Update 7/01/2023Many new faces and younger. Great selection now has better service and support.Great place for shopping. Organic or fresh vegetables and fruit along with unique produce like Jackfruit. Love the bake goods and the gluten-free selection is great. The bulk selection is the biggest and best.

If Whole Foods and Trader Joes had a baby, it would be Sprouts.PROS:There are always plenty of employees to answer your questions and provide efficient checkouts.They sell lots of interesting products, some healthy and some not so much.Their paper towels are made from recycled paper.CONS:Prices are higher than what you would find at less expensive supermarkets such as Lucky.Unfortunately, their produce can look aged sometimes since they only receive shipments roughly every other day. That said, an employee stocking one of the vegetable bins told me in the future just ask if a fresher item I want is in the back.Surprisingly sprouted wheat bread, which is even healthier than whole wheat, is missing from their baked goods section. Besides its hypothetical parent stores I mentioned at the beginning of my review, even Target carries loaves of sprouted wheat.

Went to Sprouts few times at this location. Easy parking, nice environment, very clean. Nice produce and meat section. The service always great. The advantage of Sprouts over its competitors is the large variety of the medication and supplements section. The prices are a bit higher than average.

The head cashier with the black hair has been extremely professional at this location. She greeted me with a smile and performed a very complicating transaction for me while resolving an issue I had at the store. It is customer service like this that makes me want to come back. Thanks again for having professional management of the cashier staff.

With grocery options becoming fewer. Fresh fruits and veggies a challenge, this is probably the best store to purchase from. Where I spend twice as much elsewhere I can get wholesome food for $100 or less. And, they have specials too. I came to the store the Leyland Cypress trees were on special for $14.99. So, this is our Christmas tree. I ended up purchasing two. Thanks Sprouts, you really are a neighborhood store!

First time ordered online pickup and while most items were available and ready on time, the organic avocados were terrible. The entire bag was rotten and cannot believe Instacart did not check. Also will check prices in store vs pickup/delivery as I suspect I overpaid for the services via marked up item prices (as I am told).

I have been shopping at their Dublin store since they opened a couple years ago. This one is less than a year old. Carry the same stuff, different store layout. The staff is not as friendly, more low key.If you never been to a Sprouts, you must. Its like if Whole Foods and Trader Joes had a love child, this is what it would look like. Like a Whole Foods, but at Trader Joes prices. Extensive bulk food selection (roasted salted okra, coconut flour, macadamia nuts, all kinds of candy, including sugar free).I love their fresh fruits and vegetables selection (organic and conventionally grown) and fresh meat counter. Not as extensive as Lunardis, but I do buy my fresh turkey every year for Thanksgiving at Sprouts. Large house made chicken and pork sausage selection. You can request any sausage to be made bulk.7/15/17 Update: Very impressed! To encourage kids to eat fresh fruit and a lifetime of eating healthy, Sprouts is now offering at kids height-self-serve free fresh fruit in the produce area. NIce!

Love their customer service. Everyone at meat section are very responsive and are always ready to cut the meat. Last few times Jose helped us with chicken cutting. He was great. He cut the right size and has a good attitude. Most places customer service has gone bad especially after pandemic but San Ramon Sprouts has been good as always. Thank you guys!

There used to be a caveat about Sprouts that being organic-fixated the prices were necessarily higher....not so. Theres a far better than average product selection at the site in Crow Canyon Commons and overall the prices heat or equal to hose of neighborhood Luckys and Safeways. A certain organic grain cereal for example is almost $2 lower at Sprouts than Safeway, and Sprouts has a vastly superior Asian foods selection, Wider variety of meats and veggies, great beer selection, a bit light on some dairy offerings but great bulk choices

Love this store. Wide selection, fresh products and clean store overall. Employees are very helpful in helping you find things and very positive. However, 4 stars because today’s experience was not 100% satisfaction. Everything went well, but at the register, young lady Olivia tried putting 15 items in one bag. I was confused and didn’t appreciate sitting raw meat, dairy, vitamins and veggies together. I nicely asked her to separate it in two bags so I can at least grab it by the handles. She gave me attitude and threw my receipt at me. I’m not sure where her frustration came from, not all shoppers like and appreciate their bags of groceries overfilled. Maybe just take into consideration training cashiers how to bag products right or let the customer do it themselves.

As always, another great experience. All the produce is fresh and well presented. I have a challenge finding a specific brand of sea salt cookies and the lady at the cashier went out of her way to find them for me. Fortunately there was no one behind me so we did not hold up the line. Is very unique and almost not an every day occurrence to see someone get out is the way to help. I will for sure remember. She needs to be acknowledge, therefore I will go back tomorrow to get her name and ask for her permission to give her the credit she deserves. Thank you and may God bless you for your kindness.

Good selection of products. Limited selection of named brand items...but their house brand usually pretty good. Excellent pricing on meat and poultry items...with good quality being offered. Wide selection of produce items at prices usually considerably lower than major food chain stores. Following and checking specials can give you considerable discounts even from their already lower prices. Great spice selection where you can but just what you need versus full bottles that sit on your shelves unused for years!!!

I really love this store! I will coming here a lot more!! They have so many more choices than the dublin location. The cashiers tonight (12/28/22) went above and beyond to help me look for specific products. I am so appreciative! I believe the galThat really went out of way to help me was Tamaya She was soo sweet!! I also go to the other store in Dublin. But at the Dublin store a couple of the cashiers are super rude! I havent experienced that at the San Ramon store. San Ramon is a great store!!

Hey Dana P! I shop at Spouts everyday (super fresh dinners for me) and guess what, they have been out of Organic romaine for at least a week. So, try again with your comment. And instead of complaining publicly, like a coward, go have a talk with someone in charge.I have noticed a huge change in the store in the past few weeks. If you want to rate an entire store on one product, that is not fair.Where do you work? Let me judge your work based on one thing you do.

The place is always so clean and organized. The staff at the check out stand are very polite and curtiou. The staff stocking the shelf are friendly and helpful. The people at the butcher counter are hit or miss. The guys at the counter are very helpful, but the one lady, not friendly at all. I get the impression that she does not like here job. Other than that, this is a nice place.

I would normally give Sprouts a five star rating because their store is always clean, the employees friendly and courteous, and they have so much to choose from. But the last time I was in I was having trouble finding an item. Because of the Covid precautions their bulk bins were all changed around and items I used to by all the time werent where they normally were. I approached an employee that was near a closed registered and called out to them. Due to being on one of their store mobility devices it was difficult to get real close because of some obstacles. He completely ignored me the first two attempts until I raised my voice. When he did acknowledge me he looked annoyed. I asked him where I could find the item I was looking for, he paused. Made a half- hearted attempt to look from where he was standing, then made a call for another employee to look for him. No acknowledgement from him at all and then he just went back to whatever it was he was doing before. Ive always received excellent customer service in Sprouts. This guy didnt even try to look like he cared one bit. The gentleman that did show up to help me was very kind and helpful. Thats why it still gets 4 stars. To bad they have someone like the first guy working there. He brings them down.

This Sprouts location is usually pretty clean and well stocked. The groceries are usually pretty fresh. Pandemic times are a bit challenging but otherwise great buying experience. Sprouts also carries some gourmet salsas and other things that you wont find anywhere else.

Great food. Great Sandwiches from the Deli. The absolute worst business I have ever dealt with when it comes to answering and helping customers on the phone. If you call this store to order a sandwich from the Deli, you most likely will sit on the phone for 15+ minutes if you have the patience to wait. Just out of curiosity, while working at my desk, I tried to do an endurance test to see how long I could hold out and I have been on hold on the phone with this store for over 40 minutes. Im not sure if their phones have an audible ring.*EDIT 8/29/19* Just an update after multiple years for comparison and to see if there has been any improvement to this area of criticism.Still atrocious. Its clear that there are members of the staff that have no interest in customer service. An attempt to speak to someone on the phone in the deli was made 5 times.First attempt: Clerk answered the phone and happily transferred me to the deli. The Deli then picked up the line and immediately hung up.Second attempt: Line rings, is answered and then is hung up.Third attempt: Clerk answered the phone, apologized that I was hung up on (when mentioned *not aggressively, just matter of fact) requested I stay on the line and hed have someone get right with me. The Deli picked up the line a short while later, and then immediately hung up.Fourth attempt: Line rings, is answered and then is hung up.Fifth attempt: Line rings, is answered and then is hung up.I would also like to note that each time the line was picked up and hung up, it wasnt immediate. It was clearly manual as I could hear background noises of the store before the end click.This is not a big deal because I can take my business elsewhere. I like the sprouts chain, however, trying to deal with the San Ramon branch is the equivalent of inflicting pain on myself.It should be noted that the service standards of this location have not improved any over 3-4 years and the staff (at least part of it) has absolutely no interest in putting any effort into what they were hired for.

This location is about average for a Sprouts. Clean, well-stocked, everything in its place. Customer service is better at the manager level: regular employees are typically in monotone and not proactively engaging customers, even before covid. Certainly this location is a notch above the Dublin branch. Expect longer lines at both locations as hiring continues in the wake of the shutdown

The products in the store are not the problem. The boring employees (some just talk and talk and talk to you when all youre trying to do is get a sandwich and go) leave something to be desired of. Done dont seem very bright at all. The store is usually really dusty and I have even seen roaches there.The management seems to be lacking as well. Ive seen someone who I believe was the manager (short guy with what seems to be a Napoleon complex) berate and belittle employees in plain view.

She was not willing to help and was very rude in her responses.I have been shopping at this location for years. Most of the workers are very helpful and friendly. We use to go to Sprouts weekly for vegetables when my wife was juicing. Then Covid19 hit and that was that. Now, its only for occasional items like probiotics or bag of carrots. Otherwise, most everything else is purchased between Target and Trader Joes. Maybe, Ace Hardware opening soon will bring back a reason to shop at Sprouts.

Some of the best and least costly produce youll find in CoCo County. Premade meals, bulk items, etc. are terrific too. Only bummeraroo was to find on cooking that the sliced bacon in the meat dept. was old. You know, the bacon didnt sizzle, because it was old and on the verge of going real bad.
