Love picking up a cupcake or two after shopping :)

Always love stopping by this cute little cupcake place. The girls who work there are patient and friendly. They even have little cupcakes for your fur babies. The amount of frosting is perfect and its not overly sweet. They also have seasonal flavors. Im happy that they have this place up in the Bay Area so I dont have to travel down SoCal.

On 7/1/22 at exactly 8:30 pm, a family member brought these for me. I took one bite of the cupcake and IMMEDIATELY felt nauseous. I don’t think it was the cupcake, it was me. But I do think that Sprinkles puts an ENORMOUS amount of frosting. And, the frosting is very sugar full. The cake is always very dense and never moist. But besides that, they are great cupcakes. I would suggest putting less sugar into the frosting and making the cake more moist.

Im wondering if there is a secret as to what day is best to buy cupcakes. Ive purchased from here multiple times now and the cake is always dry; not once has the cake been moist. I feel like I always get the days old version not the just baked. The frosting is delicious though. They don’t live up to the hype. I purchased a few cupcakes. A carrot, vanilla, dark chocolate, and the black and white cupcakes. None of the cupcakes tasted particularly good. I especially didn’t like the carrot cupcake. It tasted like spice cake and the frosting tasted like vanilla instead of cream cheese. This was a lazy attempt at a carrot cupcake. As for the texture of the cakes, they weren’t moist and were dense. The frosting were just super sweet and dense too. The cupcakes and frosting got hard within two days at room temperature. As a person who bakes and has even purchased from other bakeries in the Bay Area, this is not supposed to happen if the ingredients and the recipe itself are good. I’ve had better cakes at my local supermarket honestly.

Despite the other lower reviews, I love this place! Im a cupcake fanatic and the cupcakes here are amazing. I always get the classic, red velvet cupcake with cream cheese frosting. The bread is really soft and the frosting matches perfectly with it. Ive tried several other cupcakes as well and they are all so tasty and addicting. You cant go wrong with your favorite flavor they serve here!I only gave four starts because it can get pretty pricey. The price stops me from getting more! If I only want cupcakes for myself, Ill only opt for one. If I am going to bring home some for my friends or family, Ill bring home a box!The interior of the store is really nice. Its really spacious and the wooden theme is really cute and aesthetically pleasing. There arent too many seating options but it doesnt tend to get too crowded inside, so youll definitely be able to find a spot to sit. There are even seating areas outside around the plaza.Since youre just buying cupcakes, the line goes by pretty quick so dont worry about waiting for too long. Id recommend coming earlier in the day because some flavors can sell out pretty quickly.

I usually like most of the cupcakes from here. But sometimes it is a gamble. Last time I tried Christmas cookie which was mainly sugar cake with over sweet frosting. But if you dont want to risk your sweet treat i would recommend going with red velvet, strawberry or salted caramel. To be honest their basic vanilla or sprinkle cupcakes are also very good.

Solid high-end cupcake place, and one of the few good food attractions at Stanford Shopping Center. The red-velvet is their specialty, so get that. I find that some of their cupcakes are a little bit too sweet and their vanilla is a little bit dry for my liking.But overall, great go-to for Cupcakes. I tend to prefer Karas in Town and Country. But great backup and they are open a bit later.Can sometimes be a bit of a wait, though, especially during the peak times.

My husband loves Sprinkles cupcakes. His favorite is the carrot flavor. I appreciate that they carry a sugar free flavor (would be great if there were a couple more sugar free options in the future other than red velvet) and its cute how they have pupcakes. I also appreciate Sprinkles being open during these times (purchase using the app/online). What I disliked, was instead of a simple yes or no to my question Are you guys out of the pride cupcake today? The answer was We have whatever is listed on our website. For me its like, arent you walking in and out of the bakery, completing peoples orders and would know first hand whether you have something or not? Oh Sprinkles, I have such fond memories of you from high school. Although I do love certain cupcakes that Sprinkles has, I feel as though they have gone downhill over the years. The cupcakes are much drier now than they used to be (at least at this location) and this was particularly disappointing for me with the red velvet cupcakes because those were my favorite.However - I really enjoyed the dark chocolate and banana flavor they had which is why I am still a fan and have decided to give them 4 stars.I havent been able to find anything in Northern California yet that comes close to the red velvet deliciousness of the Cup in St. Louis, so if you have any recommendations, please comment and let me know where I can get my cupcake fix!

My wife definitely had to come in. The outside of the shop is quaint and quiet but once you step inside you get the sense of something a little more than just a bakery.Theres so much to see inside this little cupcake bakery. I was happy to see environmentally friendly packaging and utensils.Onto the cupcakes! They were awesome! I got the red velvet and it was so rich without being overwhelming. It tasted like it was freshly made just for you in mind! My wife had the peanut butter chip and it was a dense sucker, almost like a cookie, but very good nonetheless.The coffee is easily passable but you dont go in here looking for freshly ground beans.Its definitely a nice place to stop in for a break when shopping at the Stanford Shopping Center.

When I asked if they were about to close, they said that they were not - and that these four flavors were all that would be available for the next three hours. The endless variety of flavors is the first thing I love about Sprinkles. What really sets them apart is the delicious, moist cakes and the perfect frostings. Neither the cupcake nor the frosting over take the other. They are both absolutely spectacular. The Puppy Cakes were an extra fun treat and Buddy loved his surprise too! Its a bummer we dont have a location closer to home but its worth the drive every once and a while for a sweet treat. The cupcakes are always moist and delicious. They will not have cupcakes to sell you. Terrible customer service.We love Sprinkles Cupcakes but we HATE Sprinkles the business. Although they are Open until 9pm, dont expect them to have even basic flavors. Weve shown up 3 separate times at various times in the evening (1-2 hours before they close) and they didnt have basic flavors (like chocolate). They try and pass it off on the chef going home - 1.5 hours before they close when the stock runs out?!?!?When was the last time you went to a burger restaurant and they said Sorry, were out of burgers. and didnt feel even bad about it? Thats Sprinkles for you.Getting to a Sprinkles isnt a simple thing so to be so excited to have a cupcake and then to show up well before close and for them not to have them is extremely frustrating. We were visiting family and friends in Palo Alto CA. Our friends bought a 6 pack of cupcakes from Sprinkles, we took one bite and threw them away. I ordered $50+ dollars worth of cupcakes online and when I showed up they tell me they are out of the ones I ordered and had to substitute multiple flavors! I mean cmon if in going to spend that much money on cupcakes I want what I ordered. They had 24 hours to prepare the cupcakes I ordered. I was so disappointed. No excuse for that. We always liked coming here in the past after the last visit we will start looking for another place. They need to put a sign on the door having waiting guest not keep the door open to not let in bugs or dust. We bought a flourless and a black velvet cupcake. The flourless broke apart once we tried to eat and tasted like a chocolate mush. The black velvet was not a perfect looking cupcake. It was lopsided to one side, smaller than their normal stand cupcakes, and consisted mostly of a large dollop of frosting laid with a sloppy hand. Not much cake and not much flavor but a generic chocolate. We usually like the service which hasnt change but I hope this is not their new standard of cupcakes.

I dont understand the draw. It took forever to get one cupcake and the process to get it was strange as if I was ordering a meal that was to be cooked. I hate to wait a long time and then they call your name out of order.
